. We spoke with the owner, checked out some videos, and met our DJ (Anthony) in person. We felt that we were very clear in what we wanted - standard fan-favorite wedding songs that all guests enjoy dancing to - a mixture of oldies and pop songs of today. We filled out their "gig sheet" which detailed specific songs (first dance, father/daughter dance, etc), must play and do not play lists, and some special requests (a 90's set list). We even scheduled a phonecall with Anthony a few days before the wedding where any questions/clarifications could be answered. We felt he had no energy as a DJ, played an unusual collection of songs, and didn't keep the energy up and our guests dancing consistently throughout the night (which is saying something when this was a group that stays up on the dance floor all night). He even forgot to do things we spoke about only a few days before.. Don't know what else we could have done to make our vision more clear. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your DJ.
