Susan and her team gave us the peace of mind to relax and enjoy the day while they dealt with the unrelenting onslaught of vendor issues and last minute decisions. Susan was our quarterback, coordinating the delicate dance between the venue, caterer, band, officiant, photographer, etc. Not only was she everywhere she needed to be, she made it look effortless. She checked in with us a handful of times to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything (never to ask anything of us) and she slipped out quietly once dinner was served so as not to bother us once the reception was underway. In the months leading up to the wedding, Susan took the time to get to know us and to understand our vision. She visited the venue with us a couple of months beforehand to familiarize herself with it and meet the onsite staff. About a month before the wedding, she took over our vendor communication, helping to confirm timing and making sure that they all knew who she was and that they had her number so they knew who to contact in case of anything going awry. We can’t recommend their services enough.

a complete loss for where to start. What if I picked places that were completely lame or way too cliche? Thank goodness for Susan -- NYC-based, but having gone to school in Chicago and with in-laws there that she visits often, she was able to help me navigate all of the restaurants and vendors to help me set up the PERFECT weekend to celebrate my very best friend. After a conversation regarding my initial vision and thoughts, Susan quickly whipped up a shortlist of hotels, restaurants, bars and locations for me to pick and choose and plan out a 2.5 day event that was going to a destination trip for everyone. The bride was absolutely thrilled with the entire weekend!!!
