Any hiccup along the way she dealt with in such a calm and professional manner and answered any questions I had at any time of the day. The day of the wedding was so amazing and beautiful. Her and her team were proactive and kept everyone on schedule. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision.

It was quickly apparent that we had chosen the perfect wedding coordinators in Belinda and Pocketbook Weddings. From the beginning, Belinda's experience, professionalism, and passion for her work were evident. We ended up choosing the 30-day planning and coordination package as the bride is an event planner herself. Months before the wedding, Belinda met with us and helped lay the foundation for her work. When the 30-day mark came, we were ready to go. Belinda came prepared with many questions, some of which we had never thought of. This was comforting as it showed that this wasn't Belinda's first rodeo. During the year we spent planning the wedding, we had collected a good amount of contracts with vendors that we were going to work with. When Belinda came into the picture, she took over the contracts and the stress that came with them. We expressed our idea of what the timeline would be like and she soon came up with a tighter and more refined version of it. From here on out, any communication we had to have with a vendor went through Belinda and she always executed and followed up. During routine conversations she would fill us in on how activities would go during the wedding day. These updates would reveal fine details to us which we wouldn't have been able to work out ourselves. One characteristic of Belinda and Pocketbook Weddings which stood out time and time again was that they were present exactly when we needed them. For the rehearsal, Belinda made everyone feel comfortable and organized. We knew exactly what to do and when to do it. During the wedding day, Belinda and her team made it all come together. I can't speak highly enough of how the team helped make the wedding day be as perfect as it was. There were so many qualities of Belinda's which made us appreciate her so much more. First, her scheduling was perfect. She kept us informed and on time. She added breaks, shuffled events, and kept vendors on time. We felt like we were always exactly where we needed to be. Second, Belinda and the team were there every single moment we needed them. At no point were they overbearing or too involved. It was the opposite. It was as if life was scripted, we were the protagonists, and any time we needed help, someone would magically appear to make life easier. It was a wonderful experience. Lastly, her and her team's warm and comforting nature was an x-factor which made their service all the better. Planning and being part of a wedding is stressful. While you may have a wedding coordinator who is good with scheduling or coming up with ideas (which Belinda also is), her warmth and comforting nature made every situation smoother. She easily got along with the vendors, family members, and anyone else she had to come in contact with. She and her team are masters at handling situations. We are so grateful to Belinda and Pocketbook Weddings for helping us plan and execute our dream wedding. Belinda and her team are the definition of professionalism and excellence. I hired Belinda ~1 year out from our wedding. Throughout the planning process she was quick to respond and helped me with wedding details I would not have even thought of. In addition, I was a destination bride and Belinda was able to give me expert recommendations. 10000000% worth it!! We’ll be honest, we knew we needed a wedding day coordinator but we didn’t know how much we needed one till the actual wedding day. We heard of so so many great reviews of Belinda and her team and after getting off the phone with Belinda after the consultation I was amazed of how professional and organized she was. Leading up to the day, she overlooked contracts, spotted holes, managed vendors, and asked questions I honestly didn’t even think about. On our wedding day, she did a phenomenal job being an extra set of hands (distributing payments and tips to vendors, getting our wedding details ready for photo/video, fixing my veil, bustling my dress, doing my touch-ups, and so much more). She is hands down our most favorite vendor we booked with as we felt so comfortable and relaxed with her. She and her team knew exactly what to do and when to do it. We never felt stressed or rushed at all. We can’t even begin to imagine how different our wedding day would have been if we didn’t have Belinda, so thank you so much team for all of the hard work and dedication you put into making our day as special as it was.

Belinda SAVED OUR CEREMONY from a disaster! As the bride was walking out for the ceremony (one of the most important moments on wedding day), the veil fell off! LUCKILY, Belinda quickly (and very smoothly) scooped it up and none of the guests noticed, and it didn't even show up in the video footage. Belinda was the sweetest, most perfect wedding coordinator any couple could ask. The Pocketbook team was nothing but exceptional, and they truly made the entire experience stress free, smooth, and seamless. Belinda is extremely detail oriented and organized, but also incredibly patient and kind. She also maintains great relationships with the vendors, specifically the venue hosts. On our wedding day, she really truly was our saviour and guiding light. She thought of all the little things (bringing appetizers, drinks, planned breaks) as well as guiding us through each event of the night. And again, she was such a sweetheart about everything, even though I'm sure there may have been some stressful events. OH, and not to mention, she did all this and then gave birth to her baby girl TWO weeks after our wedding! Belinda you are a true professional, and just a wonderful human being. Belinda and her team were apart of the cost of my wedding venue and wow. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Belinda was my point of contact up until about a week or so before my wedding and then I was assigned Jessica. I don’t even have the words to explain how wonderful she was to me. She completely catered to me and kept me focused. I needed water about 20 times that day and she would be back in 5 seconds with a glass of ice water for me. Without even noticing I realized she was by my side all day and was kind of my shadow. She was also very sweet and caring. My photographer and Jessica knew I wanted a very candid, unplanned, unscripted day. Obviously without being completely unorganized they gracefully allowed that. I’m still in a little bit of shock from the wedding but I don’t think I could find the right words for these amazing women. Solid team, focused, hard working & very organized. Loved them!

From day 1, I knew that we were in great hands with Belinda – she kept me calm and informed throughout the wedding process, and once it was time to officially jump in as our “month of coordinator” she hit the ground full steam ahead. She ensured we stuck to our timeline and I loved that she thought of the small things, like bringing me my margarita during portraits. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with both Belinda and Jessica. Jessica was with us on our wedding day and Belinda was helping us beforehand. We recently got married and used Pocketbook for our special day! Belinda and her team are amazing. They are extremely organized and know exactly how to manage the special day so that everything turns out how you want it. Our wedding was perfect. Did everything go according to plan? Nope. Belinda and her team made the day look seamless. We were able to be in the moment and enjoy our day to the fullest. Pocketbook wedding was the best choice for my perfect day, Belinda and her team were amazing Jessica was the best angel that I could have had for my wedding day she helped in every aspect of the day from fixing my dress to decorating my cake when I forgot to bring the flowers to decorate it. She made everything smooth and was able to that with a beautiful friendly smile the whole day . The team made my wedding 1000% better than I expected , My fiancé was amazed with all their hard work and helping with everything that he needed . My whole bridal party was amazed with the quality of the service from the beginning to the end if it wasn’t for this team my day would’ve not gone on smoothly. Without commenting on how BEAUTIFUL Belinda is on the outside, she was amazing at her job. Her and her team really helped me. I’m used to coordinating things myself and on my wedding day all I had to do was bring my supplies and she set it up and broke it down. She told me what to expect and when and also assured me everything was going to be great. She made sure me and jonathan had a moment to ourselves and had everything we needed. Even the rest of the guests. I recommend PB EVENTS to anyone. Whether you want to have someone coordinate everything or just a little bit. Super sweet, helpful and organized. Thank you so much !

Hiring Belinda was seriously the smartest choice we made at the start of our wedding planning journey! Working with her was an absolute pleasure. She is super professional, but has a wonderful "family" touch to everything she does. She is patient, kind, and will give you her absolute honest opinion along the way. I can't stress enough what a blessing it was to have her as a sounding board planning a wedding during Covid-19 times. We went from planning a large outdoor Miami garden wedding with 150 guests (reduced to 75 people due to restrictions), then planning a completely separate micro-wedding for 30 of at a beach resort in Fort Lauderdale. Throughout the process Belinda was patient and willing to go above and beyond as the liaison between us and our vendors given all the planning challenges. She made sure we were on track calendar-wise and even helped us negotiate some rates (and even refunds) due to the pandemic. On the day of our wedding she ensured things occurred without a hitch! While the weather didn't cooperate with us that day, Belinda was a ray of sunshine making sure everyone was where they needed to be and doing what they needed to do. It was like having a friend looking out for us on one of the biggest days of our lives. We regret having cancelled our "Sequel" wedding/1-year anniversary party at our original venue, would love to work with her again... Highly recommend!

Out of every vendor that made our day so special, none deserves more praise than pocketbook weddings. Originally we were on the fence about needing a planner or not but now in retrospect was the best decision we made. A modern wedding is an intricate set of moving parts and this team kept it moving in a loving and fun way. We are so grateful to Belinda and Bea for their extremely professional help! From handling vendor logistics, creating a smooth wedding timeline, AND keeping the bride and groom well taken care of, they made our day such a breeze. I knew going into it that all logistics would be handled since our first conversation at the site walk-through. She provided a clear checklist, timeline, and was ready to answer any questions and manage last-minute changes. Looking back at our big day, my husband and I were both so peaceful. If we needed anything, we knew Belinda and her team had the answers or would take care of it. Honestly, our day was perfect! AND everything was on-time!!!! Hahaha. We are so thankful for the care and attention to detail Belinda and her team provided. If you are in need of a wedding coordinator, look no further. Belinda and her team were amazing! I hired them for Day of Coordination only and Belinda was very responsive since the beginning. She took over all the planning a month before the wedding and that really eased my mind. Jessica was my Day of Coordinator and she was sooo amazing. Frida was there helping her that day and every single detail was taken care of. Weddings are never perfect, something always comes up, but our wedding was perfect in our eyes thanks to Jessica and Frida and the coordination Belinda did the month leading to the wedding. You definitely need a Day of Coordinator at the very least and the Pocketbook team is amazing at what they do!

Belinda and her team have wedding day planning and month of coordination down packed! I had never been to a wedding nor have I been married before so it’s safe to say that I didn’t really know what to expect… WOW WOW WOW there was no blips that day except for one that was my fault where I left my vows at home! I told Belinda and within no time my husband was alerted and and the officiant as well! It’s was like if nothing ever happened! I am sooooo grateful to Belinda and Bertha because they really ensured that my wedding day would be one of the most perfect days I’ve ever had! Thank you guys! ♥️

I was counting on Belinda to keep us on track for the big day, as promised in the contract. She came highly recommended by the venue and her personality is as pleasant as can be. However, I ended up managing her more than she helped me. Here are some examples: 1. I asked Belinda to schedule planning meetings in advance that were promised in the contract, but she deflected and did not end up scheduling our first planning meeting until less than 3 weeks before the wedding. 2. She didn’t inform me until the week before the wedding that my DJ had insufficient equipment for the venue, which caused me a lot of personal stress. 3. At the venue walk thru, I noticed a giant wooden structure on the property that was in plain sight. Belinda told me not to worry, that it would be removed. When I arrived on my wedding day, the structure was not removed as promised. I didn't appreciate that she didn't let me know before arrival. My bridesmaids and I took it upon ourselves to move it (photo attached), but unfortunately, the structure still appeared in the background of my wedding photos. 4. I don't feel that Belinda managed the vendors properly because the band started testing their audio equipment during the beginning of my ceremony. When I was about to walk down the aisle, blaring salsa music drowned out my romantic processional music. My father had to leave my side to go ask the DJ to stop. 5. The power went out during the reception and it felt like Belinda was avoiding my bridesmaids and I because she didn’t have a solution. While she can’t control the venue power system, I wish she had handled it better in the moment and after the fact, offered to help me get a refund for the $2000 portable fan equipment that went unused. 6. At no point did Belinda recommend that I pack my bags in the dressing room so that I’d be ready to leave after the reception, which feels like something a planner would help you do. Instead, my sister had to remind her once I was already in the getaway car. Unfortunately, key items were left behind like my makeup bag (and almost my cell phone). My bad experience is only a blip on the radar of other positive reviews. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that my wedding was mistake that doesn't happen often, but it surely stinks to be the one that went wrong.

Honestly we can't thank Belinda enough for all the amazing work she did. We hired her for "partial" wedding planning and day of coordinator and I wish I would have hired her for the entire wedding planning! She is amazing, respectful, kind, and just knows this industry inside and out. She was the right hand we didn't know we needed. The 2 weeks before the wedding it was like she was on a mission and it was to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn't recommend someone better than her and we all deserve a stress free wedding and BELINDA did that. We truly were blessed to have her.

Belinda was amazing! She walked us through all the steps in preparing for the wedding, she helped us line up vendors, organize the wedding events, coordinate the delivery of equipment, and organize our guests. When COVID forced us to postpone the wedding, she helped find a new date that all of our vendors could work with!

Jessica was a literal super star at my wedding! She did an amazing job I would recommend her for anyone who needs a day of coordinator or a full wedding planner! She was absolutely amazing and so so so organized and always made herself available to me! Oh and if you have any mishaps Jessica came so prepared with her own emergency kit! I did not stress about a thing the day of my wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator I wish I could give more stars to her !!! 1000/1000 !!!!

Belinda was beyond amazing. On my wedding day it poured and looking back at it I honestly feel that if it wasn’t for Belinda things would have been a disaster but she honestly had an answer for everything and always had a plan B. I am eternally grateful for all her support that day.

Belinda is number 1. She truly is one of the nicest people and really helped me. I was so anxious and she eased my mind. I would pick her again and again! I can’t say enough. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone kind and bubbly!

Belinda was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were a very very detailed bridal crew and she ensured that every detail that was important to us was executed beautifully. As the mother of the bride facilitating an out of town wedding for a non detailed bride, I cannot say enough about Belinda and the calmness she gave me on our daughters wedding day. She attended to every detail while checking in ensuring our vision was met. After an hour or two she gave me the confidence to hand over the reigns and let her handle the intricate details I’d been holding on to. The wedding day was an absolute calming one for me and I attribute that to Belinda. I would recommend Belinda for any event. She is a true class act.

Belinda and Jessica really make an excellent team and they truly went out of their way to make our day very special. From the beginning, we knew they were a great fit for us. We loved their professionalism and attention to detail. Even though Belinda was just the Day of Coordinator, she went above and beyond and helped me throughout my entire wedding planning process. She offered great advise and recommendations. I also loved how well they worked with our other vendors. Their affordability made it possible for us, on what is not exactly considered a very high budget by wedding industry standards, to have a fantastic wedding day. We couldn't be more grateful to Belinda and Jessica for all they did to make our wedding day special. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Belinda is amazing! We had her as our day of coordinator for our wedding. Unfortunately we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid but she was super understanding! The first time we met with her I felt so much peace about my wedding coming up. She is super detail oriented and reminded me of little things that I totally didn’t think of or forgot about. Not to mention she is the sweetest. After meeting with her, I really didn’t have a worry in the world about our wedding day because I could tell she had it all under control! Having her as our wedding coordinator made the day go by so smoothly and took all the stress off the wedding party and my mom since she was there too coordinate things. The day definitely would not have gone as smoothly without Belinda, you will be SO happy you hired her!!

Through the wedding planning process it was stressful and when the wedding day came Belinda and Jessica were amazing coordinators. She made our day stress free and helped keep it intimate for my husband and I. She was sweet because she would text me and make sure we were doing ok and kept my nerves down. She was on top of everything while we worked on our vows. She made sure we were fed and that our vendors were taken care of. Thank you Belinda and Jessica!! ❤️❤️

Where do I start? I am so grateful for having Pocketbook Weddings (Belinda especially) since day 1 of planning my wedding. There’s a lot of things to think and plan and Belinda wouldn’t let me forget of anything. She was so sweet from beginning to end. On my big day I didn’t have to stress out with anything because she was running around for me! Lots of little things could have gone wrong but it didn’t because Belinda was there! Amazing professionalism, hard work and charisma. I so happy I found Belinda to help me plan my wedding!

I had often heard that day of coordinators we normally not much help. But Belinda and Jessica were absolutely amazing!! They were on top of all the details, small to large! I was able to enjoy the process leading up to the wedding. And thanks to them, my husband and I could truly enjoy our wedding day and it was a dream come true. I would highly recommend them!!

Belinda is simply awesome! She makes sure to capture your vision and execute everything to perfection. She works tirelessly to ensure that you do not have to worry about anything. Many of my guests were complimenting me on how amazing she was. If you are hesitant, go ahead and hire her you will not regret.

Belinda and Jessica were fabulous to work with. They ensured everything ran smoothly on the wedding day and constantly checked in with the Groom and I to make sure we were hydrated, able try our appetizers, ate our dinner when it was still hot and just making sure we were happy! They were always in sight to assist whether it was to throw up my veil for photos or to hand off the microphone to the next speaker. They kept everything moving and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an organized team that love what they do!

These girls are amazing! Belinda was very responsive every time I had a question about anything. And Jessica was an absolute saint on my wedding day. She made sure we were able to eat and stay hydrated in between photos and was so good with checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. There was an 80% chance of rain on my wedding day and my ceremony was outside. Everyone was adamant about moving the ceremony to the indoor location early in the day (who wants to get married at the "plan B" spot??) but Jessica stayed on top of monitoring the weather and made sure they waited to the very last minute to make that call, which I am soooo grateful for! We were able to get married outside and, though it sprinkled a little bit during the ceremony, the weather held up for us and everything was perfect. There were a couple of photos we had requested and would have totally forgot about if Jessica hadn't reminded us. These girls are on top of it! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our day so so special!

BELINDA SAVED OUR DAY.. and my sanity!! Our venue was shut down 48 hours before our wedding (not even covid related!) just as we were arriving to drop some items off. Talk about stress. Belinda immediately took charge and was on top of finding a new venue while also helping sort things out with the prior venue. She made sure all our vendors were notified and had the updated floor plan/timesheet that same day and took all the stress away from us. No one would’ve known the chaos with how the wedding turned out.. it looked beautiful and everything came out perfect! We’re so thankful for everything her and her assistant Patricia did for us. If they can handle a situation like ours with as much grace, calmness and organization as they did, I’m confident she can handle just about anything. If you’re second guessing a day of coordinator, DON’T!

WOWWWW - Belinda and Jessica were just incredible. I was originally on the fence about having a wedding day coordinator and hiring Pocketbook Weddings was the best decision e made for our special day. They are incredibly professional and took the stress out of our wedding day so we could enjoy every moment. If you are considering a planner, they are hands down the best around!
