Poetic Moor told me that he had to cancel the event because of my "last minute" adjustments. Asking him to play half an hour sooner and selecting ceremony music from the playlist he supplied were the “last-minute adjustments”. The playlist he gave me required him to "relearn" the songs, which was absurd. Interacting with him was quite difficult. A number of times during our interaction, there were confusing or delayed communication.He left several messages marked as "read," and never responded. After reading his previous review, which revealed that he was forty minutes late and played the same note throughout the ceremony, I'm relieved that we avoided that issue. I even compromised and requested him to play the music he liked. At first, he did, but then he refused to return my calls or texts and sent me a refund of my deposit without providing a reason. I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility and willingness to compromise. I DO NOT recommend Poetic Moor. Please consider alternative options
