Her staff were very polite and very professional. I particularly appreciated, that even though we had opted for buffet service, they came by our table several times throughout the night asking if they could bring us any more food or drink. Something you can truly appreciate as the bride and groom, since we were busy enjoying the company of our friends and celebrating our marriage :) The food was, in my opinion, the best food I've had at a wedding! Just as good as the day we did our test run at their restaurant in Santa Maria. We had the top sirloin and chicken (barbecued right on sight, so it was fresh and hot!). Both were very tender and went together great with the fire-roasted veggies and the garlic mashed potatoes (the potatoes are to die for!). The vegetarian penne pasta was equally as delicious. I wish I did not live so far from Santa Maria, because I would eat there over and over again! The pictures on their website are a bit dated, but don't let that fool you--you cannot beat the food and service you get from Plemmons Catering.
