We can’t possibly say enough great things about Whitney of Poppies & Peonies!!! Whitney was professional yet felt like a good friend! So easy to talk to and really knows her flowers! She helped us make our daughter’s wedding absolutely beautiful without breaking the bank! It looked like we spent a fortune on flowers and decor but Whitney knows how to stretch a dollar without compromising beauty, your wishlist or vision! Whitney makes this part of your planning so easy and stress free! She’s a great planner and communicator. You absolutely will not regret using Whitney as your wedding florist!!

I can’t say enough about Whitney! She was great to work with and went above and beyond! My daughter challenged her with a boho flower theme and Whitney was honest and said she had never done that before. She nailed it! Would highly recommend her!
Whitney and her team did a wonderful job coordinating my vision for my wedding day. I wanted something simple and elegant and she delivered just that. Whitney was so fun and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Her wedding proposal budget came a few weeks after our first consultation, and she worked within our budget and timeframe Truly recommend her to be apart of your special day!

Mrs. Whitney is so wonderful to work with. She truly has an eye for beauty when it comes to flowers and me being unsure about what I wanted, she was welcome to the task of creating my dream bouquet and all the other special touches (including the flowers on my cake)! Her pricing is very reasonable and her communication is seamless. I was on a tight budget for our wedding; we had a large bridal party; but Poppies and Peonies was able to deliver everything and more than I could’ve asked for to make my big day a dream come true. They used lots of greenery in the ceremony space and chose flowers that were in season to help make it affordable and fitting for a Spring wedding! Mrs. Whitney discussed all the details with me to ensure I felt comfortable with everything and I was so grateful for her expertise—I almost cried when she brought out my bouquet for pictures! Overall it was such a lovely experience and I would recommend her business to anyone looking for a genuine, talented, and trustworthy florist!

We had an excellent experience with Poppies and Peonies. Whitney was very professional and willing to listen to what we wanted. She made recommendations as to flower choices that suited both our color scheme and our budget. I would undoubtedly work with her again.

The absolute BEST! Whitney met with me and listened to all my ideas and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Knowing that we were getting married St. Patrick’s Day weekend, my husband and I wanted to have flowers that would fit our theme. Whitney was able to incorporate flowers relating to Ireland and my favorite color purple. I can honestly say she brought my dreams to life and I’m so thankful she was a part of our wedding day.

I told her that I just wanted it to feel a certain way, she heard me, and she made that happen! She has a gentle way about her, not pushy, and super attentive to your thoughts and ideas. But she also listens and advises to bring about exactly what you are hoping for. She is a gem and we are grateful that she was a part of such a beautiful day.
We had a small, intimate wedding in the mountains of NC. Whitney listened to what we wanted and far exceeded our expectations. Beginning with the consultation, Ms. Whitney knew all the right questions to ask when I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted, and she thought of things that hadn’t even crossed my mind. On the day of the wedding, the flowers pulled the dresses, suits, and venue together and established such a cohesive and lovely look that was far beyond anything I could have dreamed of.
