I cannot say enough good things about Pond Oaks and the amazing people running it. First of all, Jen, Kaylee, and others who own and run the venue are so kind and patient. They never made our requests seem like burdens and were supportive of all of our decisions including less traditional ones. My now husband (yay!) and I have been described as having a "unique vibe" and they helped us make every detail perfectly us!
The staff and management are a well-oiled machine and it SHOWS. I am elated to say I actually enjoyed my wedding day and had zero stress about it--no, I'm not exaggerating --because the folks at Pond Oaks actually handled everything. If there were any hitches in the plans, I had no idea because they were handled so smoothly. Everything we asked for was there, everything was light hearted and happy, and I even had time to eat (thank you, Summer the coordinator for setting us up with our own personal chafing dish of food)! The day-of coordinator was amazing and kind. The DJ was attentive, sweet, and super easy to get along with (thank you, Robbie, for accommodating all of our random movie tunes, swing dance songs, and obscure stuff!) and supported our non -traditional spins on wedding trappings.
Obviously, the property itself is just so beautiful. They light it whimsically with all the string lights you could want, the structures built for the food area and bar are lovely, and there are nice "nooks" about for people to have more intimate conversations while still feeling like they're a part of the action. I loved the bridal trailer and it's amenities. plenty space for changing and hanging out pre -ceremony.
Kaylee's flower arrangements were also PERFECT. I had a mixture of very specific requests and purely vibes-based ones and she did a beautiful job of translating my word vomit into unique, dazzling bouquets. So appreciate all the effort and can't believe how perfect they turned out.
I really can't recommend Pond Oaks enough. A breathtaking venue with the dream team running it. We are so grateful for all you did to make our wedding the perfect day it was. Thank you, Pond Oaks team!

Our wedding at Pond Oaks was truly the wedding of our dreams. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the venue. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful, big trees that made the perfect backdrop. Every corner of the venue was thoughtfully designed, creating a timeless and romantic atmosphere that perfectly complemented our big day. One of my favorite parts of our wedding were the flowers, they were gorgeous, and the fact that most of the decor was included made things so much easier for us. It took so much stress off our plate.
The staff was incredible and so helpful and kind. They worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly, even when the weather wasn’t on our side. It was supposed to be cold and rainy, but they set up tents and made sure everything still felt flawless. This day truly felt like a dream come true, and I wish I could relive it over and over again. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with amazing people to help you along the way, Pond Oaks is the place. It made our day unforgettable.

My Husband and I hold a special place in our hearts for Mt.Baldy as this mountain started our beginning together 6 years ago! Without hesitation we knew Pond Oaks would be the most perfect venue to say “I Do”. We set our wedding date for 11.05.22 and never looked back!
Everything about this beautiful “all inclusive” wedding venue was a dream come true!! Planning our wedding here was one of the most easiest and fun thing we’ve ever done! The dream team working with Jen and Caylee was nothing but amazing and we had so much trust in them in every aspect of our wedding!
We are thankful and so happy with the beautiful floral that caylee had worked so hard making for us! Every single detail down to the champagne entrance, beautiful decor that they nailed perfectly, amazing food vendor, we LOVED our cake, the sweetest bartender that kept our glasses filled! , poppin’ DJ that we had so many excited guests with the music all night long! We are SO thankful for everyone of the staff who pulled this beautiful day off!!

This place is entirely family-run by locals with strong roots in the community, and they make you feel like part of the fam! We got so many compliments on our wedding venue, the use of the space, and how well everything flowed. So much so that TWO couples who attended are "stealing it" from us to use for their own nuptials next year. We felt so taken care of the entire planning process, and even though we knew it would be beautiful on our wedding day, we were completely blown away when we got there on the day. The venue totally transforms and was stunning, personalized to us, and made us want to have every event ever there! Jennifer was sweet, communicative, and thought of everything, Caylee's flowers were unbelievable, the decor was perfect, the food was excellent, and our day-of coordinator nailed every moment. For any queer couples out there- we're a lesbian couple and they made us feel absolutely welcome, celebrated, and at home in their beautiful small mountain town.
We're so excited that our friends are now getting married there so WE can experience the joy of Pond Oaks ourselves. Everything was perfect. We are so lucky to have loved every minute of our wedding day! THANK YOU POND OAKS!!

When we first started looking for our dream venue we didn’t think we could ever afford what we wanted. Pond Oaks changed all that. It gave us the beautiful mountain vibes not far away from our homes. Caylee and Jennifer were the most helpful coordinators we could have ever asked for. Everything being included also in our package was completely life changing. I don’t even know how they do it all and so perfectly.

My guests comments afterwards. Every single person felt like it was the most beautiful, intimate and well executed wedding they had ever been to. From the cocktail hour, ceremony, decor, dinner and dj, it was be most amazing experience. I’ve heard horror stories from brides on their wedding day and I can proudly say I did not have one complaint at all with our wedding. I had the most perfect day and it was all made possible by the Pond Oaks Team.

Pond Oaks was the first wedding venue that my now husband and I viewed when planning our wedding, after meeting with Caylee and talking with Jennifer we knew that it was the venue for us. Caylee and Jennifer made the entire planning process easy, and they were there every step of the way to answer any questions that we had. Our wedding day was amazing and Caylee and Jennifer worked their magic and made our vision come to life. My husband and I recently had our wedding here and it was absolutely incredible! I’m known to be very picky when it comes to things like this and they went above and beyond what I could have every imagined! Everything was exactly what I wanted and more they listed to all my concerns and wishes and did everything I wanted. Everyone you deal with is so lovely and nice. Pond Oaks Wedding Venue was everything my husband and I could have dreamed of. We accidentally stumbled upon this wedding venue and decided to peak over the fence, one of the owners saw us and asked if we wanted to look around. I immediately felt a connection to this beautiful place. After scheduling a proper tour we booked our wedding date. Jennifer and Caylee were amazing to work with! To start, they were all so genuine and sweet throughout the entire process. They were extremely flexible and open to any ideas we had for our wedding day. You can feel they genuinely want your day to turn out exactly how you imagine it. Throughout the planning process they were very helpful and gave very valuable advice when deciding how we wanted our wedding to go. We personally feel we could not have picked a better venue. Jennifer, Caylee and the Pond Oaks team made the day absolutely beautiful!! I was speechless when I walked in the day of my wedding. Everything I envisioned was brought to life and I couldn't believe how beautiful everything was, including the natural beauty of this venue. I also cannot rave enough about how beautiful the floral was for our wedding. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. I let Caylee know I wanted pops of sunflower and my wedding colors were blue, which I knew would be hard to incorporate into flowers but she made them absolutely beautiful. We are so thankful for this amazing team and the beautiful venue. It was a dream come true for us. I absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who is considering it!

Jennifer, Caylee and the entire Pond Oaks staff gave my husband and I the BEST wedding experience we ever could have asked for. From the very beginning they were so easy to work with, their communication was amazing even when they were extremely busy and they were so transparent about everything. My husband and I were not picky with specific things that we wanted or had to have and we basically gave them free rein to do as they please. They did not disappoint! They are the most easy going, relaxed people to work with. If you wanted or needed something, they were one step ahead of you. It was pretty chilly and happened to start raining during our reception and they did not hesitate to put out easy ups that they had on hand to keep our guests dry and warm. This was by far the most stress free wedding. I was not worried about any thing the day of because they had everything taken care of. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and fit the vibe of my husband and I perfectly. I couldn't think of a single thing I would've changed about my wedding thanks to this amazing venue! Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our day so special!!!

Pond Oaks gave me a wedding night that I will never forget. My friends and family loved the venue and we’re blown away with the details and atmosphere. My daughter was married here over Memorial Day weekend. The day could not have been better and the entire staff at Pond Oaks was wonderful. Not a bad attitude among them. The DJ they provided was great and the site itself is gorgeous. Very affordable, too. I couldn't have imagined a better wedding.

This venue is AMAZING! The pictures do it no justice! My husband and I got married 10/17/21 and it was a perfect fall wedding. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was taken care of from the food to the decor to the flowers and everything in between! The only “vendors” we had to provide was the photographer and officiant, they took care of everything else! We’re forever grateful for how perfect it turned out, it was everything we wanted and more!

My husband and I got married here in August 2021. I wasn’t sure about the venue based on pictures but went to check it out after getting a quote and HOLY COW. Gorgeous venue, incredible people, great price. Jennifer and her team went out of their way to make sure I was happy and everything looked awesome. They took care of everything; food, bartender, flowers, dessert, DJ, decorations. It was 100% stress free and absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend Pond Oaks!

The venue is breathtaking & really resonates with our love for simplicity, mountains and nature. We have a very rustic yet almost urban style. Pond Oaks catered to every vision we had, brought to life our ideas and thoughts and transformed our party to represent both of our personalities.
