I walked in and saw how beautiful the flowers were! It was beyond our expectation and worth every penny! Erin was so easy to work with and very low key. We appreciated that she was willing to work with us, as we only hired her to decorate the venue and not do the bridal bouquet. The bride's best friend gifted that to her, but many florists would not work with us if they were not doing everything. Plum Sage was awesome!!!!

She gave suggestions and guided me through the process, using her expert knowledge while also being sure to get my opinion. And that was it! I checked in with her briefly the week leading up. The flowers arrived the day of the wedding and I was absolutely blown away - the bouquets were perfect and the way they decorated the tables was absolutely breathtaking. Both brought me to tears! 100% recommend working with Erin and Plum Sage - you will not be disappointed!

bouquet down. I am in the process of preserving it so I will have it forever! I got so many compliments. They are great with communication and support! I would highly recommend them to ANYONE getting married. Seriously loved their work and would not have changed a thing!

ew out to Denver to meet them in person. I sat with Taylor and went through each of the flower arrangements and she pulled up photo's on her office tv and wrote down what we discussed. I sent her many photos. It was very simple wedding concept... white, light pink and blush pink. She sent over a detailed document she referred to as her "working document" it contained all the photos we discussed. The day of the wedding when the bridal bouquets arrive, we were in SHOCK they were nothing like the photos or what we paid for. They were white and GREY! Yes I said grey! I had never seen grey flowers in my life. I did not even know they existed in nature. Every single arrangement was white and grey. We were mortified. The table arrangements were about half the volume we paid for. The brides bouquet was horrible! Nothing even in the ballpark of what we ordered with photos. No trailing ribbons not the correct volume... The only thing we could do was pull out all the grey flowers and leave sparse white. We paid almost $7,000 which is a great deal of money to us and wanted a beautiful day and amazing photos for a lifetime. When I spoke to Taylor on site and expressed how upset we where and asked her what happened, the only thing she would repeat over and over is that the "working document" is her "bible" and she goes by what it contains exactly. Well in either case, nothing matched what was in that document. The men's boutonnières and mother corsages were pathetic. The men were to have blue thistle and there was non. The mothers were to be petite white and pink small flowers with satin band. We ended up with wild long greenery sticking out very gaudy and ugly. I have never been so disappointed and upset with a vendor as I am with this one. I asked them to fix the situation and refund a fair amount for not delivering what we ordered. We did not get even 1/2 of what we ordered either in volume of actual product. Be very careful! Remember you are in a horrible situation when they pull this stunt 15 minutes before your daughter is walking down the isle and all the guests are walking in the room. They have your money and don't care! No one has called me or tried to work it out with me.

She helped us stay on budget by offering alternatives if certain flowers were too expensive. She was also able to provide candles and drapery which others were wanting to charge insane amounts. And lastly she is a gem of a human and you’ll feel that once you chat with her. We were also planning an out of state wedding and had to postpone 1.5 years. And through all of that she was always prompt & responsive and remembered my original vision from 2 years before and CRUSHED IT. If we every throw another event, there’s no question Plum Sage is who we would use again.

Our only regret from the wedding day is not preserving the bridal bouquet because it was stunning.

My budget wasn't very high because I was just eloping with my husband and I but that did not change how Erin treated me as a client and her responses were always professional and polite. I absolutely love her as a human and I was speechless when I walked into our venue and got to experience everything she and her team worked so hard on. They provided a mock bouquet which was super helpful and honestly just made our entire wedding day stand out off the charts!!! It was gorgeous and spot on!!! Flowers were the only things we used for decor and they were all perfect! I had a unique moody pallet in May and they nailed it, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Absolutely stunning. All day and night, everyone complimented the beautiful arrangements and I couldn’t stop looking at them. I only met the set up team briefly but they did an amazing job. My first florist had completely flaked, so I'd freaked out and bought a bunch of things to use in decorating. After contracting with Plum Sage, I still wanted to see some of these items used, but had no idea how to incorporate them. Plum Sage had me drop the materials off (at that point we'd had enough discussions for them to have an idea of what I wanted things to look like) and did all the rest! The venue was beautifully decorated by Plum Sage. We even discussed what I'd like done with materials after the event so Plum Sage knew what to pack up for me to take back home and what they would clear from the venue. I highly recommend Plum Sage. I had a wonderful experience working with Taylor, who helped me through all the necessary decisions and always had time to chat!

Throughout the entire planning process, Erin just seemed to really understand our vision of lush and full white florals with a lot of greenery and when we saw everything on our wedding day, I think I was almost in shock because it truly was everything I had pictured in my head! ESPECIALLY our beautiful floral arch! Plum Sage was always very cognizant of our needs and floral vision and extremely helpful in figuring out ways to make our special day as full of flowers as possible while still staying within our budget. On our wedding day, Erin and her team were so helpful and were even running around with my sister/maid of honor, trying to track down each groomsmen to give them their boutonierres and help provide assistance with all of the last little touches. Some of our other favorite floral pieces that Plum Sage created were the beautiful lush garlands full of white blooms and greenery that adorned our head table with a lot of candles which made our whole reception feel so elegant and romantic, and greenery that hung from the chandelier over our black and white dance floor. Each arrangement helped provide a classic, black tie feel combined with the coziness and warmth of our beautiful setting of Vail, Colorado, which is exactly what we were envisioning! Erin and the Plum Sage staff were a dream to work with! We have been recommending them to our numerous friends getting married next year and would hire them time and time again to help us create the most beautiful wedding we could have ever imagined!!
