Mary Lou of Point of View by Lou Photography exceeded our expectations. =] In fact, we haven't even seen the photographs yet, but we can already tell they will be wonderful thanks to Lou's amazing creative eye and attention to detail. She made me feel completely comfortable all throughout my wedding day and was an absolute joy to work with. Billy and I were very blessed to have found her and will return to her for future photo needs. uested a few additional family portraits. She was also patient with the few children involved and groom's father (who has mild dementia and is very difficult to direct in posing). Mary Lou is also very creative, setting up many unplanned shots to capture (us in) the beauty of our location/venue. She really seems to enjoy her work and has tremendous enthusiasm.
It felt like we had friends taking the photos. The team was helpful in many ways with suggestions and lending a hand with little details. They were friendly and considerate.

We absolutely LOVE all of our pictures!! She captured all of the amazing moments of our wedding day and kept me nice and calm during it :) It was also the hottest day of the year so taking pictures wasn't high on the kids list but she was able to keep them engaged and get some wonderful pictures of them. The artistic layout of our wedding album is gorgeous - she has great attention to detail. We previewed our album online before it went to print and only made 2 minor changes - that's how good she is :) I highly recommend Lou - you will not be disappointed! Having worked with several photographers in the past, it was extremely refreshing to work with Lou. You can see and feel all the personal pride she takes in ensuring that your day is captured in the most beautiful way. She takes into consideration everything; things you wouldn't otherwise think about are already taken care of by her so that you are able to just relax and enjoy taking your pictures. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know who is getting married, just got engaged, etc., because you are guaranteed to get everything you want.
