I actually screamed walking into my ceremony space at the shear beauty she put together. As a bride who had a specific vision and dreamt of her florals on her wedding day for many years- I am SO so glad I hired Ashley. Ashley not only is insanely talented, but hard working and dedicated. The week of my wedding her entire studio flooded. By the grace of God our flowers were spared, but the heartache she went through that week and still pulled off our wedding 6 days later was nothing sort of a miracle and shows what lengths Ashley will go through to make sure your wedding florals will be a success. Ashley totally made my wedding vision come to life. My wedding hashtag was #TheBeauty&TheWease and my wedding colors were blush pink and rose gold. She seriously went above and beyond and blew everyone away with the beautiful arrangements. I was told even other wedding venues had caught wind of how beautiful my flowers were. Poppies Design Studio was my florist for my wedding on 6/6/2015. I still can recall them saving the day. When our bakery was 3 hours late delivering our cake. They stayed to help put the flowers on our cake and calm my mother down. Ashley also helped me redo my color schemes on groomsmen vest and pocket squares. Ashley truly cares and puts her heart into her job. Thank you for helping my day go smoothly. Of course the flowers were delivered beautiful and of course on time. They were beautiful in pictures. I still remember all of your efforts.

Just WOW. I picked Ashley to be the florist for my wedding after attending a wedding that she did the arrangements for, and being so impressed by how everything looked. What an AMAZING decision that was! I honestly cannot reiterate enough how much talent Ashley has. She perfectly executed the vision I had, was so so easy and pleasant to work with, and was easily the most responsive and organized vendor we had. Our wedding arrangements were absolutely phenomenal. I do not have enough words for how WONDERFUL Ashley is! When Covid hit and my now husband and I had to think about our wedding day we knew of the few vendors we would have for our ceremony that Ashley HAD to be one of them. I reached out to her about changing our plans and it was so easy to switch from a big ceremony and reception to just a ceremony. We gave Ashley full creative design control for our day and it was the best choice we made. EVERYTHING was beautiful from my bridal and MOH bouquets, to the dog collars and free standing ceremony pieces. Her team was so easy to work with especially when it started to downpour during their set up time. She helped me make a plan for if it continued to rain and if it stopped. The rain ended up stopping and her team moved their whole set up outside for the ceremony. I have gotten so many compliments about the flowers and how wonderful she and her assistant were from my family at the ceremony. We can't wait to work with her again for our reception in February!!!!

We eloped in a private ceremony in the botanical gardens. Ashley tailored the bouquet, bridal hairpiece, boutonnière and dog’s collar perfectly to our nature-loving intimate ceremony. We may not have had the biggest order or most elaborate desires, but she tailored everything to our favorite flowers and easy-going look.

I am one of the many brides who's wedding was affected by the pandemic. Ultimately, we had to push our wedding out an entire year to make our original vision possible. This decision was very tough for my fiancé and I but what made it easier, was how accommodating and supportive Ashley was throughout it all! 2 words...incredibly talented!!! I let Ashley totally take control when it came to my flowers. Her final product was better than anything I could have ever came up with. Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with. She is brilliant and so creative. She really takes the time to understand what you are looking for and to go over everything in great detail. What we discussed and what colors were used on my actual wedding day I was a little thrown off. I was going for more muted nudes with minor pops of plum, very little raspberry and I wanted a lot of beige, white, sand. The bouquets and table arrangements were not muted they were very bright using majority raspberry and plum. My bouquet was supposed to be a large cascade like my mothers on her wedding day, but it wasn’t a cascade. It was supposed to have a lot of white and it had a lot of color. I was so in the moment with my wedding I didn’t think to say anything the flowers were beautiful, but not what we had discussed at the meetings. My mom had also attended and said to me after the wedding did they get your flowers mixed up with someone else’s? Thankfully it still looked beautiful but threw me off the day of the wedding. Still sad about my bouquet.

Oh Ashley! What an awesome wedding florist and designer. My ask for wedding florals was unique. Personal florals simple but the reception centerpieces a little bit different story. She took my vision of each table being it's own unique antique masterpiece and made it a reality. She was realistic about cost and just an awesome person to work with in the industry!

Ashley did an amazing job. I loved everything she picked out for us at the first meeting. The centerpieces were exactly what I wanted and the floral arch we got married under was gorgeous. I received many compliments on how beautiful my bouquet was as well as how cute the flower girl crowns were. She went to our event location prior to the wedding to make sure everything would be perfectly arranged. She moved the outside flowers inside after our ceremony and came back after the reception to pick up the rentals so we didn’t need to worry about them. From the moment I met Ashley at our initial meeting, I knew we would hit it off. I fell in love with her style and knew she was the perfect florist for us. She never tried to rip us off like some of the other florists did. Her rentals are very reasonably priced and her team actually collects them at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry about a thing. There are not enough amazing things to say about Ashley and Poppies Design Studio. Her creativity and style is flawless, plus she is the nicest person ever. Going into this, I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted and after a conversation, Ashely picked up on my style, created an inspiration board, and viola! Ashley was a fantastic florist. I looked at a few other florists in the St. Louis area and loved her consultation. She asked for my pinterest ahead of time and was able to communicate a vision for the space. She was extremely prepared and professional compared to some of the other consultations we went to. The flowers on the day of our wedding were amazing! My bouquet was a very textured mix of greenery, peonies, roses, and succulents. The floral arrangements added a modern twist to what can be a stuffy and fancy venue. I felt that Ashley really worked within my budget to make something absolutely incredible. I would recommend her to anyone!

I reached out to about 10 different local florists, and Ashley with Poppies Design immediately stood out from the rest (I was very picky about my florist/flowers – so this was a big wedding decision for me personally). I knew she’d be our florist after my first phone call with her, where she proved extremely knowledgeable and had so many helpful suggestions on how to save money while still getting the lush floral look I wanted (whereas many other florists told me ‘we can’t give you the look you want within your budget’). I was speechless when I saw all of her work come to life on my wedding day and couldn’t believe she made my dream wedding come to life. Not to mention, she provided centerpiece vases, small votive candles, tall candle sticks (all of the décor I possibly needed for ceremony and reception), did setup and take down (life saver)! October 27.2017 My daughter chose Poppies for all of her wedding flowers. She told her the colors she wanted and showed her a few pictures of things she liked. Everything turned out exactly like we wanted. The colors, the designs, the combination of flowers were all beautiful! Truly over the top! We got so many compliments from our guest. Many people said they were the prettiest flowers they had ever seen. Poppies were so easy to work with and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it turned out. I would give Ashley and Poppies Design Studio 100 stars if I could. Ashley's designs are beautiful and organic and romantic - she literally made my flower dreams come true for our wedding. She transformed City Hall for us into a wonderland full of rich greenery and gorgeous candlelight, then took our reception at Union Station over the top. I'm already looking for more reasons to work with her again.

My experience with Ashley and Poppies Design Studio was superb! My consultation with Ashley was fun and easy. I shared with her pictures of what I wanted my flowers to look like and she far exceeded my expectations in look and color. She had my quote out to me very quickly. I wanted to add additional flowers to see what it would cost and Ashley had a new quote out to me in record time. Working with Ashley was very professional and answered any question that I had. I wanted to see pictures of what my flowers would look like and she was able to get a sample picture to me very quickly. Ashley kept in contact with me all the way up until my wedding day. She even offered to have someone move my altar flowers to the reception for me for free. When I received my wedding flowers on my wedding day, my face lit up. My flowers were gorgeous! I got a real floral hair clip that came on a barrette which made it very easy to clip into my hair. Poppies design made my bridal bouquet, toss bouquet (which was complementary), bridal hair clip, bridesmaid bouquets, and boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen, ring security, and fathers. They also did corsages for the mothers, grandmothers, and did ceremony flowers down the aisle and altar. I was extremely happy with Poppies Design Studio. Everyone was asking who did my flowers because they were all beautiful. I would recommend Poppies Design Studio to anyone who wants gorgeous flowers on their wedding day and excellent service!

From the beginning of our wedding planning, I knew that gorgeous flowers were a must have for our wedding on June 10, 2017. Ashley was simply amazing to work with. The flowers at our ceremony and reception looked absolutely stunning and everyone raved about how beautiful they were. Ashley was able to create my “dream” to reality! She exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ashley and Poppies Design Studio. From our first meeting, she seemed to get exactly what my vision was and took it from there. I'll be the first to admit flowers weren't at the forefront of my priorities of my wedding day, but looking at my pictures I'm so glad I had Ashley there to do mine. My bouquet was fabulous and held up so well that it looked pristine even the next day. We had a floral archway at the front of our "altar" and it was stunning. I didn't want a lot on the tables but Ashley took my vision for them and totally enhanced it. I was so in awe of what she did and will definitely be recommending her as all of my friends get married!

I absolutely LOVED my flowers for my wedding. They were so much more than I could have ever expected. The process was very easy and stress free!
