sion and always had great suggestions! Fast forward to the wedding day and WOW. It was literally like my Pinterest board came to life. Everything was perfect and so incredibly beautiful. Meghan and her team nailed it! I can’t recommend Poppy Floral enough. Thanks for everything Meghan!!!
From the moment I called Meghan, I knew she was the florist for our wedding! She was the first florist I spoke with, and by the end of that call, I was so confident in her abilitie...
s that I immediately contacted everyone else to let them know I had already found the perfect florist.
Her ability to listen and truly understand our vision was remarkable. We had a call about a year and a half before the wedding to discuss everything, and then life got busy, and before I knew it, we were less than two weeks away from the big day. Meghan and I had been in communication about the wedding, but I realized I never confirmed with her if she was all set regarding vision or needed anything from me. Meghan, with her signature calm and confidence, reassured me that unless our vision had changed, she was all set—and wow, was she ever!
Meghan didn’t just deliver what we discussed; she exceeded our wildest expectations. I had envisioned an abundance of romantic candlelight (with fake candles because of our historic venue’s restrictions) and soft, white florals with just a hint of blush/pink tones—nothing too stiff, but also not too wild. Meghan took that vision and transformed it into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The florals were breathtaking, and the ambiance she created was pure magic - she even had one person solely dedicated to candle duty. The photos speak for themselves!
When we decided to build an escort wall, but had no idea what to do with it after the wedding, Meghan didn’t hesitate to help. She quickly found another vendor who could take it off our hands that very night, saving us from any post-wedding stress. Every time we needed a suggestion or a bit of guidance, she was there with thoughtful advice, yet she was so quietly professional and drama-free that it felt like everything just effortlessly fell into place.
Meghan is truly in a league of her own—her talent, professionalism, and ability to bring a vision to life are unmatched. Thank you Meghan!

responsive to my emails and met me for an in-person consultation at the venue with samples to understand the vision I was going for, and she executed it perfectly. The flowers around the cake was her suggestion and it ended up being my favorite arrangement of the day!

or I was going to be working with. She was so professional, but also got to know you personally to ensure that your vision would come to life on your wedding day. Throughout the process she was very straightforward with cost and gives you options to achieve your vision if there are budget constraints or obstacles. She is incredibly knowledgeable of what it will take to make the space look amazing and she knew how to maximize the arrangements to make them really pop. I'd highly recommend Meghan to any bride looking to work with a professional, talented, kind individual!!

t importantly, our BUDGET! She was so kind and willing to work with us about how to best spread out our budget for our wedding floral needs. Meghan was super transparent with her pricing, and her proposals featuring her ideas for how to bring our vision to light were just perfect. The day of, she coordinated with me to drop my bouquets off at our getting ready Airbnb and showed up right on time. When we got to the venue, we were blown away at how beautiful all of the arrangements were. She even went out of her way to add florals to our "in memoriam" table, and it was such a thoughtful touch. We feel so grateful to have had Meghan as part of our special day - anyone would be lucky to have her!

us feel so secure in her ability to have perfect flowers whenever we were able to have our day! And OH MY GOODNESS were they perfect! She took our vision and delivered above and beyond what we could have ever imagined! A few month before we had to move our ceremony from a church to the venue and Meghan effortless added the rather large change including creating a hexagon altar to our order. Everything was beyond stunning and her attention to detail was insane. The most asked question at our wedding was who is your florist!! We all were so blown away and on top of all of that, Meghan is the sweetest, kindest person and so incredibly easy to work with! You need to book her!!!

collaborative, endlessly sweet, and thoroughly professional. She set up our "altar" beautifully and reconfigured it for the reception seamlessly. She and her team are amazing and the fact that all of our planning sessions had Baron the Mountain Dog in them was the cherry on top.

in to the first meeting in Meghan’s studio, I walked away feeling encouraged and genuinely excited about the wedding!! In addition to being truly delightful, Meghan was patient in trying to understand my abstract concepts as well as eager to help find examples and suggestions...and it didn’t hurt that her adorable dog Baron joyfully welcomed us at the door. Meghan had innovative ideas about how to create the type of 3-dimensional floral installations I was hoping for, while still adhering to the venue rules. The finished product was even better than I ever could have imagined thanks to her thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
My husband once commented that it’s a wonderful thing to see someone who is not only talented at, but also absolutely loves their job like Meghan does – and it’s true!! Working with her was consistently a refreshing relief from the stress of wedding prep; our conversations always felt fun, and she seemed equally as excited as we were about building our wedding vision. I can confidently say that Meghan is the absolute best – she went above and beyond to make our wedding day beautiful and stress-free, and even proactively (and impressively!) resolved the inevitable hurdles that popped up. From ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, our wedding was stunningly beautiful because of Poppy Florals – THANK YOU Meghan!!

edding, I knew we’d be making the right choice with Meghan. She is creative and artistic, professional, friendly, and responsive to questions and ideas. We met twice in person at her studio (which is gorgeous and even includes Baron, her adorable dog!) and each time we met, I felt we were so productive at sharpening the wedding vision. For example, Meghan suggested a custom design for our chuppah, and she sourced it and made it herself. It looked stunning! She suggested candles for our centerpieces, which worked so well. Our venue also had some special architectural elements, like giant fireplaces, and Meghan was excellent at suggesting design to complement the venue. I highly recommend working with Poppy Floral for your wedding!

ome to life but make them even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
Our wedding was in June at the State Room in Boston. I knew that I wanted to bring in a lot of lush florals and greenery to liven up the space. Meghan created a beautiful circle arch for our ceremony and a stair installation at the center of the venue that caught everyone’s eye. She also created amazing bouquets and centerpieces, including high centerpieces that went the length of our rectangular tables as if the flowers were floating above our guests’ heads. Though the State Room is a stunning venue as is, Meghan was able to transform the space into the romantic wedding of my dreams.
Meghan was so easy to work with throughout the whole process. She was prompt and easy to get in touch with. I loved meeting and working with Meghan (and her dog) at her studio. I cannot thank or recommend Poppy Floral enough!

me through how we could bring this to life and adding additional touches and details I would never have thought of. She and her team built the ceremony arch of my dreams, and did a fantastic job with our reception centerpieces and TWO hanging installations. We had SO many compliments on the florals, including from a friend/guest who is a florist herself. Meghan was a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process - organized, flexible, and a great communicator. I can't recommend her enough!

The arrangements for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were gorgeous, and we received so many compliments from our friends and family. Any time we look back at photos from our wedding, we fall in love with the flowers all over again. Also, Baron is the best assistant! :)

rgundy peonies I ordered for the centerpieces were of exceptional quality. They were stunning and I got so many compliments on them on my wedding day. My bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were delivered the day of my wedding and they were stunning. Blush, white and burgundy accents were exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Poppy Floral whether you are doing DIY floral arrangements or looking to have everything done for you.

re going for. The whole Poppy Floral team were so nice and very good at what they do.
All of the flowers - from our personal flowers to the ceremony arrangements to our reception decor and arrangements - were absolutely beautiful. Our wedding was in January -- two days after a blizzard -- and Meghan had EVERYTHING under control. She even kept in contact with me throughout the storm to reassure that the flowers were safe and that there would be no delivery issues.
Her and her team delivered and set up personal flowers to our hotel, ceremony flowers to the church, and our reception flowers to the venue in 4 degree weather with snow still everywhere from the storm. Meghan even came back after the reception because our venue required all decor be out by that night.
The gorgeous pictures we have of all the flowers and the glowing compliments I got from guests speak volumes for the work she does. I definitely recommend her - not just for the beautiful flowers but for her wonderful personality and helpful, creative ideas.
Meghan and Brenda brought every vision I had for my wedding to life. They absolutely stunned with two gorgeous statement structures for my ceremony altar and an overhead canopy at...
the reception. Added spunk with a killer barfront design that featured an inset wooden sign of the wedding hashtag (which Meghan kindly offered to paint herself). Hand wrapped loose stems for a gorgeous hair design - which set flawlessly and stayed all night! And the moment I saw my bouquet, I fell in love. Plus so many other amazing moments with bouquets, boutonnieres and table decor.
Leading up to my wedding day, I kept thinking "I know what I want this wedding to look like, but I just don't KNOW how everything will turn out." I had to put most of that trust into Meghan, and as I said above, every dream and vision was realized. She and Brenda are a joy to work with and gave me the most beautiful wedding.

They were responsive to every email, executed everything flawlessly the day of the wedding, were so professional throughout the entire process, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Not to mention the fact that they lasted for a week after the wedding - they were so fresh! I have already stated recommending Poppy to every Boston bride that I know planning a wedding. They are the best!

wers a little over a week before the wedding and they could not have been nicer about it. They took all my notes and ideas (which was just a bunch of words and pictures for how I was thinking I wanted it to look/feel) and turned it into the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen. My bouquet in particular was super gorgeous. I am so happy to have chosen them for our wedding!!

Our personal flowers were delivered on time, the reception venue was flawlessly decorated, and our friends & family are still in awe of the staircase display they created for us. ant traditionally gendered flowers for our families and attendants, Meghan didn't quite understand that and it seemed as though she didn't quite understand many of our needs. Our Jewish ceremony needed a Chuppah and as Poppy had one we decided to go with their's but less than an hour before the ceremony the Chuppah was still not decorated leaving me quite anxious. When it was complete, the fabric was not tied tightly enough and the frame was too short so throughout the ceremony we were repeatedly hit in the head by the cloth. I'm not a tall person (5ft 5inches) so I certainly didn't expect to need to check that the Chuppah was tall enough but I'll never forget having to squat in my dress for the entire ceremony.
Communication was inconsistent and set up was disorganized. If I hadn't sent a friend to find our flower children's baskets I'm not sure they would have ever received them. The budget we set increased dramatically after our meeting but throughout the meeting that costs might rise was never mentioned. I was not at all impressed by our tiny centerpieces that lacked all the elements we had previously discussed with Poppy and the color combinations in our larger decor elements were weirdly Christmasy for an early October wedding. Poppy was also in charge of decorating our cake with fresh flowers and the cake toppers we provided. I gave explicit instructions on placement of the toppers but they were not followed.
Our bridal bouquets were beautiful as were the flowers chosen for my partner's hair but over all I would not recommend Poppy Floral. My wedding day was incredible in so many ways and for so many reasons but the one vendor that I felt let down by (a difficult thing to admit about your big day) was Poppy.

his charitable gesture really attracted to me to them, but it was their design and creativity that made us choose them. And boy, are we glad we did!! I didn't even have to come to Meghan and her team with a specific picture. Instead, they were able to take elements from my Pinterest board and other inspirational pictures and pull it together to create the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! When my bridesmaids got their bouquets, they were raving about them and didn't stop all night! And let me tell you about my bouquet - it was SO beautiful that I am having it freeze fried and preserved so I can continue to enjoy them for the rest of my life. They are so much more than I could have ever imagined - I wanted to hold them all night long!! Meghan and her team are innovative and fresh, and know how to really execute the clients' ideas. She was truly amazing, and I will definitely be reaching out to her for other events in the future!!!

incredibly beautiful portfolios but also incredibly high prices. I felt a little defeated at the time and felt that sticking to a lower budget may mean losing out on the romantic garden wedding vibe that I had set my heart on. I left my first consultation with Meghan beaming - she gave me some tips for how to lower the cost without sacrificing my vision and really listened to exactly what I wanted for the big day. In between the consultation and event Meghan was very responsive to emails and answered every worried-bride question that came into my mind. About 1.5 months before the event she invited me to walk around the New England Flower Exchange with her to show her which flowers and colors I liked. It was so much fun to pull flowers together and start to see her ideas come to life. Meghan and her team provided our huppah and aisle décor, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, wired flowers for our hair, centerpieces, garlands, and cake accents. They were all stunning! I would HIGHLY recommend her!

The bouquets arrived in my hotel room and I was floored. They were so beautiful and exactly what I had imagined. The candles and greenery they setup were so Romantic and exactly the look I was going for. They did a great job, and I was so impressed because I was having such a hard time vocalizing exactly what I wanted, but somehow they just knew and made it perfect!

n was excited for me, for my wedding and excited to be apart of it. Working with her through the design process was so fun and I felt it was as collaborative as I wanted it to be. I enjoyed watching her creative mind work with the initial ideas we talked through and I felt she did a fantastic job listening to my wishes and then blending them with her experience, a process you can actively see when meeting with her.
Throughout the entire planning process, Meghan was quick to response to new wishes and adjustments and even provided excellent advice about day of issues, not just floral specific, that I hadn't thought to consider.
My arrangements were so outrageously beautiful and just so stunning, they were way beyond what I had dreamed. Meghan and her team clearly know what they are doing. Poppy Floral is wonderful staff, impeccable service, and fantastic quality!

Meghan also has beautiful options for centerpiece holders and other decorations. On the wedding day, all the flowers arrived on time and they were beyond beautiful. We received so many compliments on the flowers and they stayed fresh for over a week after the wedding! Meghan/Poppy Floral is so much more than just a “florist” – she is truly an artist and helped to make our wedding vision a reality!

h all the stress a wedding brings, having vendors that help remove stress from your plate is pretty critical. I really struggled to articulate what I was hoping for in terms of the wedding flowers. On top of that, I panicked about everything regarding the wedding, including the flowers, 2 weeks before the big day. Meghan took the time to talk me off the metaphorical ledge and figure out what needed to change about our plans. She was so patient and was able to adjust our plan very quickly, and overall just put me at ease about the flowers.
On the big day, we got so many compliments on all our flowers! From the church flowers to the lush arrangement that lined the center of our dinner table, our guests took notice of their beauty and their high quality. We got so many compliments! Our flowers could not have been more perfect for our event.
While all the flowers were gorgeous, the bouquet stole the show. I've never seen a bouquet so pretty! I spent the whole evening after the ceremony holding on to it because I didn't want to put it down.
In all, I HIGHLY recommend working with Poppy Floral!
