The perfect venue to create an entire wedding experience - I could not have been more thrilled with Pole Creek Ranch and its team. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the on-site Lodge made the entire weekend so calm + relaxed so we could thoroughly be present in the moment. Even more special, we can come back year after year because the house is also an Airbnb. I can't wait to celebrate our anniversaries where we got married + create new memories there.

This venue and team is truly unmatched! Jen made for such a seamless process from start to finish! Having the entire venue for the whole weekend made for an unforgettable experience. We hosted our welcome party in Elkatraz, our wedding on the big lawn behind the lodge, and our farewell brunch in the lodge. Our guests were raving about the venue the entire weekend and continue to mention how beautiful it was even months later. We plan to come back and visit for milestone anniversaries in the future. Couldn’t recommend Pole Creek more!

onvenient getting to stay at the ranch house the day before and being able to get ready on the property. This made it so much less stressful and I got to focus on the fun aspects of the day instead of stressing about transportation. Jen was awesome and was a great communicator! It was so nice to feel confident and trusting that she would help out and be able to answer any question you may have! She was welcoming and such a lovely face to see around while getting ready! PCR was the perfect venue!!!

verything. Having the Lodge home, the big quiet area to enjoy before and after the event were second to none. I would highly recommend this venue if you’re looking for an elegant ranch vibe. The staff was so supportive and answered all of our questions as well as made sure our set up details were executed perfectly. Absolutely loved Pole Creek, so glad we chose it!

ately it would be our wedding venue. Pole creek ranch is one of a kind and an absolutely stunning place to get married. The mountain views are breathtaking, the ranch house is basically my dream house, and Elkatraz is unique with so much character. Our guests were raving about every part of the venue (we ran a 5k on the property on our wedding morning - and our guests even enjoyed that because the whole ranch is so stunning!) - and it’s proximity to sisters makes it a super easy place to find ample accommodations for your guests. And then there’s the people! Jen and all of the people I worked with at Pole Creek were an absolute dream and delight. They were prompt, professional, helpful, and thoughtful — and they made us feel loved, special, and adored throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend (and beyond). They think of everything - and have lots of little touches to make your stay luxurious and meaningful. Plus! Pole Creek’s beef is absolutely delicious - the tastiest local meat I’ve had in Oregon. Pole Creek and it’s people are very very special to me —and a huge part of what made our wedding weekend feel so special. Thank you, Pole Creek. And if anyone wants a wedding that celebrates central Oregon and strays from the cookie cutter venues, Pole Creek is the place for you - you won’t regret it.
