About this vendor
Plumeria Cake Studio is an award-winning bakery that creates custom cakes for weddings and special occasions in Orange County, CA. We are known for making beautiful cakes that also taste as good as they look.
Our cake philosophy is to put all the flavor and care INTO the cake rather than ON the cake. With the cake itself as the star of your dessert, our simple frostings and fillings are literally “icing on the cake”. We can make just about any design you can dream up. And your guests will likely talk about your cake long past your event!
Established in 2010, Plumeria Cake Studio is a one-stop shop for all your dessert needs: cakes, cupcakes, mini desserts, custom cookies, additional cutting cakes, rentals, delivery and setup.
We invite you to come in and fall in love with cake again!

Jennifer was fantastic during the consultation—we got to sample some amazing cakes. We were completely sold by the time we left. The cakes are incredibly moist with the perfect lev...
el of sweetness. Everyone at the wedding loved them, and several guests even asked for extra slices to take home at the end of the event.
My husband and I brought some home as well, and we’ve been enjoying it for about a week—the cake is still just as moist. It’s honestly the best cake I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back for future events.
Extremely disappointed with the product. My cake felt like a complete afterthought that was put together at the very last minute. They poorly brushed a stencil on my cake and calle...
d it a day. We agreed upon a cake design (of a cake that they made in the past for another client) and it came out completely different. When confronted about it they said they do their best to make it close to the inspo. as possible. Let me repeat, the inspo was from a cake that they already did. I was so disappointed and upset when I saw that cake at my wedding. We as brides pay so much money to wedding vendors so when I saw such poor quality in my cake I felt taken advantage of. I don’t see how someone can put that together and think it was acceptable to send out. I do not recommend. I appreciate the refund on the cake top but it’s just NOT okay to treat a clients product so poorly.
We were so happy with the cake from Plumeria! It was absolutely beautiful—perfectly designed to match our wedding theme, and it really made a statement at our reception. The variet...
y of flavors they offer was fantastic too. We chose a few different ones, and each flavor was unique and delicious. The order process was smooth and stress-free—Plumeria kept us updated and had everything ready on time without any issues.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that, unfortunately, the cake was a bit dry. While the flavor was great, the texture wasn’t as moist as we had hoped. That said, it didn’t take away from how stunning the cake looked and how much our guests enjoyed it.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Plumeria for anyone looking for a beautiful cake with a wide range of delicious flavors!
Plumeria Cake Studio provided our delicious wedding cake. Plumeria was recommended to my husband and I by our wedding planner. We had tried several other wedding cake’s but Plumeri...
as was hands down the tastiest. We met with Jennifer and she let us try several different flavors including an extra flavor which we ended up picking as a second flavor in our cake! I’m not a big cake person but I really enjoyed their cake! Our cake was exactly what we wanted and guests loved having the option of two different flavors. Thank you Jennifer with Plumeria Cake Studio for making our wedding cake so delicious and beautiful!

The cake was delicious and looked great!

ersary! The only hiccup in our planning process together was that we were disappointed when we were told that the Plumeria Cake Studio lost part of our record and had to redo part of our initial consultation. The cake was delicious - the snickerdoodle layer was super tasty as was the chocolate chocolate chip. In fact, when we did our tasting we had such a hard time picking a flavor because all of the options are fantastic. The sugar flowers on our wedding cake were beautiful, although the handmade representation of our pet cat was cute but kind of goofy looking. Nonetheless, if you need a wedding cake, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Plumeria Cake Studio.
Jennifer is an amazing and talented baker and dessert master! She was super friendly and accommodating when we met for a consultation. She was able to quickly understand our vision...
for the wedding and provided tastes of the desserts that we were most interested in. (She also did a great job of handling a 4-year-old who was bouncing off the walls after sampling her delicious desserts!) We knew right away that we wanted to go with her. We ended up with a delicious dessert bar that our family and friends loved. We also ordered sugar cookies as wedding favors since we knew our guests wouldn't be able to get enough of her desserts. We cannot wait for our free anniversary cake next year - which is included when you order your wedding cake from her! (No more need to freeze your cake!) There is a reason why every vendor only recommends Plumeria!!!
Jennifer did a phenomenal job on the desserts for our wedding in Orange County. First of all, her desserts were hands down the tastiest we tried among other OC bakeries. We wante...
d a selection of "mini" desserts rather than one big cake, and Jennifer had my favorite (bread pudding) and my husband's favorite (cheesecake) in miniature form, along with many other treats to choose from. The best part were the mini cupcakes that Jennifer decorated to look like potted succulents (our florals for the wedding were mostly succulents). The photo does not even do them justice!! We got so many compliments on how delicious and beautiful the dessert table was. Thank you, Jennifer, for helping make our big day special!
Wooowww is all I can say. Jen did an amazing job creating the cake I wanted and it was delicious! Dozens of guests came up to me to comment on how great the cake was. Highly recomm...

amel as our second tier - just as delicious. We rounded out the rest of the desserts with cake pops, tartlets and parfaits - no leftovers!
Jennifer was great to work with - punctual, affordable and everything was delicious! Thanks for making our wedding so wonderful!
Our cake turned out gorgeous and exactly what we asked for! She made two different types of cake: moscato, and a chocolate chocolate chip cake with raspberry whipped filling. The o...
nly sad part is that we weren't able to eat as much cake as we had hoped since we were busy during the reception with our newlywed couple's duties. We also contacted Jen a few months after the wedding to ask if she could make a smaller cake of the chocolate one, and she happily agreed to accommodate the request. She is very friendly and great to work with!
Absolutely amazing! From the tasting to the design and to the wedding, everything was absolutely amazing. Plumeria offers unique flavors and we choose the champagne orange and the ...
lemon cream. The cake is soft and moist throughout, even the very next day. Jennifer did a wonderful job with the design of the cake and we received nothing but delicious feedback from all our guests.

timely manner and making it look beautiful as well! Thank you so much! We can’t wait to eat the cake again on our one year :)
We heard of Plumaria bakery as they are the preferred bakery for Aliso Viejo Country Club. My two daughters and I had a private tasting at Plumeria to select the flavor of the cak...
e. It was a hard decision since all the samples were fabulous. The cake were very light and not too sweet. My daughter chose the chocolate. The outside of the cake had white icing with gold lace icing accents. She made beautiful blue flowers with rhinestone brooches as the centerpiece of the flowers. It was gorgeous and we received many compliments on how beautiful the cake was. It tied all the elements of the reception together. It photographed beautifully. I would highly recommend Plumeria for occasions that require a beautiful artistic cake or desserts. They were wonderful to work with and delivered the cake right on time. We were very fortunate to have Plumaria part of my daughters wedding.

emony. I thought I liked the coconut better at the tasting, but that fresh champagne orange was amazing! Plus they delivered, rented me a cake stand, and stayed until the cake topper and flowers were all in place! The web interface they use is also super easy.
Highly recommended if you like cake!
