e organized, responsive and truly listened to what we wanted. By the time our wedding day arrived we felt completely calm because I knew everything was handled. Brittany kept everything on schedule, handled a problem with our DJ quietly in the background and made sure my fiancé and I could just enjoy our day. Bobby was great with helping out the groomsmen tie their ties and put on their boutonnieres( no one else knew how to do it) Even doing a coffee run for the bridal party. The mobile bar was a huge hit with our guests, the set up looked gorgeous and fit our vibe perfectly. Our signature drinks were delicious and we got so many compliments from our guests after the wedding about how great the cocktails and service were. One of our biggest concerns was not having a large cocktail hour line right after the ceremony. Brittany and Bobby were great at making sure that that didn’t happen. We can’t thank them enough and will be using them for any future events that we have and we can’t recommend them enough!!!!

ransparency you deserve on your wedding day. I contracted them for my wedding and provided a clear, written menu that specified the exact wine to be served. I repeated this request multiple times, including in the final menu I sent just days before the event, and was agreed to. Despite that, the wine was substituted without my knowledge or consent. Instead of honoring the agreed-upon selection, I later discovered guests were served a completely different, lower-quality wine. When I followed up to ask what had happened, I was met with excuses and deflection. In her replies, the owner admitted she could not get the wine but did not tell me in advance. Instead, she unilaterally made substitutions and suggested it was to avoid stressing me out — a choice that denied me the chance to approve or provide my own solution. What’s worse, when I expressed concern afterward, her responses minimized the issue, implied that I had “taken” hundreds of dollars of their back stock (even though her team loaded it into my car without my knowledge of what was included), and offered only a refund for three bottles as though that addressed the larger breach of service. To be clear: the issue was not just a few bottles. It was the failure to deliver what was promised, the lack of communication, and the dismissive, defensive attitude when I sought resolution. I paid for a premium experience with specific wines on the menu, and that is not what was provided.

On the day of our wedding, they made an important pit stop for me on the way to our venue, handled a vendor that was a little late, kept dinner service timing on track to get us on the dance floor as soon as possible and most importantly made me feel completely at ease knowing they had it all handled! I highly recommend Poppin Bottles for your event!!!!

The organization of events and timelines ran flawlessly. I have since recommended them, and Poppin Bottles to several of my friends and family. Being a problem solving type person myself, it was hard to step back at first. But Brittany and Bobby made me feel comfortable, and had solutions to any issue that I could foresee or imagine. I can't thank them enough for what they did for us, and honestly couldn't have asked for a better event/wedding coordinator team. The bar service provided by Poppin Bottles was top notch. It was professional, and considered all of option's that we wanted. Everything from mixed drinks, bottled and canned beverages, wine, and even beverages on tap! Again, I can't express how happy we were with there service.
