This place completely took us by surprise. We had no idea there was also a barn on the property. The barn isn’t officially ready yet, so it hasn’t been advertised, but it was more than enough for what we needed. We ended up using the barn for the wedding and the house for the rehearsal dinner and bridal party. The house itself is much bigger than the pictures make it look, and there is so much space throughout the property. The road is very quiet with only a few homes, and it ends in a cul-de-sac, which was perfect for us because we wanted privacy and very little traffic. We stayed for almost seven days and had an amazing time. The host was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond every single time we needed anything, even the smallest things. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back.

thout feeling rushed. Our photographer was also able to come early and check the lighting, which was very helpful. There were plenty of chairs and tables available, and everything went so smoothly. It was especially nice not having to rush after the rehearsal dinner, go home, and then come back the next day with only a couple of hours to get everything ready. We also stayed overnight, and the house comfortably slept about 20 of us. It was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely come back for our anniversary.

y of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We had our small wedding ceremony at the property, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house had everything we needed, and we actually brought far more food and supplies than necessary. I highly recommend the nearby grocery store, they had everything we needed and it was very convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the fairy house-themed bedroom! It made their stay even more special. Our host, Brook, was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We had such a wonderful experience that we're already planning to come back for our baby shower. We can't wait to visit again!

y, and there’s a stillness to it that’s hard to find anywhere else. The ponds are absolutely beautiful, and whether you’re casting a line or simply sitting nearby watching the water. The surrounding nature gives the property a sense of real privacy. You feel tucked away from the rest of the world, surrounded by trees but also with open space that make it easy to breathe. The lodge itself is spacious where a large group can spread out comfortably without anyone feeling on top of each other. It’s the kind of setting that lends itself to everything from a low-key family weekend to a truly memorable special occasion. There’s something about being in a place this peaceful that a hotel or event venue simply can’t replicate. Brooke has been wonderful to work with. She’s warm, responsive, and genuinely makes the whole experience easy from start to finish. You can tell she takes real pride in the property and in making sure guests feel welcome. Nice personal touch! Highly, highly recommend Ponds & Pines Estate to anyone looking for something special.
