If I needed it done, Malia did it. She sourced everything for our wedding, taking so much of the heavy lifting off of me and my partner. Whenever people ask me "Did anything go wrong on your wedding day?" I tell them that I truly have no idea because Malia handled everything so well that my day was so smooth and I could sit back and focus on my wedding. She was a true professional, and was always available for me when I needed her. She was my favorite vendor we hired for our wedding.
Point B Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I had booked a month-of coordination over a year away from our date, and Malia immediately was helping us with everything. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and she even visited the ceremony venue to send me pictures so we could see it during the same month we would get married in the following year. I had visited our booked venues in the summer, and though still not in the contracted time, Malia had drove to meet me in person (I live in Florida and wedding was in Arkansas) and sat with me in my meetings with both ceremony and reception venues to help everyone be on the same page and ask her own questions as both of my venues were new to her as well.
Malia was the most helpful and kindest person, and she left absolutely nothing for me to worry about. Any slight hiccups were immediately resolved. My husband and I are so grateful and are so happy we booked with Point B Events.
Malia coordinated all the vendors and helped make sure all the vendors were on the same timeline. They worked together for a seamless reception where my timeline didn’t follow the traditional schedule. Malia helped with set up the day before and worked tirelessly until clean up. She even organized all the decorations as well as my husband and I’s belongings making it to our wedding suite. Malia and her assistants were absolutely phenomenal, and left no room for error. There is no company I would recommend more! :)

Founded in 2023, Point B Events was created with one goal in mind: to make the journey from “Point A” to “Point B” feel organized, intentional, and genuinely enjoyable. We believe wedding planning should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and we’re here to bring structure, creativity, and a steady hand to every step of the process.
From full-service planning and design to month-of coordination, we tailor our support to meet each couple where they are. I’m Malia, owner and lead planner behind Point B Events Co. What began in Michigan and later grew in Arkansas has become a business rooted in meaningful connection, intentional celebrations, and weddings that truly feel like you.
After relocating from Michigan to Arkansas, Point B evolved into something far bigger than I ever imagined. Between weddings back home, weekends on the road, and celebrations across state lines, I realized how deeply I loved creating experiences that feel intentional, personal, and genuinely meaningful — wherever they take place.
Outside of weddings, I’m a mom, a book lover, and someone who has always romanticized the quiet, meaningful moments in life. That love naturally found its way into the way I approach weddings and the experience I create for my couples.
One of the most unexpected parts of this work has been the relationships that come from it. So many of our couples feel more like friends by the end of the process, and that’s exactly the way I want it to feel.
At Point B, our hope is that every couple feels fully known, deeply supported, and cared for through every season of the planning process.
