We are so happy we booked PopStyle! It was the best decision! We were nervous because we had not listened to them live, only at their website and videos. But in person they are absolutely INCREDIBLE. Throughout the night, many guests were commenting on how GREAT the band was. Not only were they playing the hits that had guests of all ages get on their feet, but they are SO TALENTED and each musician has impeccable skills and really just amazing that we got to hear them live, let alone, for a wedding celebration! Truly it was awesome. They worked very well with our venue to adjust or plan for the band space within the reception, and provided great lights for added party feel. Karl the EMCEE was very energetic, had great diction/annunciation so everyone could clearly discriminate what was being said (a big pet peeve of mine), and could anticipate needs of the room. The ceremony audio set up was perfect for the officiant and they did awesome with the music cues. We are so thankful we had them for all parts of our wedding and loved them and hope that you book them because literally every guest in our 160-person wedding LOVED them. You will not go wrong with PopStyle if you want to have a wedding band that is SUPER FUN, VERY TALENTED, and GENUINELY NICE!!!

We found Popstyle band through using the Knot as we were not getting married locally. We had not heard them perform other than via YouTube prior to our wedding day. They absolutely exceeded our expectations and were truly FANTASTIC, we cannot say enough about Popstyle Band. The musicians and vocals were outstanding and the band put on a very high energy and quality performance. We also used the jazz trio for our cocktail hour which was a lovely addition. We received rave reviews from our guests!! Natalie and Karl were also great to work with leading up to the wedding and gave us a selection of music prior to the wedding day performance. This band was one of the best parts of our wedding day and made our reception fun and memorable! Highly recommend!

Charlie and Natalie were so amazing leading up to the event. They gave us so much flexibility to choose our own style for cocktail hour, dinner, and DJ hour. The band was super professional and brought down the house. Thanks for making our wedding so memorable for us and our guests.

Having PopStyle at our wedding was by far the highlight of our day. I have never been to a wedding with a band until my own, and it was also the only wedding where the dance floor was never empty. We received so many compliments about our choice to have PopStyle perform, and all of our guests had a great time. They provided us with a huge variety of songs to pick from, and they were so helpful with the entire planning process. They took care of all of our ceremony music along with our entrances and the reception. They were always very responsive when we reached out with questions or help with our timeline. The entire band showed up well in advance of the time they were needed in order to set up and warm up before they had to perform. All of the musicians were incredibly kind and super talented. We were on the fence about having a live band but it was definitely the best decision we made, and there really aren't enough words to describe how much fun it was.

Don't waste your time looking for another band. PopStyle will hit all your music and dancing needs. A week after our daughter's wedding and we still have people reaching out to us about the GREAT band. They were AMAZING everyone was dancing the entire night. What an amazing group of musicians. Seriously hire this BAND!!

We're serious - choosing PopStyle as our wedding band was one of the best decisions we made, and you won't be sorry including this amazing group for your big day too! A killer dance party was a high priority when planning our wedding, and PopStyle more than delivered. Throughout the night, we heard endlessly, "this band is amazing!" and we were beyond pleased with the packed dance floor late into the night. From the start, Karl was a delight to work with. He was responsive, thoughtful, and as enthusiastic about planning the perfect day as we were! We would highly recommend PopStyle for anyone looking to have an amazing time dancing the night away!

Words cannot describe how incredible Popstyle was on our wedding day. We had never heard them in person, but booked them based on reviews and it could not have been a better decision. The music was extremely important to us, and this band kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night long. They clearly took into consideration our music taste, and every single song they played kept our guests dancing and singing along. Our wedding reception was a blast, and so much of that was because of the music! We will be talking about our wedding band for years to come and know our guests will too. I would recommend Popstyle to anyone and everyone!!

We can’t say enough good things about the PopStyle Band! Karl and his team were absolute professionals. We wanted to have a close, personal, and organic interaction with our vendors and it was so nice knowing that the whole PopStyle group hadn’t been randomly assembled the night before. They played a wonderful outdoor Jazz Trio on the courtyard during Cocktail Hour followed by an incredible indoor live performance at the Barn at the Lake House on Canadiagua. We let them play their own set list and it was perfect (a mixture of old and new hits). The horns, drums, vocals, piano, etc all came together harmoniously. Our guests were raving about them the entire night. People were dancing and having the time of their lives. We would 100% hire them again in a heart beat. Thank you for playing at our wedding!!

We cannot recommend PopStyle enough! They were incredibly easy to work with leading up to the wedding and required little work to be done on our end. They took care of everything to ensure the music for our ceremony and reception went smoothly. Our biggest hope for our wedding was that everyone would be on the dance floor all night, and PopStyle knocked it out of the park! The dance floor was packed for hours, the music was fantastic, and everyone had so much fun. They truly made the night into the best party! We received so many compliments after the wedding about how great the band was. If you want you guests to have a blast on the dance floor, this is the band to use!

From a logistical standpoint, Karl and Natalie were lovely to work with too. They were very responsive and willing to help/offer suggestions based on what you're envisioning for your big day! Having a band at our wedding was super important to us and PopStyle did not disappoint!! Our guests were just as thrilled as we were to hear live music and more than a few people described Alphonso as having a voice of an angel. Karl was extremely easy to work with and accommodating to our needs especially with the changes covid brought along. They helped keep the energy up the whole night and we couldn’t be happier!! It has been extremely difficult for us to put such a wonderful experience into words. Our experience began when stumbling upon a band, PopStyle, who we had never heard of before. After reaching out we were pleased to get a quick and genuine response back from Karl. From the first response the group clearly took our questions to heart and responded in a way which we felt comfortable that we had been heard, even after we had been forward about never hearing of them before. After deciding to go with them for the wedding night, we met in person to go over the night. Karl is a true professional and added some suggestion where we needed it and let us steer the ship as we wanted to. Ultimately we were happy and comfortable to put the night in his hands, they did not disappoint. As the wedding came around, it was clear that PopStyle knew how to perform. We received more compliments on the band throughout the night and on the impressive skill on just about every individual musician in the group. Which is something to say as more than a few of our guests have professional backgrounds in music. What struck us most was not only the raw talent and the ability to completely nail each song, but that the band itself had fun. You would never know they were not just a group of friends getting together to jam out. They danced, smiled, laughed, and even stepped into the crowd once or twice to have an epic horn or vocal solo back and forth. We will lastly say that one of our biggest complaints leaving weddings (DJ or Band) is when the musicians do not read the room and only play what they want, instead of play for the crowd. PopStyle knew how to direct the feeling of the night. Each song flowed from the last and set them up for the next set. They seemed to hit ever genre with expertise which gave something to everyone in the crowd. Our only reservations going into this was the lack of other reviews out there, given they are a newer band. We only hope that this speaks volumes to how incredible they are and comforts you in knowing you are hiring the best we have heard. We are hoping to see them live again at many weddings in the future. Thank you PopStyle, you crushed it!

PopStyle rocks! The band is so much fun, very talented, and a pleasure to work with. Our dance floor was packed from the very beginning until the very end. We love that the band has both a male and female lead singer as it makes for a great range of songs that they can perform. We also really appreciated how open the band was to learning new songs (including performing our first dance). Karl was very helpful in planning details for the wedding, is a great MC (and DJ during breaks), and takes care of everything needed for the entertainment for the evening (no hidden costs, no bait and switch with band members - especially helpful as this was a destination wedding for us). Our friends are still talking about how much fun PopStyle was and how much fun they had at our wedding. We are so thankful we found and worked with Karl and PopStyle and highly recommend them.

From the very beginning, Karl was such a pleasure to work with. Finding a great band for our wedding was our top priority. We were a little apprehensive about pulling the trigger on any band without seeing them live, since videos don't necessarily do the band justice. We made the decision to go with PopStyle almost entirely because Karl was so responsive and a great communicator. 6 months later, when it came time to iron out details, Karl was consistently professional and put us at ease. Knowing we could trust him to handle everything on his end was invaluable. Obviously we were a bit preoccupied on the day of our wedding, but from what we could tell everything was so smooth. They took care of setting up for our ceremony with a variety of mics and speakers for our officiant, readers, and processional/recessional music. They seamlessly transitioned to the cocktail hour (different location), then introduced our first dance plus family dances, and kicked off the dancing with so much enthusiasm. We absolutely adored their performance. They got everyone out on the dance floor! There were also times when a few of them came out onto the dance floor to really engage the crowd. It was awesome and unexpected. Each band member that I personally interacted with could not have been nicer. They all seemed so genuinely happy to be there celebrating with us. It didn't feel like a client/vendor dynamic. Additionally, every other vendor we spoke with told us what a pleasure it was to work with PopStyle. Overall, we would 100% book PopStyle again for any event. If you are considering them at all, I would look no further. They exceeded our expectations in every category.

PopStyle was beyond incredible! Karl is professional as an MC, and he worked closely with us in advance to tailor our reception just how we wanted. At dancing time, the band was really spectacular - the dance floor was packed for the whole time the band played, and the next day all our families could talk about was how much fun PopStyle was. We couldn't recommend this band any more highly.

We had a spectacular experience with PopStyle. We received more compliments on the band than anything else at our wedding. Almost every single one of our guests was dancing all night. We had them open with a jazz trio during our cocktail hour and then they played 2 long sets with all of the songs we had requested and so much more. So many of our guests told us they thought Popstyle was the “best band ever!” They were easy to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. 5 stars!!!!

We had the Popstyle band perform for the ceremony (piano and cello), cocktail hour (jazz trio), and reception (7 piece band). The musicians were professional, talented, and made our evening very special. We highly recommend their services. During the planning process, they listened to our music requests and gave great suggestions to make sure we had an enjoyable night. For the reception, they gave us a list of about fifty songs that covered a wide range of styles, had us chose ten we liked and any we didn't like, and built the reception setlist from our selections. This process made it easy for us because we knew what types of songs would be played at the wedding. Throughout each part of the night, the Popstyle musicians played beautifully, and, during the reception, they kept the dancing going all night! Our guests (from kids to adults) continually commented on how great the band was and really loved the songs they played! In addition, during the ceremony, the band checked in with us to adjust for any timing changes and acted as the MC to announce the wedding party members, speeches, and dances. Overall, the Popstyle band was a great value and we are very happy that they were a part of our wedding day!

We are so happy that we booked PopStyle for our wedding this past summer. People are still talking about how great it was to have a live band- they really livened up our venue! They came to set up early and everything was on schedule. We had Karl do our introductions and almost everyone in our bridal party had a very difficult to pronounce name but he took the time to learn them before hand and pronounced every name perfectly! (you could see the surprise on their faces when he announced them without butchering their names lol) Before booking PopStyle we couldn't find much online besides their website which had sound clips of them preforming. It felt slightly risky since we hadn't heard them play live but we were planning the wedding remotely and decided to go for it! They exceeded our expectations. We liked how we could pick out what songs we wanted, and that the band size could be customized to fit our venue size and needs. Its a shame our venue made them stop playing at 10, we could have kept going all night!!

AMAZING. We absolutely loved this band and never left the dancefloor. All our guests raved about them and we are a rowdy group of people that will dance until the sun comes up. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for their dance floor to be filled all night. I stumbled upon them on theknot when I was looking for our vendors and we really lucked out.

PopStyle is the best wedding band that I have ever seen. As a musician, the music at our wedding was one of the details that I was most concerned with. I talked to numerous bands in our search, and came across PopStyle online. While I initially was apprehensive about hiring a band from the internet that I had never seen play live...It turned out to be one of the best decisions that we made for the event. PopStyle was amazing. Karl and the band were extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process leading up to the event. They worked with us on a setlist and even allowed the father of the bride to sit in on harmonica for a few songs. They played two great sets and really got people dancing. Multiple guests remarked on the day and on days since the wedding that they were the best wedding band that they had ever seen, and while I may be biased (as it was my wedding), I definitely agree. I would highly recommend them for your wedding!

My wife and I planned our whole wedding ourselves and chose every detail together. One item that we debated for a while was: Band or DJ? We eventually decided on the band, and we both agreed it was one of the best decisions we made during the process. One reason why this was the best decision was because of how amazing Popstyle was! The manager, Karl, was extremely helpful through the whole process and was very responsive. We had many special requests, and they were willing to adjust and comply with our every need. They took the time to learn new songs, and make sure that our day was perfect from the music standpoint. One very special request and moment from the night was that I was able to play guitar and sing with the band for a few songs. This was something that my wife and I really wanted as part of the evening, and it blew away my expectations. I sent the band a recording, and they learned everything I wanted to play, including an original song that I wrote. When the time came to play, they called me up and had everything ready to go. When I played the first note, the whole band came alive behind me and the crowd and I were both awed. They made me feel so comfortable up there and it was a super special moment that everyone loved. They made me seem a hell of a lot better than I really am. Above all of their customer service and flexibility, they were amazing musicians and put on a great show. As a (very) amateur musician myself, I appreciated the quality of music that they were putting out. The versatility of the singers was awesome as they could cover pretty much any song. Additionally the keyboard work and the horn section really stood out. They mixed in a bunch of cool solos from the keyboard, trumpet, saxophone and other instruments that were extremely well received by the crowd. We all could tell how much fun the band was having during the reception, which helped get everything out on the floor and enjoy the music together. We were more than happy with Popstyle from top to bottom. Everything from planning the songs, setting up the music, speeches, announcements, and flow of the event, to the final product and quality of the performances was spot on. I would fully recommend them to another couple and hope to be able to see them again! Thank you!
