I had such a great experience with Yvette! My husband and I wanted to get married in 2020 but due to COVID we put everything on pause. A family member sent me a link to PUWH and we saw the elopement style weddings and decided it was the perfect fit for us! Yvette helped put together a very lovely, intimate outdoor wedding in 2020, within a few weeks! I’m so happy we decided to partner with Yvette on our special day. Yvette is amazing!!! The events team at Pop Up Houston are incredible at what they do. We planned and executed a wedding in about a month. From our initial meeting until the big day, everyone was very helpful with any questions and last minute issues we had. I was very impressed they worked with me to allow for COVID sensitive aspects during my wedding to make sure our guests and family stayed safe. We had our ceremony outside, during hot Texas summer weather, in the outdoor chapel followed by the a nice intimate reception. Yvette and Daniel (the photographer) were amazing handling and organizing time and photos for a very diverse group. Planning, excellent communication, set up/clean up, personalized flowers, personalized cake, personalized ceremony, officiant, an amazing photographer all for an affordable price and with great ease. Yvette and her team made sure everything ran perfectly. I highly recommend Pop Up Houston Weddings for weddings and other events. They made my day very memorable.

We had a wonderful experience with Pop Up Wedding Houston! Yvette was so easy to work with and made our day exactly how we envisioned. We had the venue in mind before we met with her and she immediately said we picked a great spot to have a small family wedding. Yvette took all of the stress of planning and made the day so much fun! She described it during our first meeting, it’s like showing up to a surprise party just for you! We gave her little direction, except that we wanted it to feel like a wedding and not just dinner at a restaurant. During our first meeting, we talked about some minor details, budget, etc. I texted her pictures of flowers, cakes and décor that I liked. We even switched gears pretty close to the wedding date on some of the decorations. I gave her a budget and she found the perfect table decorations with no hesitation. She was so flexible and the whole process was worry free. Even a small wedding is a lot of work, but with her help we actually got to have fun and not wear ourselves out trying to get everything the way we wanted it. All of her vendors were perfect for us (officiant, photographer, cake and flowers) Thank you to Pop Up Wedding Houston for the making our special day so perfect.

I cannot thank and praise Yvette enough! I don't remember how we came across Pop Up Wedding Houston, but we are SO GLAD we did. I was skeptical about being able to have an affordable wedding and high expectations, but Yvette delivered! All discussions about and photos I sent her of our vision - she exceeded our expectations. Our family and friends were so curious to see how our pop up wedding would turn out, never having heard of one, and we only received compliments. My favorite comment was that we had “focused on the most important parts of a wedding, and that's how all weddings should be!” Aside from our ceremony venue coordinator sometimes, we never had to deal with vendors, which saved so much stress, and Yvette's vendors were amazing!! My bouquet and his boutonnière looked exactly like the Pinterest photos I had sent her. We never did a cake tasting before choosing our flavor (cookies and cream), and our cake was the MOST DELICIOUS wedding cake I've ever tried!! Our guests kept asking for more!! Our photographer was sweet and professional and took SO MANY photos. I can't wait to see them!! We did choose add ons: more photographer time for a first look, champagne for all, two appetizers, hair and makeup - everything was great; I cannot stress that enough. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because Yvette took care of it. Her take charge personality was just what we, our wedding party, and family needed. If you want to save money and still have a beautiful and memorable wedding, you can't go wrong with Yvette and Pop Up Wedding Houston!!

FAN-FUDGING-TASTIC!!!! Yvette is a friend to help you out making your wedding the best it can be! She listened to our ideas and responded quickly when we had questions. She worked well with our crazy Gothic Halloween theme and made it look fantastic. We did full wedding coordinator and not the pop-up option but she was worth it! Keep up the good work Gurly!

My husband and I are both in the Army and not local to Houston. In fact, I am currently stationed in Japan. Yvette put together the most beautiful wedding and experience. She did all the hard work of coordinating everything. My husband and I just needed to make sure we had our marriage license in hand and we’re on time. I wanted to add some details with decor and Yvette was able to make my vision come to life. It was honestly even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I never once was stressed throughout the entire planning and wedding process. Thank you so much Yvette for making our special day perfect!!

Yvette was our amazing wedding coordinator. She took care of is from start to finish. She offered up a range of options from simple to extravagant and helped us to plan and coordinate every step of the way. She helped us to plan the wedding WE wanted. She negotiated preferred pricing with vendors and saved us a lot of money along the way. We never felt alone in the process as she was always available for consultation and kept us moving forward when we got busy and distracted. Yvette is exactly what you want in a wedding planner!

Yvette with PUWH is fantastic to work with. She helped keep me on track for all wedding coordination needs despite my hectic schedule with work and school. When it came time for rehearsal night, she was excellent at herding the group of cats that is our friends and family. The day of our wedding, she remained calm and carried herself well under pressure. My wedding was stunning thanks to her attention to detail and organization skills. In addition to all of this, her recommended vendors did an amazing job. If you want someone who is no nonsense that will get things done, Yvette is your girl!
