Arielle was such an excellent vendor to work with from beginning to end. Extremely kind, communicative, and accommodating! Not only that, but she made us the most gorgeous (and delicious) wedding cake. Our guests were taking photos of it all night long! Definitely don’t hesitate to book her for your wedding, we can’t recommend her enough!

We cannot speak highly enough of Poppies Flour Shop! My husband and I had a vision for our wedding cake, and Arielle made it come to life. We were so thankful to find her and her prices are extremely fair. Our guests raved about the cake and it was just gorgeous. We cannot recommend Poppies enough as she was extremely easy to work with and made our cake dreams come true!

Arielle was amazing! She made the entire process extremely easy! I had an underlying theme for my wedding and she was able to nail my cake and desserts. She really took the time to understand our wants and made our vision come to life. I will definitely be using her for future events!

Absolutely loved working with Arielle for our wedding cake! Not only was the flavor we chose so unique, but the design of the cake was better than I could ever imagine! She made the process so easy and simple, which was such a pleasure considering how hectic wedding planning is! Also, an added bonus, which was HUGE, for our family, was that she was able to make our wedding cake flavor into gluten free/dairy free cupcakes so our guests with allergies could also indulge. I am so happy with the whole process and can’t wait to work with Arielle again! Thank you so much!!!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Arielle at Poppies Flour Shop. Choosing her to create our wedding cake was totally on a whim but from our first conversation I knew we had the right person. Arielle met with us in person and had cake samples for us to choose from. She took all of our input down to the last detail and knew exactly what our vision was for our dream cake. What she created was beyond our expectations. Not only did the cake look amazing but it tasted fantastic as well. I’ve had my share of wedding cakes where the taste left something to be desired. You will not get that with Poppies Flour Shop…Arielle’s cakes are delicious. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that needs a cake for any occasion. We will definitely be ordering from her again.

We are still getting compliments on the cake! I asked for a simple white three tiered classic design and Arielle delivered above and beyond. The delivery was seamless and the cake was gorgeous.

Arielle was a pleasure from start to finish. She helped us narrow down our vision, and even gave us a complimentary tasting box to help choose a cake from all her delicious flavors. She is so sweet and kind, and talented beyond belief. She made a cake for my engagement party and WOW did everyone rave about the cake! It was delicious, and gorgeous! Arielle is truly talented and we couldn’t have asked for more!

When planning a wedding chosing vendors can be super overwhelming, especially in the NJ area where there's so many talented professionals. Arielle made the decision to chose her so simple. She made a stunning, small wedding cake for our February wedding in Long Branch. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Our day of coordinator said she was a pleasure to work with and the ordering and payment process is streamlined which I appreciated. I am going to continue to recommend her to anyone I know for special events!!

We got our wedding cake from Poppies Flour Shop for our wedding which was in Sept 2023. Arielle was so helpful with every step of planning. She helped us decide on flavors (brown butter and orange caramel - yum!) and really made it look gorgeous and unique. We didn’t want a ton of flowers on our wedding day so she used oranges and gold to match our wedding theme! We are so happy we trusted Poppies Flour Shop for our cake vision!

Arielle’s professionalism, personality, and quality of service are all 10 out of 10. From start to finish, Arielle was detail oriented, insuring we were on the same page for every detail of our engagement cake- from the look of it, down to the flavor. She was also a big help in deciding what size cake was most suitable for our guest count.
Additionally, she provided some seriously delicious gluten free, dairy free cookie options, as my mom has food sensitivities.
All in all, I would absolutely recommend Arielle at Poppies Flour Shop to anyone in need, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

We ordered our engagement cake and some chocolate covered items from Poppies Flour Shop and they were as delicious as they were beautiful. Arielle was very friendly and she even delivered everything to my sisters house where we were hosting the party.
Arielle is a classically trained pastry chef with over 12 years of experience. Originally from NJ, she has worked for some of the states best restaurants and has learned under multiple James Beard nominated chefs. She decided to leave the restaurant scene in 2023 and start her cake business after getting inquiries about making cakes for friends and families. She relocated to Greenville, SC in 2024 to be closer to her family.
Arielle's work has been published in Pastry Arts Magazine (Spring 2023). She has also been seen on Food Network on episodes of Chopped and Guys Grocery Games.
