Angelina was so helpful and amazing leading up to and during our wedding. She was super helpful in walking me through my vision and making sure that came to life. She gave a lot of recommendations and helped us realize what was reasonable. I had some difficult family expectations to manage and Angelina made sure that didn’t impact our day. The whole wedding day was so smooth and not stressful at all. They took care of every detail and checked in with my husband and I to make sure we had food, water, drinks etc throughout the night too!

Our Wedding Coordinator Jillian was the most incredible person to help us as we planned and celebrated our wedding. Not only was she enthusiastic about our visions, she offered to reach out to vendors, take our family-stress off our plate the week of our wedding, and even ran to get ice. With her background as a florist, she also surprised us by sprucing up our altar with fresh flowers winding up the trees and vases leading up the steps! During our wedding she was everywhere at once - she seemed to be there exactly when we were about to ask someone a question, and she handled every one of our family members and friends with respect and kindness. One of the things that I will never forget, was when she texted me the morning of our wedding, a picture of my soon-to-be-husband and I kissing during our rehearsal. She reminded us to relax and remember what it was all about. Jillian is thoughtful, dedicated, and genuinely a fun person to spend a year with. We'll miss her, and we'll never forget how much she did for us to make our dream wedding go smoothly.

Diana was awesome. Without her, our day would not have been nearly as successful. She was always there to answer any questions we had. Our vendor was not great at communicating and Diana would make sure that we got our questions answered as soon as possible. When the vendor was not being transparent about the cost, she also helped us to negotiate a better price with them. She truly went above and beyond before and during our wedding day. I could not recommend her enough and would hire her again if I needed to plan another event.

Ivy from Pomegranate Occasions is incredibly professional, so on top of everything, and amazing to work with! Highly recommend her for all Tahoe weddings!

Working with Pomegranate Occasions was an empowering experience. They are highly organized, logical, and really cared about executing the event experience. I love that they listen, deeply care, and offer creative ways to execute within our budget.

Trisha was amazing! She was thorough in every meeting we had, and made sure to take note to any details that were important to us. She also helped guide us through the decision making process on anything we were not sure about. She also was proactive on getting in contact with all of our vendors and ensuring everything was good to go before the big day. When the wedding day came, we were able to relax and enjoy getting ready with our wedding parties because we knew that Trisha had everything handled. From start to finish, everything was such a success because of Trisha's organization and dedication to doing the best job possible. Highly recommend!

Tawni was calm and decisive throughout the entire planning process. I felt that she understood our vision and she was on the same page as us. Tawni handled tasks without needing much input from us. Our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to and kept asking us how much time we put into planning the festivities. "Not that much," we would say, "Tawni handled close to everything and executed it all with perfection." I was most appreciative when Tawni recommended that we bring all guests inside for the ceremony due to increasingly strong winds outside. Tawni smoothly coordinated bringing everything inside. It was absolutely the right call for us and our guests and she responded so quickly to setting up the ceremony indoors. She also has developed wonderful relationships with the vendors and venue coordinator, each of whom was amazing and told us how much they enjoyed working with her.

I cannot say enough good things about Pomegranate Occasions! They helped us coordinate a small elopement ceremony in Lake Tahoe! For a very reasonable fee, our package included bridal hair/makeup, the photography, officiant, bouquet/boutanerie, finger desserts/ hot chocolate, light decor, the location fee etc. Our coordinator Cristen was amazing! She went ABOVE and beyond to make our day amazing. Our pictures are INCREDIBLE. We got a lot of snow that week, and she put in so much effort to get us extra heaters, benches, and the extra decor (little lanterns, roses in the snow, etc) were AMAZING. She did an amazing job handling the unpredictability of the snow. She made the whole processes super stress free and did a great job with all the vendors. They were TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend Pomegranate Occasions. They made our wedding beautiful and very stress-free.

Tawni and her team provided the absolute best full-service planning service for our July 2022 Lake Tahoe wedding. We worked with Tawni for over a year planning our destination wedding and Tawni helped every step of the way. During planning, she had phenomenal ideas that were not only unique and beautiful, but also helped with reducing waste and cost. On the day of our wedding, Tawni provided a level of service that I was not expecting. She took care of every need for my new husband and I, even anticipating our needs. Tawni played an integral role in making our wedding an absolute dream day and we would recommend her to anyone we know. Tawni has become like family over this planning period and I hope she sees continued success in the future!

Working with both Tawni and Allegra in the process of planning and then coordinating the day of our wedding was absolutely amazing!! Not only did Tawni go above and beyond throughout the wedding process as we planned, but Allegra was the nicest, most patient, and most organized person to have at our wedding. We truly could not have pulled off such a wonderful event without their help and even now, a few weeks later, we are still reflecting on how wonderful both of them were!!!!!

Tawni was great and helped us plan the perfect covid-friendly wedding in Tahoe in less than 1 month. We are from out-of-town and didn't know the area well, but we told her the type of feel we wanted and she instantly knew a couple of great spots. She shared photos of the spots she recommended and even did a video call to help us see where we'd be set up. She was also able to recommend a few photography and videography vendors that matched our style, and coordinated everyone being there at exactly the right time. We were so happy with how everything turned out! Tawni made sure everything ran smoothly. The day of the wedding was care-free and we were able to just experience the moment. It was everything I had hoped for in hiring an event planner, at the perfect price for an 'elopement' style micro wedding. P.S. My husband agrees with everything I just said. :)

Tawni and her team were excellent to work with! They made sure that the event stayed on schedule (and even allowed for some last minute changes when needed) and took a lot of stress away so I could sit back and enjoy the day. Leading up to the wedding, Tawni eased my mind quite a bit and was very helpful with vendor and timeline recommendations. I truly believe our day could not have been so perfect without her attention to detail- would recommend to anyone!

We worked with Tawni at Pomegranate Occasions for her full planning services for our August wedding. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone to 2021, and decided to do a small elopement this year with our immediate family. Tawni helped us pivot and plan this intimate affair as well. Working with Tawni has taken away the stress and the unknowns of planning a wedding (or 2!) from the other side of the state. She has great connections and knowledge of the area and helped us make informed decisions throughout the process with her personal insight. From the beginning she asked great questions to understand what was important to us and to get a sense for our style. She utilized unique tools to keep us organized and manage the many to-sos into smaller, manageable chunks so that we could focus on each aspect in our regular phone calls. During the week-of she was very communicative with us, our officiant and other vendors. Everything went smoothly day-of from arrival and our family was very comfortable and impressed with her and her colleague. Tawni is very down to earth, easy to work with and knowledgeable about the industry and the Tahoe area. We highly recommend Pomegranate Occasions and are excited to continue working with Tawni for our larger 2021 event.

I am speechless...still after a little more than a week after my wedding, I still am not sure I can articulate how amazing Tawni was as my wedding coordinator! As a bride living in the bay area planning a winter Tahoe wedding I was feeling overwhelmed and defeated in my wedding planning prior to finding Tawni. After speaking with other Tahoe coordinators I was feeling like none of them understood our vision of a simple outside winter wedding with a close group of family and friends. However, that all changed when I called Tawni - immediately my husband (fiance at the time) and I looked at each other and said, "She is our person - she gets us." And sure enough we were right. She was the perfect in every recommendation she provided - flowers, food, venue location, reception set up, etc. She was always willing to take my calls and answer my millions of questions or facetime us to help us make our final decision when it came to venues. She helped make this overwhelmed risk-adverse bride feel organized and stress-free about hiring people 4 hours away without having ever met them or without having been to any of the locations or eaten any of the caterer's food. Yet, the venue, caterer, photographer, and florist could not have been more perfect for me and we received so many compliments on how great the wedding went. Tawni was also my day of coordinator and all I can say is she took all the worries and problems that day and made sure I didn't know about 90% of them. I arrived at the venue with plenty of time to breathe before walking down the aisle while Tawni making sure everyone else was in the right place at the right time. In my mind she is a magical fairy that made all my dreams come true that day and for that I will be forever grateful!
