The day of the wedding, the Pond View team made everything flow so smoothly. The team and Lindsey set everything up while we were getting ready, assisted the guests once they arrived and throughout the night, along with cleaning up when the night was over. We are forever thankful for Pond View, Lindsey and the entire team there that helped make our day perfect!

day of. We had a crazy and unexpected storm blow in that caused the power to go out during the reception. The staff were quick to jump into action to try to get the generator going. Our DJ and photographer were able to keep things going until it was up and running. The staff at the end of the night were also very helpful by helping us to gather our decorations and items for quick packing. We also used their catering and the food all turned out amazing. Everyone we invited raved about how good the food was and how beautiful everything looked there. Very happy with our choice to choose PVF!

ck and took the tour, we didn’t want to look anywhere else! We were so impressed with the beauty of the farm and the transparency of the pricing that we couldn’t pass it up! My decorator loved the place so much that she couldn’t stop raving about it. Nick’s availability to my husband and I and to our team throughout the months of planning really helped us put together a wedding that one of our guests said was like a Hallmark wedding! The amazing food, beautiful grounds and cute cows added to that memorable day. My husband, guests and I highly recommend this place!

Nick knew exactly what he was doing so it was very easy to put our confidence into him. Additionally, the food was delicious - I cannot say how many guests I had contact me after the wedding to tell me, one, how beautiful the wedding was, and two, how amazing the food was. If you are looking to book your wedding or an upcoming event you should 100% take a look at Pond View because I highly recommend it. If I had to do my wedding over again, I wouldn't change a thing and that is a huge thanks to Pond View and Nick.

perience. Nick is just the best! He was always quick to respond to emails, helpful in planning, always kind and always provided great insights to assist when we got stuck. We we planned our wedding from across the country and because I Nick I never stressed about anything. We were able to get in and set up ahead of time which made the day of way less stressful. The suites are absolutely perfect for the day off. As a horse person I loved the fact that there are some horses and cows on the property. And one of the owners kindly offered to bring the bridal party in on a horse dawn carriage. It was truly an added touch that I did not expect but am so grateful we had that. We had a handful of guests who did not want to dance so they hung out in the cocktail hour area, where it was a bit quieter, and so many people said how nice it was to be able to sit and chat with others. Pond View truly made our day even. better than we could have imagined. If you are looking for a farm venue, look no more - PVF is the best. Thank you so much to the Pond View Farm team for making sure our wedding was a success.

k-end at a Celebration of Life event for our mother who had passed. We had about 60 people in attendance. Due to the pandemic, we decided an open-air venue would work best for us. We held the event at Rocks State Park in Jarrettsville, MD. They rent pavilion shelters for the day. Pond View Farm caterers did an excellent job. In particular, Nick Griffith, who was our contact and headed up the event, was fantastic to work with. He and their group were extremely flexible with whatever we asked. He and the serving staff were friendly and attentive throughout the entire event. We asked that they wear masks and gloves and serve everything, including all beverages, due to health issues within our group. They complied without issue. Their services were very reasonably priced, even at our off-site location. The food was absolutely amazing. We had pit beef sandwiches and grilled chicken tenderloins. The meats were tender, and juicy, and everything was seasoned perfectly. The delicious baked veggie lasagna was also a big hit. They even provided some gluten free rolls for some of our attendees. On behalf of our entire family, we want to thank them for their exemplary service throughout this event in this difficult time for us. We highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again in the future

The food was amazing and we had so many people stop us to mention it. The barn is beautiful, open air, and has the most stunning view of the pond. Unfortunately, there was some rain so we were married on the covered patio. We were still facing the pond and the arbor was moved onto the patio, which gave us beautiful pictures still. There was a lot more space than expected and it felt very intimate. We had a perfect, fairy tale day and Pond View was the dream venue.

and many told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The staff was phenomenal and made us feel so comfortable and ensured the day ran smoothly. We would make the same choice if we could do it all over again.

all around experience was for our guests. Between Nick answering all my questions leading up to the wedding and Pond View's amazing catering staff, I had such a wonderful experience! I also HIGHLY recommend hiring their day of coordinator, Lindsey. She was so incredibly helpful during every stage of our wedding. From our first meeting to the day of, she was always there to help in anyway she could. She worked so hard throughout the rehearsal and on our wedding day to ensure I did not have to stress about anything. We had a perfect wedding day and I know Lindsey played a huge role in making that happen.

Nick made sure that everything was still what I had imagined ( we wanted the ceremony on the lawn but it was too wet) so he moved the arbor under the pavilion so that we could still have our flowers in the pictures and even held the umbrella while I walked from the bridal suite to the pavilion =] The staff was awesome as well and even left us a picture in our photo booth scrapbook =] If I had to plan a wedding all over again I would choose Pond View all over!

family friend and it was my first choice. I was blessed with a cancellation and got the exact time of year that I wanted. All our family and friends were weary driving out to the middle of no where, and as soon as they pulled up they were in awe. The place is stunning. My now husband is so impressed by the work down in the barn and bridal suites. Everything is beautiful. The staff, especially Lindsey and Nick, were more than accommodating and helping. I can't say enough how this place met our vision of a beautiful, laid back, outdoor wedding. Everyone was impressed. And it was forever in our hearts have met our dream wedding!

No matter what the weather, this venue has a plan in place to make your day perfect! The food is also amazing, we got so many compliments, and it is so reasonably priced! I cannot recommend this venue and staff enough :) Our day was so perfect!!! 7.27.18 Updated bridal suite, extended pavilion, and giant fans have made this already amazing venue even better!

wedding and misting on the day, so we decided to have it under the pavilion and it was beautiful! All the things I loved about the scenery were still visible and it was so cool to still technically be able to be outside. Leading up to the wedding, there was never any unanswered questions or worries with the venue. So easy to get in contact with everyone. I also used their catering which everyone loved! We did the late night pizza option and they even boxed us up some to take to our afterparty!

o go off at 4:30 that day, it had been raining ALL DAY. Shane came up to me at 4:05 and asked me what I wanted to do. We took a look at the weather, saw there was a break and decided to do it outside, and it was perfect! ceremony went off right on time!! And if it would have rained, my Plan B (under the pavilion) or Plan C (in the barn) were fantastic options as well! I can't say enough good things about this venue!! My day was perfect and I have Pond View Farm to thank for that! Side note: Their catering is phenomenal as well!!

several farms in the area and fell in love with Pond View Farm. It is family owned and run, they do an excellent job of keeping up with the property! You will not want to leave! The barn is new and freshly painted, it speaks for itself but also is a clean slate for any style of wedding. They recently added more bathrooms in the barn making it able to accommodate all of your guests! The pavilion off the barn is perfect for cocktail hour and mingling. The grounds are beautiful for pictures, we were so happy with everything! The family members all work together to make every event run smoothly and perfectly. We also went with Pond View’s catering team, everyone loved the food, it was delicious! Pond view catering helped serve our desserts, set up the tables and clean up. We are still getting so many compliments to this day from the reception regarding the location, food and evening! We also worked with the event coordinator, which I would highly suggest to any bride, it is much needed, Lindsey and she was wonderful! She worked with all of our vendors that day, coordinated the flow of everything and helped us set up. Lindsey was awesome! We were able to show a video of our destination ceremony on the barn wall and it was a hit with all of our family and friends. Everyone was so pleased we were able to do that. I would highly recommend Pond View Farm, the catering staff and the event coordinator for your special event. They do an amazing job and it will be a day to remember!

Their farm is beautiful and impeccably maintained making it the perfect backdrop for our daughter's marriage and celebration. PVF catering by Rick Smithson was also fabulous and such a pleasure to work with . I would not hesitate to highly recommend Pond View Farm to anyone seeking a lovely country/farm venue.

al venue. The ceremony location by the pond is ideal for an outdoor ceremony and creates a wonderful scene for pictures, too! There are locations for both brides and grooms to get ready on, which also made it easy for preparation and timing of pictures and such. (My husband did NOT want a first look, so being at the venue at the same time but having separate spaces made things so easy.) I was concerned about the heat since we were married in July 10, but we had a beautiful day. The barn is open and airy, so it really was not bad. For summer weddings, definitely make sure you have waters for the cocktail hour. It was warm but certainly bearable. Jackie and Shane are wonderful and professional people, a joy to work with. There is something to be said about working with vendors who have strong work ethics and integrity in there work. I would highly recommend Pond View to any engaged couple!

immediately dried all the chairs for us. Everything we asked to use was out and ready for us, including cornhole boards and centerpieces. We were able to do most of the set up the night before since we were a Friday wedding. All of my guests talked about how beautiful the farm is and how delicious the food was. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

that you overlooked previously. The pond, the willow trees, the gardens, the barn and the pavilion area are all gorgeous for a classy/rustic wedding. The perfect venue is only overshadowed by the amazing customer service of the owners of the venue. Both the husband and wife are extremely down-to-Earth, helpful and organized. They allowed us to visit the venue on several occasions during the weeks prior to the wedding to ensure that we were prepared. They are very clear about their reasonable expectations and will answer any questions you have in a prompt and friendly manner. When we arrived to the venue at 8am, the tables in the reception hall and the ceremony chairs were already being setup by the staff. The staff were prepared with what I wanted as the bride and made sure that they met all expectations. Overall, the venue was perfect for our wedding day. I cannot rave enough about the venue and the staff. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is interested in a stress-free, beautiful outdoor wedding.

n for reception. The grounds are immaculate and the bridal suite is amazing too. Jackie and Shane, the owners, are great to work with and very accommodating. It was easy to envision my perfect wedding in this perfect place. I did a lot of research and this venue is not only beautiful but much cheaper than places that are half as nice. Tables and chairs were included in rental price too which was a bonus!

et ready in the bottom floor of the farmhouse, which was super nice being able to get there early and not having to worry about the whole travel/timeline thing. It was everything we could have hoped for. The new barn is classic and beautiful. Shane and Jackie were so great in answering questions for us before and helping us to do all we wanted to ( we had lawn games set up next to the barn). Also my dad was worried about 'farm smell,' but I never noticed it!

t for the reception with no worries about the weather. The farm and beautiful pond were beautiful backdrops for our event. Pond View also did all the catering and it made planning so much easier with only one stop to make all our decisions. We would recommend them highly. The entire staff was very easy to work with and totally accommodating.

value was amazing too. They provide catering for an additional fee or you can use an outside caterer. They also allow let use the venue for the rehearsal at no charge. I highly eeccmmend them to anyone looking for a country venue feel in Baltimore!
