There are genuinely not enough words to describe how AMAZING Pocket Change Tunes are! Truly the best wedding band we have ever seen and we are so lucky we had them for our own wedding!! Dave was amazing to work with - incredibly receptive to all our song requests (including customizing lyrics) and very on top of all logistics. The day-off could not have run smoother with them; they played perfectly, got our crowd SO excited and engaged (not every wedding band can evoke crowd surfing!), were amazing MCs and DJs (flawlessly queued ceremony processional/recessional songs), and were just incredibly sweet people. Our guests have talked non-stop about how they were the best wedding band they've seen - we had guests dancing non-stop all night. Each member of the band was so fabulous and talented, really unbelievable. Everything about Pocket Change is a 10/10, we wish we could get married over and over and keep booking them! If you book Pocket Change, you've just done the best thing possible for your big day!!!

Pocket Change and Dave were so easy to work with! From coming up with the set list to help with the ceremony music everything was great. We got rave reviews from all of our family and friends.

Dave made the process SO seamless from the first conversation to the day of our wedding. We had last minute requests and changes and Pocket Change made it all happen for us. Our guests were up on the dance floor BEFORE dinner, so if that doesn’t sum it up then I don’t know what does! We had their guitarist Andrés play the ukulele and guitar for our ceremony, and their pianist and sax player during cocktail hour. Highly recommend exploring these options. My husband and I can’t thank Pocket Change enough!

We were so very happy with Pocket Change! Truly, we cannot recommend them enough. From the beginning, the band was quick to respond and very professional. They helped us curate a list of songs to play during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We were thrilled by their kindness, proactive communication, and care. The reception was beautiful, with the music setting a romantic tone. They helped to make our cocktail hour jazzy and spirited as well! And then for the reception - oh my goodness they had everyone up and dancing! I still, a few months afterward, have friends and relatives saying how wonderful it was to have a live band. And what we loved the most was how the band engaged our guests, making sure everyone was laughing and dancing and having a wonderful time. David and the entire band were excellent - I highly, highly recommend them!

Pocket Changed performed at our wedding back in Oct. 2023. They were a blast, had everyone dancing from beginning to the end. Dave was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone getting married!

Our wedding reception was, without a doubt, an epic dance party thanks to Pocket Change. But their talents were on display well before the reception. Dave was a pleasure to work with and did a great job building a set list around our tastes, and editing based on our feedback. They learned a custom song for our entrance to the ceremony, and they did a top notch job sound mixing/mic volume-adjusting during the ceremony so everyone could hear well during a windy day. Cocktail hour was great with their tunes in the background. When it came to the dancing, they totally excelled. First off, they learned another custom song for our first dance, crushed the delivery, and even let me get up and do a little rapping on the mic. From then on, the dance floor was packed the entire night - no hype needed. And a big bonus - within a few days they had posted a really great video montage to Instagram. Pocket Change was professional, kind, courteous, lively and TALENTED. We had them play at our wedding last week and they did such an amazing job MCing the night. When they didn’t play they DJ’d for us. Their music was great, everyone was asking how we found them all night. One of our guests is even thinking of booking them for his daughters wedding. Everything about Pocket Change was a perfect addition to our wedding. Choosing our band was a major priority for us, as we know from experience they can make or break the reception. Pocket Change was everything we wanted, and more. From our first meeting with them, we felt comfortable and heard. They did a fantastic job of listening to our preferences and adapting that to what they were best at to deliver a great performance. They also did a great job of suggesting additions to our "must plays" that really went with the vibe we were looking for. Also, as a side note, the bride is a teacher, and we loved that Pocket Change is a band of music teachers! In addition to being absolutely perfect as a wedding band, they were also extremely affordable! We worked with some amazing vendors all around, but Pocket Change is the first review we're writing, because we really wanted to thank them for what they did to make our day special. We had a miscommunication with our venue about who was in charge of ceremony audio, and Pocket Change was able to jump in last minute to provide audio for the ceremony. They also let one of the bride's best friends join them on stage to sing Dancing Queen, which was so special for the bride and groom. There was a small issue with the wireless microphone during speeches, and their technician was able to jump in and solve it immediately! They were great at going with the flow and making situations that could have been stressful not at all. In almost every conversation we have had with guests since our wedding, someone has brought up what a great band they were. Hire Pocket Change - you will not be disappointed!!!

This band was amazing! My guests truly enjoyed the whole experience. David Heath was easy to work with. He had great communication prior to the event.
