My husband Billy and I were married on November 23, 2013. While planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted a very professional, creative and experienced photographer to capture a...
ll of the moments in our special day. Mary Lou of Point of View by Lou Photography exceeded our expectations. =] In fact, we haven't even seen the photographs yet, but we can already tell they will be wonderful thanks to Lou's amazing creative eye and attention to detail. She made me feel completely comfortable all throughout my wedding day and was an absolute joy to work with. Billy and I were very blessed to have found her and will return to her for future photo needs. We would also gladly refer anyone looking for quality, creative, professional photographs for their special occasions to Mary Lou and know that they will be pleased! =]
Thanks Mary Lou!

Mary Lou was a great wedding photographer to work with! Though we had pre-discussed which shots to have for the wedding and reception, she was flexible when the groom's family req...
uested a few additional family portraits. She was also patient with the few children involved and groom's father (who has mild dementia and is very difficult to direct in posing). Mary Lou is also very creative, setting up many unplanned shots to capture (us in) the beauty of our location/venue. She really seems to enjoy her work and has tremendous enthusiasm.
It felt like we had friends taking the photos. The team was helpful in many ways with suggestions and lending a hand with little details. They were friendly and considerate.
The photography in a wedding, in my opinion, is one of the most important things. It's not just the memories that last a lifetime, but the pictures to help reminisce the most wonde...
rful day of two people's lives. Point of View by Lou photography went above and beyond to help my best friend have not only a wonderful wedding, but incredibly stunning pictures to remember the day. She was easy to work with, and directed everyone in poses that ended up looking beautiful in pictures. So thankful the Linds chose Point of View by Lou for their special day.
As the maid of honor, I was excited to work with the photographer. Working with Point of View by Lou was wonderful! Lou was extremely easy to work with and was just as excited abou...
t the day as I was! I loved working with her entire team; they made the day easy, fun and stress free. I would highly suggest this photography team to anyone who is planning a wedding! The pictures look great, the day was fantastic, and Point of View by Lou helped make that happen!
Lou, and her team members, were a joy to work with. With all the things I had to worry about for my wedding, photography was not one of them. My husband is they type to not want to...
take pictures and dreaded going to our engagement session. Lou made it fun, and got him excited about taking pictures! I didn't think this was possible! On the wedding day she was organized and kept everyone on track for all of the small and big group pictures. She made sure that my husband and I left our reception at the right time to get the pictures at sunset that we really wanted (and turned out better than we could have imagined). With her great attention to detail, she was able to capture the most beautiful photographs that we will treasure forever!

We highly recommend her to future brides looking for a photographer.

stant even helped us bridesmaids fix an issue with our dresses! We've seen a few images posted the day after the wedding and they are stunning!
Working with Lou was such a great experience! From our first meeting over coffees to our engagement/family photo session to the day of our wedding it was nothing but a pleasure. ...
We absolutely LOVE all of our pictures!! She captured all of the amazing moments of our wedding day and kept me nice and calm during it :) It was also the hottest day of the year so taking pictures wasn't high on the kids list but she was able to keep them engaged and get some wonderful pictures of them. The artistic layout of our wedding album is gorgeous - she has great attention to detail. We previewed our album online before it went to print and only made 2 minor changes - that's how good she is :) I highly recommend Lou - you will not be disappointed! We are so thankful to have such beautiful pictures/memories of our wedding day.

arn what I wanted, expected, all the while tweaking it so that it would be photogenically appealing in the end. Having worked with several photographers in the past, it was extremely refreshing to work with Lou. You can see and feel all the personal pride she takes in ensuring that your day is captured in the most beautiful way. She takes into consideration everything; things you wouldn't otherwise think about are already taken care of by her so that you are able to just relax and enjoy taking your pictures. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know who is getting married, just got engaged, etc., because you are guaranteed to get everything you want. The pictures turn out beautiful, and you have a great photographer to work with!
