Pollyanna helped me with my wedding during a tough Covid time. My wedding was quite complicated- I’m an extreme perfectionist, with very specific taste, I had a completely unequipp...
ed venue therefore I had more than 10 vendors to coordinate, and had multiple locations of hotel in a quite remote place. She was proactive, incredibly responsive (within the hour) and always available to me. She came up with a few solution that literally made the wedding way easier to navigate for guests and me. She never needed be reminded of things, she has class and she is incredibly patient. Her price is really good compared to value. The best event coordinator I have ever worked with. If I could give ten stars I would.
Pollyanna was warm, attentive and efficient throughout our wedding planning process. She steered us to vendors that were a good match. It was a plus to have her as our floral desig...
ner also, because she developed to feel for just what we wanted as we worked with her over time. On our wedding day we felt protected by her and relaxed, as we floated through all the lovely moments of preparation, the ceremony, and the reception. Her coordination of the day, working with the vendors, was absolutely seamless. It was a joy to have here a part of our wedding experience!
Pollyanna coordinated my best friend's wedding in August of 2018. Pollyanna and her team did a fantastic job! She is very professional and organized, and was on top of everything. ...
My friend and her family didn't have to worry about anything! I will absolutely be recommending Pollyanna Richter Weddings to all friends.

e I had questions and when I need some guidance. She made recommendations, suggestions and kept me calm during the whole planning process. She was always available via email, text or phone and I think that is very important, specially if you are planning a wedding alone like I was. Her “customer service” skills are excellent. Thanks to Pollyana our wedding planning was such a smooth process and exactly like we dreamed.
During our wedding, Pollyana didn’t just take care of the ceremony and reception, but she made both of our families to feel welcome and also understood their needs, as most of our family was coming from overseas and barely spook any English.
She was so attentive to us and our families the day since our day began throughout the end of the party and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have kept my nerves together I would probably have passed out of dehydration hahaha Seriously, she even made sure that I drink enough water.
If you are looking for someone that truly understands and respects your needs, I highly recommend Pollyana. I am pretty sure she will make your day so special as much she did for ours. She will go above and beyond to help you make your dream wedding a reality!

st of a very hectic shoot atmosphere. She handled the various photographers, models, artists and administrative staff with detailed creative direction and vision making all our jobs easier. She is extremely conscientious, focused, and detail-oriented. She has a passion for creating a beautiful, unique, memorable wedding story that shows in all the work she does. She is a caring and enthusiastic Director that excels at making clients feel comfortable with her ability to bring together the many complicated details of a shoot or wedding with her expertise. I highly recommend her as a Creative Director and Wedding Planner.

nd adapts to any change or different asthetic ! I am a personal stylist in fashion and attention to detail was important. She understood my needs right away. She was very patient with me. She even helped to streamline my ideas. My budget was extremely tight but she was able to come up with ideas to help things look like the luxurious look I wanted without compromising the budget. I was traveling for work in addition to living in a different place than our Atlanta destination wedding. She went on tasting with my mother, made phone calls and just went above and beyond her call of duty. I would work with her on other party plans in the future. She is the dream wedding planner. I would even adopt her as a family member. And she is sweet as calm but firm when it came to the day of coordinating! Our wedding was said by our our guest to be the best wedding they've ever been to. And I have to thank Pollyanna a million times over. A++

is a very unique, traditional and has an amazing taste. We worked together on the decor (I am very picky :-) ).
The wedding day Pollyana was on control of all details. She was on top of the entire timeline and my guest was so impressed with her. What a huge relief for me. My only responsibility was to enjoy my magical day.
Pollyana is my angel. Strongly recommend her to help you plan your wedding / event because it will be perfect, beautiful and magical as mine was.
Pollyanna Richter has been so helpful to me as I prepare for my son's wedding next fall. She encouraged me to reach out to the brides mother so that we may develop a report, which ...
I have done, and found that the brides mother is very friendly and down-to-earth. That was a great relief to me at this beginning stage of our wedding plans. Pollyanna has also been advising me on what colors I should wear, both to complement my own skin tone and hair color, but also to choose a color that will not clash with the bridal party. Pollyanna has also kept me well-informed on what duties are expected of me as the mother of the groom. Pollyanna has wonderful, classic taste, and I would highly recommend this friendly and inventive wedding planner to anyone needing such services.
