olutely INCREDIBLE. Throughout the night, many guests were commenting on how GREAT the band was. Not only were they playing the hits that had guests of all ages get on their feet, but they are SO TALENTED and each musician has impeccable skills and really just amazing that we got to hear them live, let alone, for a wedding celebration! Truly it was awesome. They worked very well with our venue to adjust or plan for the band space within the reception, and provided great lights for added party feel. Karl the EMCEE was very energetic, had great diction/annunciation so everyone could clearly discriminate what was being said (a big pet peeve of mine), and could anticipate needs of the room. The ceremony audio set up was perfect for the officiant and they did awesome with the music cues. We are so thankful we had them for all parts of our wedding and loved them and hope that you book them because literally every guest in our 160-person wedding LOVED them. You will not go wrong with PopStyle if you want to have a wedding band that is SUPER FUN, VERY TALENTED, and GENUINELY NICE!!!

We also used the jazz trio for our cocktail hour which was a lovely addition. We received rave reviews from our guests!! Natalie and Karl were also great to work with leading up to the wedding and gave us a selection of music prior to the wedding day performance. This band was one of the best parts of our wedding day and made our reception fun and memorable! Highly recommend!

was never empty. We received so many compliments about our choice to have PopStyle perform, and all of our guests had a great time. They provided us with a huge variety of songs to pick from, and they were so helpful with the entire planning process. They took care of all of our ceremony music along with our entrances and the reception. They were always very responsive when we reached out with questions or help with our timeline. The entire band showed up well in advance of the time they were needed in order to set up and warm up before they had to perform. All of the musicians were incredibly kind and super talented. We were on the fence about having a live band but it was definitely the best decision we made, and there really aren't enough words to describe how much fun it was.

s and it was so nice knowing that the whole PopStyle group hadn’t been randomly assembled the night before. They played a wonderful outdoor Jazz Trio on the courtyard during Cocktail Hour followed by an incredible indoor live performance at the Barn at the Lake House on Canadiagua. We let them play their own set list and it was perfect (a mixture of old and new hits). The horns, drums, vocals, piano, etc all came together harmoniously. Our guests were raving about them the entire night. People were dancing and having the time of their lives. We would 100% hire them again in a heart beat. Thank you for playing at our wedding!!

o ensure the music for our ceremony and reception went smoothly. Our biggest hope for our wedding was that everyone would be on the dance floor all night, and PopStyle knocked it out of the park! The dance floor was packed for hours, the music was fantastic, and everyone had so much fun. They truly made the night into the best party! We received so many compliments after the wedding about how great the band was. If you want you guests to have a blast on the dance floor, this is the band to use!

From a logistical standpoint, Karl and Natalie were lovely to work with too. They were very responsive and willing to help/offer suggestions based on what you're envisioning for your big day! I would highly recommend booking them, you will not be disappointed!

fter reaching out we were pleased to get a quick and genuine response back from Karl. From the first response the group clearly took our questions to heart and responded in a way which we felt comfortable that we had been heard, even after we had been forward about never hearing of them before. After deciding to go with them for the wedding night, we met in person to go over the night. Karl is a true professional and added some suggestion where we needed it and let us steer the ship as we wanted to. Ultimately we were happy and comfortable to put the night in his hands, they did not disappoint. As the wedding came around, it was clear that PopStyle knew how to perform. We received more compliments on the band throughout the night and on the impressive skill on just about every individual musician in the group. Which is something to say as more than a few of our guests have professional backgrounds in music. What struck us most was not only the raw talent and the ability to completely nail each song, but that the band itself had fun. You would never know they were not just a group of friends getting together to jam out. They danced, smiled, laughed, and even stepped into the crowd once or twice to have an epic horn or vocal solo back and forth. We will lastly say that one of our biggest complaints leaving weddings (DJ or Band) is when the musicians do not read the room and only play what they want, instead of play for the crowd. PopStyle knew how to direct the feeling of the night. Each song flowed from the last and set them up for the next set. They seemed to hit ever genre with expertise which gave something to everyone in the crowd. Our only reservations going into this was the lack of other reviews out there, given they are a newer band. We only hope that this speaks volumes to how incredible they are and comforts you in knowing you are hiring the best we have heard. We are hoping to see them live again at many weddings in the future. Thank you PopStyle, you crushed it!

has both a male and female lead singer as it makes for a great range of songs that they can perform. We also really appreciated how open the band was to learning new songs (including performing our first dance). Karl was very helpful in planning details for the wedding, is a great MC (and DJ during breaks), and takes care of everything needed for the entertainment for the evening (no hidden costs, no bait and switch with band members - especially helpful as this was a destination wedding for us). Our friends are still talking about how much fun PopStyle was and how much fun they had at our wedding. We are so thankful we found and worked with Karl and PopStyle and highly recommend them.

n any band without seeing them live, since videos don't necessarily do the band justice. We made the decision to go with PopStyle almost entirely because Karl was so responsive and a great communicator. 6 months later, when it came time to iron out details, Karl was consistently professional and put us at ease. Knowing we could trust him to handle everything on his end was invaluable. Obviously we were a bit preoccupied on the day of our wedding, but from what we could tell everything was so smooth. They took care of setting up for our ceremony with a variety of mics and speakers for our officiant, readers, and processional/recessional music. They seamlessly transitioned to the cocktail hour (different location), then introduced our first dance plus family dances, and kicked off the dancing with so much enthusiasm. We absolutely adored their performance. They got everyone out on the dance floor! There were also times when a few of them came out onto the dance floor to really engage the crowd. It was awesome and unexpected. Each band member that I personally interacted with could not have been nicer. They all seemed so genuinely happy to be there celebrating with us. It didn't feel like a client/vendor dynamic. Additionally, every other vendor we spoke with told us what a pleasure it was to work with PopStyle. Overall, we would 100% book PopStyle again for any event. If you are considering them at all, I would look no further. They exceeded our expectations in every category.

r evening very special. We highly recommend their services. During the planning process, they listened to our music requests and gave great suggestions to make sure we had an enjoyable night. For the reception, they gave us a list of about fifty songs that covered a wide range of styles, had us chose ten we liked and any we didn't like, and built the reception setlist from our selections. This process made it easy for us because we knew what types of songs would be played at the wedding. Throughout each part of the night, the Popstyle musicians played beautifully, and, during the reception, they kept the dancing going all night! Our guests (from kids to adults) continually commented on how great the band was and really loved the songs they played! In addition, during the ceremony, the band checked in with us to adjust for any timing changes and acted as the MC to announce the wedding party members, speeches, and dances. Overall, the Popstyle band was a great value and we are very happy that they were a part of our wedding day!

hey came to set up early and everything was on schedule. We had Karl do our introductions and almost everyone in our bridal party had a very difficult to pronounce name but he took the time to learn them before hand and pronounced every name perfectly! (you could see the surprise on their faces when he announced them without butchering their names lol) Before booking PopStyle we couldn't find much online besides their website which had sound clips of them preforming. It felt slightly risky since we hadn't heard them play live but we were planning the wedding remotely and decided to go for it! They exceeded our expectations. We liked how we could pick out what songs we wanted, and that the band size could be customized to fit our venue size and needs. Its a shame our venue made them stop playing at 10, we could have kept going all night!!

While I initially was apprehensive about hiring a band from the internet that I had never seen play live...It turned out to be one of the best decisions that we made for the event. PopStyle was amazing. Karl and the band were extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process leading up to the event. They worked with us on a setlist and even allowed the father of the bride to sit in on harmonica for a few songs. They played two great sets and really got people dancing. Multiple guests remarked on the day and on days since the wedding that they were the best wedding band that they had ever seen, and while I may be biased (as it was my wedding), I definitely agree. I would highly recommend them for your wedding!

The manager, Karl, was extremely helpful through the whole process and was very responsive. We had many special requests, and they were willing to adjust and comply with our every need. They took the time to learn new songs, and make sure that our day was perfect from the music standpoint. One very special request and moment from the night was that I was able to play guitar and sing with the band for a few songs. This was something that my wife and I really wanted as part of the evening, and it blew away my expectations. I sent the band a recording, and they learned everything I wanted to play, including an original song that I wrote. When the time came to play, they called me up and had everything ready to go. When I played the first note, the whole band came alive behind me and the crowd and I were both awed. They made me feel so comfortable up there and it was a super special moment that everyone loved. They made me seem a hell of a lot better than I really am. Above all of their customer service and flexibility, they were amazing musicians and put on a great show. As a (very) amateur musician myself, I appreciated the quality of music that they were putting out. The versatility of the singers was awesome as they could cover pretty much any song. Additionally the keyboard work and the horn section really stood out. They mixed in a bunch of cool solos from the keyboard, trumpet, saxophone and other instruments that were extremely well received by the crowd. We all could tell how much fun the band was having during the reception, which helped get everything out on the floor and enjoy the music together. We were more than happy with Popstyle from top to bottom. Everything from planning the songs, setting up the music, speeches, announcements, and flow of the event, to the final product and quality of the performances was spot on. I would fully recommend them to another couple and hope to be able to see them again! Thank you!
