She was proactive, incredibly responsive (within the hour) and always available to me. She came up with a few solution that literally made the wedding way easier to navigate for guests and me. She never needed be reminded of things, she has class and she is incredibly patient. Her price is really good compared to value. The best event coordinator I have ever worked with. If I could give ten stars I would.

e I had questions and when I need some guidance. She made recommendations, suggestions and kept me calm during the whole planning process. She was always available via email, text or phone and I think that is very important, specially if you are planning a wedding alone like I was. Her “customer service” skills are excellent. Thanks to Pollyana our wedding planning was such a smooth process and exactly like we dreamed.
During our wedding, Pollyana didn’t just take care of the ceremony and reception, but she made both of our families to feel welcome and also understood their needs, as most of our family was coming from overseas and barely spook any English.
She was so attentive to us and our families the day since our day began throughout the end of the party and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have kept my nerves together I would probably have passed out of dehydration hahaha Seriously, she even made sure that I drink enough water.
If you are looking for someone that truly understands and respects your needs, I highly recommend Pollyana. I am pretty sure she will make your day so special as much she did for ours. She will go above and beyond to help you make your dream wedding a reality!

She even helped to streamline my ideas. My budget was extremely tight but she was able to come up with ideas to help things look like the luxurious look I wanted without compromising the budget. I was traveling for work in addition to living in a different place than our Atlanta destination wedding. She went on tasting with my mother, made phone calls and just went above and beyond her call of duty. I would work with her on other party plans in the future. She is the dream wedding planner. I have done, and found that the brides mother is very friendly and down-to-earth. That was a great relief to me at this beginning stage of our wedding plans. Pollyanna has also been advising me on what colors I should wear, both to complement my own skin tone and hair color, but also to choose a color that will not clash with the bridal party. Pollyanna has also kept me well-informed on what duties are expected of me as the mother of the groom. Pollyanna has wonderful, classic taste, and I would highly recommend this friendly and inventive wedding planner to anyone needing such services.
