Most recently, I enjoyed a relaxing beach getaway with my mom, and it was absolutely perfect. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend with your partner or a laid-back girls’ trip, this place truly caters to both.
The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of charming shops and cozy cafes. Waking up to the sound of the waves, a stunning sunset, and breakfast delivered to your room is such a treat.
You can spend the day lounging by the pool and jacuzzi or stroll across the street for some sun and sand. In the evening, the complimentary wine hour is a lovely touch. Whether you’re unwinding by the fire pit in the courtyard or sipping wine on your balcony, the atmosphere is pure relaxation.
They also offer thoughtful add-ons like pre-arranged snacks, drinks, and even in-room massages—perfect for making your stay extra special.
The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make every guest feel cared for. We already can’t wait to come back!

nderstand that this B&B is really old building, so the floors will creak a little, some doors would not go easy with closing and opening, etc. I love old houses, I did not see any issues with that, but I understand that for some people it can cause small issues. The wrap around balcony is just gorgeous. View of the ocean, and such a lovely breeze. Mind you, this house sits right next to the road and there are power lines by the road. But the breeze... Did I mention the breeze? :-))
People working in there are just so accommodating, the service is excellent, we had breakfast delivered to our suite every morning, they ask for any dietary restrictions, just superb. There is a happy hour every day with free snacks and wine. And you can go to outside pantry for free snacks and water anytime, located together with beach towels in other building. Swimming pool, beautiful jacuzzi, small gym and firepit outside are just great amenities.
Beach access is across the road. We did not go much to the beach or other places, because mainly, we came for business matters, but we really enjoyed our stay. Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!! Actually, we will have to travel to the area again, and I will book the same B&B with the same room.

The only downside was the traffic noise — especially from the room we stayed in this time. It was quite loud during the ...
day and made it hard to enjoy the beautiful porch. Of course, this isn’t something the B&B can control, just unfortunate given how lovely the spot is. Thankfully, the courtyard more than makes up for it — it truly feels like a little oasis and helps you forget about the busy road outside.
We stayed in a different room this visit, and while the room itself was beautiful and very comfortable, we’d likely choose one closer to the courtyard next time rather than the view side, simply for the quieter experience.
The entire team took such wonderful care of us — as always! Thank you for another incredible stay. We can’t wait to come back!

reakfasts were delicious (they even served us mimosas!) and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife’s gluten sensitivity. The property itself has an incredible old-world charm, with a daily happy hour featuring drinks and appetizers that added a special touch. They provided everything we needed for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, towels, even a buggy—which made it so easy to relax by the ocean. Between the outstanding location, nearby restaurants, and the best customer service we’ve experienced anywhere, this was truly a five-star getaway.

r’s suite which had lovely views in every direction. The wrap around patio looks out over beautiful Melbourne Beach as well as views of the courtyard fountain & flowering shrubs etc. Do not miss the hot tub! The waterfall flowing over the rocks gave a peaceful, meditative aura nestled among mature native Florida flora. The temp was perfect for us and it was clear blue and soothing. We live only 30 mins away but even though it was only a night, it was truly like a mini vacation.
