ordinator who didn’t seem too involved with our wedding, after weeks of messages and questions that were left unanswered we decided that it was something that needed to be addressed. That’s when Nathalie took over and everything changed for the better, she was responsive and knowledgeable and always had an answer to any question we had. Nathalie was truly so so wonderful. Not only was she is extremely organized, responsive and helpful but she also has the loveliest personality that made you want to just chat with her. As an anxious bride, she always knew to address things with a solution and game plan and in no point did I think that she was unable to handle anything and everything that came up. We were supposed to have an outside ceremony and of course it rained all day. And even though my wedding was not how I initially planned it, I am endlessly happy of how everything turned out. It was so beautiful. The staff were able to change the ceremony chairs and fill the hall with tables in the matter of seconds. Every transition was seamless. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Everything was quick and professional. And everyone was so willing to do anything to make the day perfect. I loved having my wedding at The Pond House, even though the rain was unexpected every memory I have is so so beautiful. (Transparently, my score would’ve been so much lower if it wasn’t for Nathalie redeeming the overall experience)

cess the space for set up. We also had to switch our ceremony to indoors and they were so on top of it, and it didn’t affect the flow of the day at all. The staff was so attentive and everyone was raving about the apps and food, and the bartenders kept it so there was never really a line for drinks! It was a hot summer day and the temperature inside was perfectly air conditioned which was amazing, especially for some of our older guests. Alissa was such an attentive coordinator and checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to make sure we had enough food and drink and that everything was going as we had planned. Highly recommend this team—they are true professionals and have things down to a calculated system. We were really able to truly enjoy the day without any concern which was invaluable to us!!!

The Pond House is extremely well staffed, from the office managing tours, tastings, to payments to Alissa and the other day-of points of contact, to the servers and food vendors (specifically, the bartenders and cake partners), and it is very clear they are operationally excellent. The venue was the perfect size for 120 guests. One of our biggest appreciations of the venue was the decor that comes with the package - we did minimal custom decor, and the majority of the flowers, silverware, candles, etc. were done by the Pond House. The massive windows makes it beautiful during the day, and the lighting makes it even more stunning at night. We had access to the cafe area before hand, and took pictures on the bridge near the pond. The food was THE reason we chose the venue when planning, and it was completely justified! We had a very fun experience during the menu/bar tasting. Every hor dourves was incredible, and guests loved the dinner. Food kept flowing the entire night, which was exactly how we wanted it! Pond House truly combines high restaurant quality with wedding logistic and ambience prowess. The mixologists were extremely accommodating with our custom cocktail, it came our perfect (we did an chocolate covered espresso martini, and you get the sense they can do any drink you can think of). Cannot recommend this venue is enough. The value is incredible. We chose vendors that have worked here before and everyone we talked to has expressed how much they like working at the Pond House, both because of the physical features and the staff there.

When we met our coordinator, Alissa, we knew we would be well taken care of and heard every step of the way. No question was too big or too small, and she was there for us every step of the way. We are so grateful to her and the staff for making our day so magical. I would also be remiss if I didn’t talk about the incredible food that we thoroughly enjoyed during our big day; the kitchen staff worked tirelessly to make incredible dishes that our guests raved about. We are so grateful to have gotten to celebrate the start of our new chapter in such an incredible place that we can’t wait to visit for brunches in the near future. lene, Diana, and Alissa have been so organized and on top of things. They were so helpful with all of our questions about dietary restrictions and allergies. The food is amazing and the venue is stunning. We could tell how much effort and care they put into making our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend Pond House without hesitation!

, inside the venue itself. If you’re the type of bride who doesn’t want bring in a lot of decor yourself this place has you covered. Our Coordinator was Leslie, who if you had the opportunity for her to be your coordinator, you’re truly lucky because she went above and beyond, not only on the day of, but communications and organization prior. I truly enjoyed working with her and she made the process smooth. The food was delicious and abundant. They even threw in a free ice cream station for us. Something to also consider when you book here you can eat at their restaurant and get a VIP card which grants you free drinks or desserts when you eat there. I think that’s a great perk since their food in their normal restaurant is phenomenal, one of our favorite places for breakfast. In one year when it’s our anniversary, they also will throw us a complementary dinner as well. The staff and bartenders were awesome. The bartender was raved about, and we had staff dancing and partying with us as well. Sincerely, from me and my husband, we could not have asked for a better experience and so grateful for what this place offers. This really is a great all inclusive deal. They are super flexible and they make the process of booking here clear and transparent.

ing communication with our wedding coordinator leading up to the wedding day. It would take her 8-11 days to return my emails, which I thought was unacceptable. I didn't expect an immediate response, 3-4 days is acceptable, but she definitely was not on her game with communication and it made some planning difficult because I couldn't get answers in a timely manner. We were also told a couple days prior that we were the only event on 11.2.25 and when we arrived at 3pm for first looks and photos, there was another event going on and we couldn't come in. Also, even though I gave specific directions on how some of the decor should be, they didn't follow what I asked. Don't get me wrong, all in all, it was a good experience and the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch, which what was most important. And as I mentioned before, the Pond House is stunning! The catering staff and bartender were extraordinary and worked hard to make sure everything went well. And the food was delicious - from the apps to dessert (Creative Cakes by Donna)! I highly recommend booking the Pond House for your event!

was the perfect coordinator and really made the planning process a breeze; she had wonderful ideas for décor and set up the room beautifully. She also recommended the most wonderful florist, The White Cottage Floral Design. It is such a gorgeous venue, nestled in a stunning park, serving absolutely delicious food. Our friends and family are still talking about how amazing everything was! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our day!

The indoor reception was just as beautiful, with elegant décor, perfect lighting, and plenty of space for everyone to dance and celebrate. The food was amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The team at The Pond House made sure every detail was flawless, handling everything with professionalism and genuine kindness. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding day. it for my husband and I. The food quality is great. The outdoor ceremony area is well organized and very convenient. Additionally, our coordinator Leslie (which you have 3 visits with), was terrific! The downside is that there are food and beverage minimums as well as service charges, which, as with many venues, can get pricey. Additionally, a personal wedding coordinator is recommended as their are things you don't anticipate needing or just don't have a good idea on how to decide what is best (the logistics of getting personal decor to the venue, timing of first look photos and what additional family photos should be taken, officiant logistics, who should give speeches). Overall I would highly recommend the Pond House and want to have my anniversary party here!:)

the best meal they’ve ever had in their lives. The ice cream bar was also a huge hit and such a fun, memorable touch (it might even be one of the highlights of my life—aside from marrying my best friend, of course!). We had about 110 guests, and the dance floor was full the entire night. The atmosphere was lively, elegant, and filled with joy. We were initially nervous to learn that another wedding was scheduled right before ours (we had a Friday evening celebration in July), but the staff handled the transition flawlessly. Everything was spotless and beautifully set up—you would never have known another event had taken place earlier that day. About a month before the wedding, our coordinator changed, which understandably made us anxious, but it turned out to be such a positive change. Leslie was outstanding—professional, organized, and incredibly calm under pressure. She handled every detail perfectly and made the entire day feel effortless. Because of the extreme heat, we had to move our ceremony indoors, and it couldn’t have been more beautiful. One moment that really stood out to us was how accommodating and thoughtful the staff were when a few guests canceled last minute—they actually offered to pack up those meals for us to take home. I’ve never heard of a venue doing that before, and it spoke volumes about their kindness and attention to detail. The Pond House Café exceeded every expectation and helped create a day we’ll never forget. I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple looking for exceptional service, delicious food, and a breathtaking setting.

d beyond for us. Alissa, our wedding day of coordinator, was very personable, professional and detailed. She was so on top of everything and very communicative leading up to the big day. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we were all well taken care of! She also did a wonderful job helping our garden wedding vision come to life! Besides, the amazing staff, the venue itself was just stunning with the beautifully decorated banquet hall, bringing the outside beauty inside. We loved having our cocktail hour outside on the terrace and then the remainder of the reception in the main hall. The food was absolutely delicious! From the perfect cocktail hour bites to the buffet options (people raved about the beef tenderloin and nut encrusted salmon!) to the drinks, they hit it out of the park. As foodies ourselves, we were so happy to have such tasty food (which is tough to find when serving 100 people!). Overall, we would highly recommend the Pond House for the attentive and generous staff, amazing atmosphere and fantastic food.

e food was fantastic and the service day of was so fast. No one had to wait long for dinner. Here are some specs about what was included in our Friday wedding ($15k food and beverage minimum for 2025): - Plated meals for 78 - Cake from local bakery (Cakes by Donna) - Top shelf open bar & a signature drink - DOC - White or Ivory linens and napkins - 7 passed apps during cocktail hour - a mashed potato bar and Mac and cheese bar - Tons of included decor We also did our ceremony here (for a fee) and it was beautiful despite being rained out. I definitely recommend doing the ceremony through them rather than one of the Elizabeth park pavilions. The Pond House has a beautiful inside space in case of any weather. Jess worked with us all year to make sure things were laid out right. She was quick on her feet and had great suggestions day of too! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a relatively affordable, but still beautiful and traditional wedding. Two notes for prospective brides: 1. This is a smaller venue. I would say it starts to get crowded with 120 people. If you are looking for a 150+ guest wedding, I think this would be a little too small. 2. The venue has seasonal decor up, always. Personally, I love their decor (rustic chic) but for brides who want more control over decor this may not be for you.

lunch reception at the Pond House and it was such a smooth experience, even with our short planning timeframe of ~4 months. So lovely to be able to have the ceremony on the outdoor balcony overlooking the pond, and just have everybody go inside for the reception as we took photos around Elizabeth Park. They have a really varied menu and our choices were mostly delicious (the mini desserts were SO GOOD). Our package came with a wedding cake, which was customizable and also great-tasting! It's clear that they host plenty of weddings, since you don't need to worry about little things like stands for your signage or cake-cutting knives -- they've got you. Notes: - I'm grateful that they do microweddings, but the banquet hall felt a bit big for our guest list of ~35 once the dance floor opened. A list of at least 50 people would probably fill it better! - If you have a specific vision for the aesthetic of your wedding, note that the banquet hall comes pre-decorated in a rustic-chic-floral style (specifics change with the seasons). We personally didn't care too much about the decor as long as it looked nice, so this worked very well for us. - Special shout out to our venue coordinator, Jessica, who truly had us covered on the day itself. <3

and Leslie was wonderful with planning and executing our details the day of. Every last detail came together seamlessly. Quick replies to quick questions and sudden changes in our guest list. Our guests continue to comment that it was some of the best food they have ate at a wedding. Sales staff worked with us to ensure we'd meet the minimum right before booking our event. It would've been more helpful to plan out realistically what we were going to pay (adding bar, an app table, etc.) so that the final cost was most consistent with initial conversations. But all in all my husband and I wouldn't change a thing and recommend the Pond House with no reservations. Thank you for a night to remember!

I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Months later, I am still receiving compliments on the food from our wedding. I don’t have words for how amazing everything was! The Pond House is a stunning venue that provides so much with their service. At other venues you get a bare-bones conference room for your reception space. Not at the Pond House! Twinkle lights, florals, and stunning drapery are already in their reception space, included at no extra charge. My wedding day was truly the happiest day of my life, thanks to the Pond House!

She took care of so many important details leading up to as well as on the day of our wedding. The Pond House staff did an amazing job with decorating so that we could focus only on the pieces that most mattered to us: centerpieces and flowers. The wedding decor was customized to our needs, and we also didn't have to DIY more than we wanted to. The catering staff did an amazing job also. This venue is a restaurant as well, so the food was exquisite and personalized to our guests' dietary needs. We even got to have a soft serve ice cream bar to cap off the night! We had 110 guests, and this venue was the perfect size for what we wanted: an intimate outdoor summer ceremony on the terrace looking out at the pond and a delicious dinner and night of dancing inside afterward.

Leslie was great leading up to my wedding and made sure all my questions were answered. Diana is also so fantastic. I appreciated her dedication, from keeping us on track with the timeline, to making sure my wedding party and parents had appetizers brought to us when we were missing parts of cocktail hour. The venue is so flexible with whatever you dream of. Even when things sounded like it wasn’t usually something they do, somehow the Pond House found a way to meet every request I made. They really do go above and beyond to make your vision come to life. For everything being included, the Pond House weddings are extremely reasonable. I searched a while for a beautiful venue that was within my budget, and the Pond House had it all! Everything is included, from day-of coordinator to the wedding cake. I loved that it was basically a “one-stop shop” and that they handled all aspects of the reception. The food is truly incredible; take it from someone who never enjoys wedding food but actually loved everything I tried at the Pond House. The bar packages are very reasonable, and the bartenders are so fast! There was never a line to get a drink. I was worried about where to have my ceremony- but the Pond House truly has it all. For a fee, they set up the outside terrace for your ceremony and it overlooks a pond with a water feature! It’s so picturesque! I couldn’t have asked for a better venue staffed with any better people! Pond house: thank you for giving Mike and I the wedding of our dreams!
