On top of that, she stayed up and allowed me to pick up the flowers at 11:00pm from her home after our train was delayed by several hours. Suffice to say, she went way above & beyond for us and I am SO incredibly grateful!

The final result was unique, stunning, and completely "us." She was also kind and flexible and let our vision change and grow organically as we went along. And, when we had a big storm a few weeks before our wedding that wiped out all the dahlias (a flower we were going to feature), she found us a completely beautiful alternative that ended up being one of our favorite parts of the arrangements. What truly sold me with Laura, however, was the length she went to in order to help us stay within our floral budget. Laura brainstormed ways to reduce the bottom line without compromising the vision. The final product was outstanding, and I was exceedingly impressed with Laura’s ability to repurpose items from the ceremony for the reception. The pew arrangements were recycled for cocktail hour centerpieces, and the garland of eucalyptus, hydrangeas, and tulips used on the altar during the ceremony was efficiently repurposed as the garland for the head table. Laura handled the transportation of flowers from a morning ceremony to an afternoon reception exceptionally smoothly, completely freeing me of any logistical concerns. In the end, Laura completed our wedding vision, helped us stay within budget, and totally “wowed” us with her accommodating personality and talent. Hire Laura, she is every bride’s dream when it comes to wedding flowers!!!

She also has excellent communication when it comes to choosing what you want for your floral arrangements. When we met, I described what I wanted, and then she would show me pictures from her portfolio to confirm what I was saying (I wasn't up on my floral lingo so the pictures were really helpful). I met with several florists, and I am so glad I went with Poppy's Petalworks. Given how easy Laura was to work with, her willingness to work within my budget, and how she created the most perfect bouquets and floral arrangements, I highly recommend choosing Laura for your wedding florist!
