With the FCL pop-up coffee bar, your guests will enjoy made-to-order handcrafted coffee drinks that meet the high standards found in our brick-and-mortar shop. We love specialty coffee so much, that we're on a mission to make burnt, watery coffee at special events is a thing of the past by bringing the upscale coffee shop experience directly to you. Our coffee is ground fresh, which spreads a delicious aroma around the room and keeps your guests having fun on the dance floor all night long. Not only do we provide better coffee, but we also create a unique, memorable experience that will be sure to impress your guests, especially when they see your initials in latte art! Full service espresso bar (espresso, cappuccino, latte, signature lattes) starts at $500 (flat rate set-up fee) plus $5.00 per person. $1,000 minimum. Self-serve drip coffee starts at $3 per person.

Function Coffee Labs brought their pop-up coffee bar to an event in our taproom, and I was soo impressed! It felt like more than a coffee bar, it was a full coffee shop! They looked extremely professional, offered great customer service, and they were able to make anything customers wanted. They had both drip coffee and espresso drinks, and all types of milk. Their lattes (and all the coffee) were incredible. And to make it even cooler - it was all roasted by their sister company, Vibrant Coffee Roasters. I'm looking for an excuse to have them back ASAP! I highly recommend Function for any event.

I hired Megan and Ross from Function Coffee Labs for their pop up coffee bar and I was blown away by there service, professionalism, and exceptional coffee! Their booking process was painless and they went above and beyond every step of the way. They created a custom coffee drink for my clients, but instead of just putting a new name on an old drink, they researched the industry and product and created a specific flavored drink that our team couldn't enough of! The whole office is still asking me when they are coming back. Megan and Ross showed up to our offices early to ensure everything was setup in time. And they stayed an extra hour on a whim when our clients couldn't get enough of their coffee and my boss asked them to stay. We've worked with several other pop up coffee bar vendors in the past and Function Coffee Labs blew all of them out of the water. I'd hire Function Coffee Labs for any event in the future and would recommend their services and amazing coffee to anyone!

AMAZING! Meg and Ross from Function Coffee Labs hosted an incredible Pop-Up Coffee Bar for my company's 1-year anniversary celebration. All of our clients loved having this special treat. Meg and Ross worked behind the scenes to ensure that the event went off without a hitch and were incredibly fun and professional throughout the entire day. Most importantly, they concocted the most delicious gingerbread latte's (our event was in February) and cappuccinos. They were quick to serve 200+ people throughout the morning, so everyone was able to enjoy their treat together!

Proud to be the first wedding in history to serve Function Coffee! Our guests loved the coffee and that Function Coffee Labs is right in our neighborhood so they can have the best coffee in the world whenever they visit. Ross, Meg, and the entire Function team are amazing to work with. Couldn't recommend more! <3
