Ponte Vedra Inn & Club

My daughter's February wedding at The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club was incredible from start to finish. From her bridesmaids' luncheon in the Seafoam Room, to her rehearsal dinner at The Lodge, to her ceremony on the West Lawn, to her reception inside the Grand Ballroom, everything and every employee were top notch. Our guests loved staying at the resort and having all events on property. The food and service deserved five star ratings at every step. We simply couldn't have been happier with our dream weekend, and I'd highly recommend this venue and its staff, which are outstanding in every way.

I had been dreaming of getting married at the Ponte Vedra Club since I was a little girl and it was everything we could have imagined and more! From the very first tour we went on I knew this was the place! Laura was our contact for most of the wedding planning process and she was beyond amazing! When we first met, covid wasn't around yet so we had to make a few adjustments as we went, but Laura was always so helpful and worked with us regarding the new policies in place. Now when we go to the club on the weekends I am always reminded of what an amazing day our wedding day was!

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club was a dream vendor in a dream location! They were flexible and very easy to work with (especially planning a wedding from North Carolina). I had a vision of a tented wedding on the West Lawn and they made it happen. Every single member at the Inn and Club was amazing to work with and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! Laura Capobianco was the perfect wedding coordinator and we are so thankful for everyone making our dream wedding come true!

Thanks to PVIC, our NYE wedding was an absolute dream come true! Working with London was such a easy, fun experience from start to finish. She is so detail-oriented, organized, and understanding and went out of her way to make sure we were completely happy with every last detail. Our attendant, Jerry, was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed the entire night. The chef was super accommodating and our guests loved the food. Every detail, from the bridal luncheon to the reception, was even more fanatastic than I imagined. The entire PVIC staff made us feel so special and I can't thank them enough. I've always dreamed of getting married at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and it most definitely lived up to my expectations!

Our wedding at PVIC was spectacular! We had the ceremony at the Oceanfront Courtyard and the reception on the Surf Club Patio. Working with London Bloom made the entire process easy and enjoyable from our first phone call. My fiance and I live in Nashville, but my parents are local, and London was super flexible in having long phone calls with us and meeting with my parents in-person when necessary, as well. She was incredibly professional, responsive, welcoming, and answered every question we asked, and we had a lot of questions. The PVIC staff was so attentive all evening long, and the food was delicious! I am still dreaming of the snapper, and we are still receiving comments from our guests about how it's the best wedding food they've ever had! And don't get me started on the dessert. My fiance wanted a pie bar, and London helped us to create the perfect setup for this in the Florida Room, with the most beautiful and tasty pies from PVIC's pastry chef, along with a gorgeous Key Lime cake. We had Jerry as our attendant all night, and it's like he could read our minds. He was waiting with an appetizer or drink before we were even ready, and he was there to drive us to the after party and our room, help us cut the cake, whatever we needed; plus, he had a great sense of humor! The venue was beautiful, and as close to the beach as you could be without guests having to get sandy. It was a dream come true, and we would do it all over again if we could. Thank you, London and the rest of the staff for helping to make our wedding day truly magical.

The PVIC is amazing! We had our wedding there on 6/1/19 and it was nothing short of spectacular. We could not have done it without our wedding planner and awesome staff at PVIC, London Bloom especially, our wedding coordinator. We still have friends and family telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I would 100% recommend the PVIC for your special day. We are so happy we did :). I would give even more then 5 stars!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club! London Bloom was fantastic at coordinating with all our vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly the day of. The food wad outstanding and the Surf Club patio was beautiful for our reception. It felt like a dream world having our wedding there and knowing the staff was so attentive and on top of things made it that much more enjoyable for our guests. Thank you London and PVIC team for allowing us to have a magical day under the stars at the beach for our wedding :)

I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience with the PVIC was. The food was amazing. The service was fantastic. The setting is incredible. And London Bloom is an amazing coordinator who made every part of the planning fun and easy. Our wedding was completely perfect. I just wish we could do it again!

I can't put into words how amazing PVIC was for our whole wedding weekend! We used them for rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception! London was amazing and worked not only with the bride being a night shift nurse, but also out of town and made everything go so smoothly for us, from planning to dat of. The rehearsal dinner got rained on from outside and they did a quick turn around for all our guests to move it inside for everyone to eat. The wedding was perfect and I had nothing to worry or fret about on the big day! I had Jerry as my bridal EVERYTHING; he picked me up on day of at the Inn and catered to our every need throughout the night. The staff goes above and beyond. We had our reception at the surf club and it was the most beautiful night. My husbands only issue was the head table got too raw of steak in trying to get everyone’s food out. My snapper was perfect. I would get married here again and again if I could! Such a beautiful atmosphere and they make sure everything goes without a hitch!

Our wedding at PVIC was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. My family has been members here for years and I've always dreamed of getting married here. We had our first look overlooking the ocean, took pictures with the iconic fountain, held a closest to the pin contest during cocktail hour, and danced the night away with our family and friends from all over the country. It was truly a dream. London, the events manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is responsive, resourceful, and professional in everything she does. Our wedding attendant Jerry made sure we had our drink of choice all night and some snacks to come home to when we got back to our room! We feel so lucky to have gotten married at such a special place and can't wait to enjoy the club for years to come!

PVIC is 5 stars!! The service was exceptional, the food was beyond delicious (the seafood tower was a beautiful presentation), and the venue itself is by far the BEST in the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra/St. Augustine area. It was truly a dream come true and we are so grateful for London , the event coordinator, in making sure our day was perfect! Our guest are still talking about how amazing the food and service was at PVIC.

If I could give the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club a million stars, I would! I grew up going to Ponte Vedra beach and always imagined I'd get married at the PVIC. All of my dreams came true on my wedding day. The whole process was a total breeze. I live in Dallas and primarily did everything remotely. Working with London Bloom, the event coordinator at the Inn & Club, was truly a delight. She was always responsive to my emails with questions, and she spent hours on the phone with me over the course of the planning process to make my vision a reality. Our ceremony was on the beach and it was truly like a dream. It couldn't have been more perfect. Our reception was indoors overlooking the golf course. Every detail of the day was exactly as I had envisioned it. The food was spectacular - all of our guests said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. I had an attendant the whole night, Jerry, who's been a fixture at the club for decades. I wish I could take him everywhere with me. He was wonderful! Overall, I could not recommend PVIC more if you're planning a local or destination wedding. It was the absolute best day, and every moment of service on and leading up to the day of was exceptional.

PVIC and their team (London Bloom in particular) were wonderful partners for us and our families during our wedding planning process. My husband and I live in CO and our families live in Ponte Vedra. London helped seamlessly communicate with all of us and was so detailed in helping keep everything on track and wonderful for our wedding day. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. Our reception was at the Surf Club Patio and so many of our guests were blown away by how beautiful PVIC is and how wonderful everyone who works there is. Every detail was accounted for and Jerry, who takes care of the bride and groom, was just a delight. He was a wonderful smiling face throughout the reception. The food was also unbelievable. So many of our guests commented on how PVIC's food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. We couldn't agree more. :) PVIC truly provided a 5-star wedding service--we couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else.

The perfect place to have a wedding! I am originally from Georgia but my fiancé and I live in Chile. We chose the Ponte Vedra Inn for our destination wedding. Our friends and family came from Chile, Georgia and all over the world to stay and celebrate with us. Everyone had the most incredible weekend. We worked with planner London Bloom throughout our engagement and she was simply amazing. She helped put all of our dreams into reality. She worked with our vendors from different states , was organized, always responded to our questions quickly and helped make it the best weekend of our lives. The food was hands down the best food I have ever had at a party. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had our reception at the surf club and it was just beautiful. I would recommend this venue over and over again to any bride or groom. It is the perfect venue to bring together all of your loved ones to celebrate.

PVIC is outstanding! From the first interaction with the sales team all the way through our engagement and wedding, we felt extremely lucky to be working with such professionals. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and Ponte Vedra in particular, London Bloom, made that possible. The detail and attention they show each and every wedding sets them apart. Our guests were thrilled with the food and have given rave reviews! On top of the amazing food, the staff is top tier and know how to make every guest feel welcomed. We wanted our wedding to feel elegant and seamless, and that is exactly what we got, thanks to the Ponte Vedra staff and London. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and our pictures capture those memories we will cherish forever. We had our wedding reception at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club in mid April 2018. We were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. We really liked that at PVIC you are their ONLY wedding of that day. I highly recommenced working with London Bloom, as she was extremely professional and pleasant to work with the entire wedding planning process. Our wedding package included a night stay in the honeymoon suite of PVIC which was quite a treat. The staff were nothing but helpful in the run up and during the course of our weekend- we can not praise them enough. The food was out of this world and all our guests commented on the quality of food and desserts on offer.

Ponte Vedra was nothing short of AMAZING! I am thankful I found this place for my wedding ceremony. Everything was simply perfect and Mrs. London was there to make sure that everything was perfect every step of the way. Staff and wedding coordinator were very professional and i would definitely hands down have another event here. Thank you for making my wedding day perfect!

5.0 I truly cannot even begin to say enough good things about my experience here! I truly felt like my wedding was top priority through 100% of the planning process, and the big day went PERFECTLY! London and Courtney went above and beyond to calm my nerves, the night ran so smoothly, and they even anticipated everything before it happened- including flip flops hidden under my seat for when my feet started to hurt! Such a nice touch! I cannot recommend PVIC enough for anyone considering this venue. It truly was the best day ever for me and my husband, and the wedding was flawless. Our guests are still raving about it!

My husband and I had our wedding at PV inn & club on st Patrick’s Day this year. I don’t think it would’ve run as smoothly if London wasn’t there to keep everything in order. With her guidance, my reception was perfect! Our personal waiter made sure we always had a drink, made sure we got first dibs on the appetizers. Everything was beautiful and everyone there made us feel special.

We recently wed at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. Everything was perfect. The wedding, cocktail hour and the reception were just as we invisioned it! London Bloom, our wedding coordinator from the Club, did an amazing job ensuring that everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have been any happier.

I cannot speak highly enough for the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. The facilities are masterfully cared for, from the meticulously manicured landscaping to the beautiful, older interiors. That much may quite easily be divined from a Google image search. It's worth noting how large the facility is and how many options may be afforded prospective events. We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and reception at the Inn with a last-second venue due to inclement weather, and all three locations that hosted our guests maintained a unique personality, to say nothing of how well they hosted our guests at each point in time. More important than the facility is the quality of the people who make the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club tick. London and Courtney could not have more gracious, accommodating, or kind throughout the planning process. They kept an open line of communication with us and the various wedding vendors, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Their combination of detail-oriented professionalism, intimate knowledge of the Inn, and kind souls made working with them as enjoyable as we could have asked for. If you're looking to hold any component of your wedding weekend in the Jacksonville Beach area, I cannot recommend the Inn & Club highly enough. Between the gorgeous grounds and the wonderful people, you'll have the ideal canvas upon which to host the event you've dreamed of.

We had our rehearsal dinner and then spent our wedding night here. Every detail was perfect. The event coordinator was so responsive and the food was delicious! The room was beautiful.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club on November 11th and it was an absolute dream! Courtney was incredible and was always available for me whenever i needed to meet with her regarding any questions, concerns, or spontaneous venue tours I needed during the wedding process. She went above and beyond and out of her way to accommodate everything my family and I were looking for. All of my guests complemented on the exceptional service of the club. I am so happy that we had our wedding here. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for that romantic beach wedding feel!

We just got married at the Outpost November 25, 2017 & it was the best night of my life! The staff and coordinators made everything so enjoyable and easy! Like I said everything was so unbelievably perfect so you won’t go wrong choosing the Inn & club for your speacial night!!

Ponte Vedra Inn and club is amazing! My husband and I got married there on November 4th and it was absolutely perfect. Everything went so smooth and everyone was well taken care of. From the moment I met Courtney, the director of catering, I knew Ponte Vedra would be the perfect place for my wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and paid close attention to everything I asked! I would highly recommend PV as a wedding venue to anyone or even for a weekend get away! What an amazing weekend it was for everyone!!!

We were set to get married, ceremony and reception, at the Florida Yacht Club. About 8 days before our wedding Hurricane Irma caused too much damage to the FYC (so they were unable to host). In a scrabble and between tears, London and Country worked with our wedding planner and put together the most romantic and fun wedding, ceremony and reception. The food was delicious, staff was very friendly, and the property exceeded their 5 Diamond rating. We could not believe the how their team went above and beyond in our time of need. PV Inn & Club will ALWAYS have a special place in our heart. My husband and I elected to have a short engagement, and the PVIC was able to seamlessly pull of a top notch event (of 200 guests) in just 10 weeks! Courtney was lovely to work with - attentive to detail & always accessible. The food was incredible & service impeccable - highly recommend!

Our wedding was a dream come true. Courtney is absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. She helped us with every request including working with the chef to design food stations to closing the Spa early for setup. The club is beautiful and your guests will enjoy a relaxing and luxurious weekend.

This was my dream venue! We did the ceremony in the ocean front courtyard and the reception on the surf club patio. Needless to say, the setting was BEAUTIFUL! Beyond that, we worked with Courtney to help coordinate and she was the best! She was always responsive and worked well with our planner. She really went above and beyond. She was there for every walk through, the tasting and even the day of. She even went out of her way to reach out when they got new plants for our reception space because she thought I would like to use them instead of renting plants! (Which we did; they were exactly what we wanted!) We also had the most wonderful personal attendant the day of the wedding, Jerry, who made sure we had everything we needed! The food and service was amazing, as well! PVIC absolutely lived up to the five diamond reputation!

Having our wedding reception at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club was an absolute dream come true. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful, and the food is heavenly. The service, attention to detail, and professionalism was top notch. Courtney Megaffin, Director of Conference & Catering, was just phenomenal. She has a wonderful personality, and is excellent at what she does. We still are receiving compliments from our guests on how that was the most elegant and exquisite wedding they have ever attended. Ponte Vedra Inn and Club was the perfect place to having our wedding ceremony and reception. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. The team at PVIC worked with on every detail and even on the day of moving our reception due to the not so cooperative Florida weather. Even with the last minute change everything was perfect. Besides the stunning location and service the FOOD was out of this world, my guests are still talking about it. One of my favorite parts was that we had a wedding attendant, Todd is the best. He had drinks ready to go for us at all times and was there for whatever else we needed. Also I can't say thank you to Laura enough, she went above and beyond to make this day extra special for us. If you are looking to have a beautiful/ stress free event where every detail is taken care of for you look no further than PVIC.

Jessica, wedding coordinator, was an integral part of making my wedding a complete success. We love her. She was helpful in all aspects of the planning process and made sure the wedding day went perfectly. The entire staff at the PVIC were professional and friendly. The food at the wedding was ridiculously delicious, everyone of my guests would attest it was the best wedding food ever. The day of the ceremony/reception we had the pleasure of working with Jerry (worked there over 30 yrs). He was a true gentleman and made me and my husband feel like royalty. Overall, our whole stay at the Inn was more special than we could have imagined. We cannot wait to return to the Inn and Club. All PVIC staff: Thank you sooooo much for everything!
