About Us:
Poore Man Bakery is owned and operated by Amanda Poore. After studying French Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu London, Amanda returned to the U.S. to start Poore Man Bakery and specialize in bespoke wedding cakes. Amanda's husband is active-duty Coast Guard and will only be operating in the Bay Area until Spring of 2026.
Poore Man Bakery is a wedding bakery based out of Moraga, CA, but serves the greater San Francisco area.
