ves out of state, I was doing a lot of the planning on this end. My initial meeting with Laura was wonderful-- I could feel her warm nature and was impressed with her ideas and artistry. She completely understood the look my daughter wanted, and she was very flexible and honest -- working within our budget all the way. She welcomed us to her home studio so my daughter could meet her and fine tune the plans. No florist could have done a better job! The flowers were probably my favorite part of our gorgeous wedding-- they were beautiful and perfect in every way. Molly had wanted an arch, and Laura had one especially made which was just adorable. Thank you so much, Laura and your PoppyHill team-- you all did an outstanding, beautiful job!

n the vision I had - lots of greenery (think aisles, ceremony arch, down the long dining tables instead of arrangements) and beautiful but simple bouquets. I love peonies (of course one of the most expensive flowers out there) and wanted to stick to a palate of pale pink, white and cream. I could see it all in my head and saw simplicity and elegance - and Laura delivered on all of this and then some. Laura wasn't the least expensive florist I spoke to but she was by far the one that delivered the most value and far exceeded that on our wedding day. The florals were absolutely stunning - after speaking to her twice and sending a few Pinterest pins, I can say that my bouquet and the look of the entire event was EXACTLY what I had envisioned but...better. I will absolutely use Laura for future events. I highly recommend her!

had met with Laura a few months before the wedding and brought along some photos. I was so thankful that she was willing to work with my budget and helped me figure out ways to save money. I had an overall big idea of what I wanted, but didn't have specific flowers in mind. Laura sat and asked me questions and took notes on all of my thoughts. She had also happily agreed to take the 130 vases I collected back to her house to bring to the wedding for our table arrangements. When I had questions, she was always quick to respond and so friendly.
I was speechless when I first laid eyes on those bouquets on the day of my wedding. They were exquisite. I LOVED the colors, the size, the textures, and all the various types of flowers she chose. I loved that mine was a little different from the others too. I trusted Laura with some very special family heirloom pieces which she attached to my bouquet perfectly.
As for the tables, they were even more gorgeous than I imagined. I heard SO many people commenting on how beautiful the various flowers were and how well they matched the scenery and overall vibe of our wedding. I still smile thinking about how perfectly arranged and how beautiful the flower arrangements were. Laura did an AMAZING job taking precisely what I wanted and bringing it to life for me. She is a hidden gem that you should definitely hire if you want someone who is afforable, trustworthy, and will create stunning flower arrangements for your wedding.
