was so on top of everything. There were never any fire drills because she managed everything so well (or if there were, we never knew about it because she handled everything with ease). I can’t imagine trying to plan our wedding on our own. So beyond thankful for Ashley for allowing us to enjoy being engaged and not have to stress anything, and also for making the planning process so fun! Not only was she extremely organized, but she is so creative and made the day so beautiful. She gave such great advice / ideas / vendor recommendations, and I’m so glad we listened to her advice because she made our wedding SO much more unique and personal than it would have been if we hadn’t. I also appreciated how Ashley is firm and persuasive and can easily negotiate with, manage, and advocate for us with vendors. She always had our best interests at heart and did everything she could to get the best for us from our vendors. Overall so thankful for Ashley and for everything she did for us!!

we wanted because of COVID restrictions at our original venue. So, 3 MONTHS prior to our wedding we had to change venues including the state we were getting married in, and decided to hire Ashley and Poppati for full service planning. My husband and I at the time, were living in Rhode Island, ,getting married in Iowa, moving across the country 2 weeks before our wedding, starting new jobs, in two new cities, and trying to plan a wedding all at the same time :) Ashley and her team took on the challenge, and alleviated so much of the stress we already had. Not only did Ashley find us the most perfect venue, but she was able to work closely with all of the vendors and make decisions quickly so we didn't have to make them. She communicated with all the vendors for us, but she would keep us in the loop on important decisions and would not move forward without our approval. We gave her a budget, and she worked within it throughout the whole process, and presented us with such fun ideas of what our wedding could be. The best part of the entire experience was her creativity to make our wedding so unique to us. She incorporated a "Party Animal" seating chart because my husband and I are both veterinarians, we had welcome drinks with popsicles since we had an outdoor wedding in July, we had the most beautiful flower arrangements and hanging floral piece, and even had an ice bar at cocktail hour that incorporated our time of living out in Rhode Island. Lastly, she was constantly there to offer support when things got stressful, and the anxiety of everything started to build up. We felt like we were working with a close friend, and she even treated us to a surprise gift for our wedding day as well. She would constantly reassure us that everything was going to work out, and she was right. I had been to a few other weddings Ashley had planned, and I never had a doubt in my mind that she would make our dream wedding come to life. Her entire staff, her husband, and her adorable dog Finley were the most incredible people to work with and I can't recommend Poppati enough. They truly made our dream wedding a reality, and we had so many comments about what a unique and beautiful wedding it was!

She stayed up to date on all the rules and kept us informed and still pulled off the wedding of my dreams. My caterer dropped a month out from our wedding and Ashley was able to secure a new one at an even better rate for us with no issue. The day of our wedding it was so windy and there were challenges with the set up but I never knew because her team handled it and my day was amazing. If you are looking for a wedding or party planner Poppati is the best. Highly recommend!

When we met with Ashley and her husband, Adam, for the first time, they were genuinely as excited to celebrate our recent wedding and to plan our dream honeymoon as we were to experience it. They completely customized our trip based on our feedback, style and preferences. After our initial meeting, they provided a tailored, detailed itinerary for our trip to Italy and Croatia with everything included from air travel, connections, transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant recommendations, packing lists and unforgettable excursions (shout out to our wine and oyster tour mmmm). Ashley & Adam proactively stayed in touch with us as the trip grew closer. When the trip arrived, we felt like Jay and Bey just showing up to the airport with everything already planned and taken care of  Their attention to detail was apparent throughout the trip which ultimately allowed my husband and me to enjoy each other without worrying about any details. Having a planner that's entirely dedicated to the couple and making their day flawless seems like a given, but I often see planners that tend to get away with the bare minimum and that I hardly see throughout the course of the day. Ashley is ANYTHING but that. The way I see her show up for her clients is truly unique. She constantly has her hands wet and is involved in every facet and decision. I've seen fires arise and she handles them with grace and conviction. She's also has a level of creativity that is unprecedented. If she's involved in full-service planning, expect to see MAGIC! Something that you won't just find on Pinterest or an inspiration board already curated by a planner. She's quite simply amazing! You'd be foolish not to trust her with your planning needs :)

During the week of our wedding we were filled with nerves and excitement but when we walked into the rehearsal and saw Ashley’s smiling face greeting us our nerves instantly began to fade away. She truly made us feel at ease during one of the biggest moments of our lives. On the day of our wedding Ashley flawlessly managed to execute on every detail and ensured we were on schedule and where we needed to be when we needed to be there while simultaneously pumping us up and cheering us on along the way. We truly could not have done it without her! One example to highlight this is that during all of the wedding busyness I (the bride) completely forgot our table numbers at the hotel (a good 25 minutes away). Ashley was informed of this just prior to the ceremony start time and by the time the reception started there were beautiful table numbers placed neatly on every table without either of us being aware! We are both so thankful for Ashley because she allowed us, our families, and guests to truly enjoy the celebration. Having our parents be able to be truly present with us on our wedding day versus having to worry about day of details was extremely important to us and Ashley ensured that happened! Our only regret is that we didn’t book Ashley for the entire planing period because she made it that calming and enjoyable! As I write this I am currently dreaming up parties I can host so that I can work with Ashley again...post-wedding party? Our cat’s 5th birthday party? Thank you for all you do, Ashley!
