I have been to several weddings at Pole Barn Chic. It is a stunning, amazing venue that is unlike any other I have ever seen. Lovely indoor and outdoor event space, coupled with a 5,000 sq foot home that is available for couples to rent, as well as a "Party Garage" stocked with its own bar and video games for kids and adults alike! A true one stop for any wedding!

We had another fantastic experience at Pole Barn Chic. This time for the professional meeting place. With a country estate setting, the ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Audrey and Angie were incredibly attentive and professional. Their input on how to have a lightly catered meeting event was phenomenal. Not too much, not too little. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparent. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was clear throughout the whole process, from planning till the last person left the meeting. I highly recommend them for any event gathering.

Facilities and Capacity This spacious, newly built barn will prove to be an ideal venue for your wedding day. The structure boasts 5,000 square feet of room for you and your guests to enjoy, with a grand hall and mezzanine area to explore. Whether you are planning an intimate soirée or a grand gala, this space can accommodate between 25 to 250 guests. Large windows allow the barn to fill with natural light, and exposed wooden beams travel across the top floor ceiling. You can enjoy your celebration outdoors on the open-air patio overlooking the stunning lawn, and a marquee can also be provided. This venue has contemporary sound equipment and ample room for a dance floor and stage, meaning you and your loved ones can dance to your favorite music. Services Offered The staff at Pole Barn Chic Events will do everything they can to help bring your vision to life for your special day. They will assist with the setup and clean-up of your celebration, so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. I am Audrey, the owner of the PBC Venue, Pole Barn Chic Events. I began in the wedding industry at just 14 years old and have been in love with it ever since. I became a destination wedding planner at 22 years old. I have planned weddings in Hollywood, Orlando, Palm Springs, Miami, Chicago, New York and more. In 2022, the team and I decided to stop full time traveling & open our own venue here in Springfield, IL. I bought 5 acres on a historic farm. At the time, there was a house and a garage on property. The home was build in 1865. We added the 5,000 sq ft. pole barn, the outdoor courtyard, the parking lot and more. I have been married to my husband for 12 years and we have a family filled with beautiful children. I am still a destination wedding planner for clients and have enjoyed traveling the county with my family and team.
