going to have an amazing experience planning my wedding! She is the reason my husband and I choose Port Royal for our festivities, and I was so pleased with our decision. I also hired a wedding planner to help with all the decor for the ceremony and reception, and Tiffany welcomed her graciously. Everything on wedding day went perfectly because of those 2 ladies! Having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour can be very stressful and nerve-racking due to weather concerns, but Tiffany put me at ease, explaining back-up plans for any inclement weather. I could go on and on about Port Royal, but I will end in saying I recommend them to ANY bride who is looking for a beautiful venue who will provide you with excellent service and kindness, and bend-over backwards to make your day as special as possible!!

. We did have a few special requests that were not fulfilled. Also, you are limited to their options for food and beverage. So if you have something specific in mind you could not get what you want. We asked for French hot dogs as a late night stack and were served pigs in a blanket. I would recommend this venue and Tiffany.

venue suddenly cancelled on us in mid February and our wedding was set for May 2nd!!! As an out of state bride, I was in a bit of a panic to find something on such short notice, over 8 hours away! We were ecstatic to find out that Port Royal Club House happened to be available our weekend…we never imagined even being able to have our wedding at somewhere so beautiful! It blew our previous venue out of the water by far! The truth is, we were in tears of joy and disbelief that weekend in February after meeting with Anne... She was the sweetest and most caring person imaginable and helped us plan our dream day. We couldn't believe we had gotten to lucky! Then we were contacted by Tiffany to work out all of the details and make our dream day come to life. She is wonderful! She was always there to answer our questions and give us insight. We did not get to meet with her until 3 days before the wedding, but we felt like family the moment we arrived. The entire Port Royal staff is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Everything was taken care of for us the day of… it was the best feeling, as a bride, not having to worry about the details and just getting to enjoy the day. Having people that we trusted to take care of us on one of the most special days of our lives was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders….and honestly, they exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and we were able to just enjoy the time with our friends and family. The Club House itself is absolutely stunning. It had the southern charm that we love, with a laid back atmosphere that we wanted. Also, the food was AMAZING! It is one of the first times I remember actually wanting to eat everything on my plate at a wedding! I could say so many more wonderful things about Port Royal Club House…if you are considering having your wedding here, don't think twice! I promise that you will not be disappointed! We can never thank them enough for making our day so special….it truly was a day of pure joy.

My mom and I checked out several venues around Hilton Head – and after meeting with Tiffany, it was an absolute done deal for me! From our initial site visit and meeting, she was warm, informative and willing to help in any and every way. She even acted as our day-of coordinator which was a huge bonus!! I’ve had the opportunity to experience other tastings (for friend’s weddings) but must say, our tasting at Port Royal has been my best experience! My fiancé and I were joined by my mom. The kitchen brought out all the hors d’oeuvres and entrees we’d wanted to try and rated them on a scale of 1 to 5. This was an effective way to figure out what we really wanted (although warning – pretty much everything we had was a 5, 4.5 or 4). Our final walk-thru (a week before the wedding) was yet another great experience. It left me feeling completely confident with the timeline and desired setup. I even showed Tiffany the pictures of how we wanted certain things set up (table arrangements and wall display). Tiffany also contacted all our vendors the week prior to the wedding to find out/schedule their drop off/set up time. All we had to worry about was making sure we dropped off all our decorations. Once the wedding day came, I had no worries. When I saw everything set up, it was surreal – better than I’d imagined! And the wedding itself – well, let’s just say it exceeded our expectations!! The flow of the event was perfect, the food was wonderful and the staff was top notch! We truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

exible! We were unsure of our wedding date and she worked with us and was patient as we figured dates out. She was always kind, up front and gave her honest opinion while being open-minded to ideas. She is very professional and organized, but also positive and personable. Port Royal was our first venue visit, and our last - we fell in love with it! Leading up to the event, she made it easy as a destination bride (we are from VA) to plan from afar! She was always available over email or phone. She also provided vendor lists to us that were equally as wonderful! She recommended everyone from our music (Harden and Crenshaw played music for cocktail hour then turned into DJs- the perfect mix!), to the flowers (Henry Kretchmer was a kind, creative and reasonably priced), to the Cake (Low Country Flour Girls was reasonably priced and open to our ideas!) and all were excellent! They all knew each other and worked together, making it easier and stress-free! Tiffany had worked with everyone before, and followed up with them to ensure seamless execution! We also did a few DIY items, and upon our delivery, the staff was awesome and set it all up for us, so we could relax and enjoy our day while still adding our personal touch! The day of was a blast! We were interested in enjoying time with all of our friends/family and creating a laid back, friendly, social, but still romantic atmosphere! We were a little late to happy hour on the veranda due to pictures; however, when we arrived, everyone was mingling, laughing, live music going, bars open, plenty of service for our guests, and the firepits and cornhole out back were great for kids and adults both! Right then I knew we had picked the perfect venue - something for everyone, lots of smiling faces, and a beautiful backdrop to boot! We really enjoyed the appetizers being passed, especially the brie and jam in phyllo (thanks for the special plate for the wedding party, Tiffany!). The weather was nice, but got a little cool at night, so Tiffany organized tent sidings for the veranda - we had our cocktail hour and first dance out back, but then closed it off for the reception so the guests stayed warm as the night went on! They were also really flexible on dance floor placement and making changes we wanted right before - Port Royal is prepared to accommodate weather! They have many food options, but we opted for the chef attended stations and pasta bar - we did this because we wanted our guests to feel relaxed and be able to mingle! The food was AWESOME! There was something for everyone, and as you looked around the room, people were up mingling and enjoying their plate of food, going back for more! Just what we wanted! Tiffany was on site to ensure everything stayed on time and that all of our wishes were met - we needed it because we were busy enjoying! Our vision was executed perfectly by Tiffany and her staff! We had a great time, our guests enjoyed themselves and provided many compliments on the food/venue. It was a day full of love, laughter, low stress, and lots of time with the people we care about! A huge thank you to Tiffany & Port Royal, we couldn't have asked for better! :)

t Royal Golf Club - we instantly fell in love with the hall, and Tiffany, and decided this was where we wanted to get married. Port Royal is everything a bride could ask for, it is small enough to have a comfortable feel to it (we had 110 guests) without feeling too small or crowded. They only host one wedding at a time which we also appreciated. The food was wonderful and the staff was all very friendly and attentive. We have had a number or friends and family members tell us how much they loved the food! Most importantly, Tiffany was simply amazing to work with! She is patient, helpful, very organized and quick to respond to my many questions! As much as I absolutely loved Port Royal I loved equally as much working with Tiffany - I already miss our weekly emails :) If I could do it all over again I would still choose Port Royal in a heartbeat, no need to look anywhere else!

Our coordinator Tiffany took wonderful care of us - and made sure every detail was thought of and executed perfectly. In looking at many venues on Hilton Head Island, what stood out most about Port Royal Golf Club was the customer service and the value. Tiffany and her staff were awesome. And everything - from the set up fees to food and beverage - was very reasonably priced. And not only was it reasonably priced, but the quality was top notch! The food (we had stations) was amazing! And the beer, wine and alcohol selection was good. To speak to customer service, Tiffany was always prompt to respond to my many emails...and soothe all of my concerns about how the tide was going to affect the timing and set up of our beach wedding. And when the time came, and the weather conditions were not ideal to actually get married on the beach, I had 100% faith in the recommendations Tiffany made to move the ceremony to the golf club from the beach. Also, Tiffany provided us with great recommendations for other local vendors to fulfill all of our other wedding needs - flowers, cake, DJ, etc. - and she has great relationships with them all which makes it easy to leave all of the day-of details and coordination to her and her contacts. To speak to the venue, the beach setting for a beach wedding is beautiful. I love how calm and peaceful the private beach location is - and how you don't have all of the public on-lookers that you might have at another public beach or resort beach. The club house there is beautiful as well - I still get a smile on my face when thinking of driving up to it! The front of the building is gorgeous - and has a very Southern plantation feel to it. The back lawn provided a great location for the ceremony - and the veranda is absolutely perfect for cocktail reception. Also love how the indoors and outdoors come together with their doors that open from the dining room to the veranda. And it provides peace of mind knowing that the clubhouse is all yours that day. No need to worry about getting out of the way for other events and other patrons. All in all, I really can't say enough to express our satisfaction with every element of our wedding. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful experience. It really means a lot to be able to put complete faith in someone to fulfill your vision for your wedding. We got that and so much more with Tiffany and the Heritage Collection at Port Royal Golf Club. We will always be indebted to them for allowing us to have our dream wedding! Tiffany showed us all around the venue, had a short video for us to watch and really understand the set up, she even explained the options for food and drinks and was really interested in what we wanted to make our day amazing. She responded to all our emails and was on top of everything from start to finish. She made our wedding night absolutely everything we could of imagined.

Tiffany was dedicated to answering our question, easy to work with and straight forward. The venue in itself Port Royal Clubhouse was so clean, and unique with a spacious lawn, outdoor veranda, fire place, and view. We booked the venue almost instantly, not only for the beautiful atmosphere, but also because the moment we stepped onto their grounds we felt like family. As we planned from South Florida and Pennsylvania for 14 month, it was so nice to know that Tiffany and Ann understood our vision, paid attention to the details and never discounted a single idea. We had the opportunity to meet on a few occasions, emailed quite a bit, and as the date grew close we had no doubts in our mind that this would be an incredible day. On our wedding day, the staff went above and beyond our expectations; we had made quite a few DIY projects off Pinterest and they made sure everything was displayed beautifully. The service was impeccable and the food was hot, plentiful and delicious. Port Royal staff also worked seamlessly with our outside vendors the DJ, Florist, Cake and Photographer to make our wedding such a great experience. Chris and I received quite a few compliments on the details, atmosphere and service and we know that is because of the dedicated staff and crew at Port Royal. Many thanks to Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club, I would recommend this venue to anyone considering a wedding on HHI!

s, and Port Royal was exactly what we wanted-- no sand (even though you can get married at their beach), hotel transportation for our guests, plated and delicious food, inside option if it rains, ceremony lawn... and the list goes on. Planning for the wedding, Tiffany was WONDERFUL and most importantly makes you feel like you are the only bride she is working with! Tiffany has great suggestions, pays attention to detail, listens to what I wanted and made it happen. The Chef is creative and his food is delicious and visually appealing! He altered the menu to include my favorite food (shrimp and grits) to make our wedding special and unique. Wedding day the PR staff and Anne were outstanding-- quickly served each course for dinner, bartenders were friendly, staff was happy, and I don't think my wine was ever empty while eating! :) We took pictures before the ceremony, and walked 10 steps from the ceremony lawn for gorgeous oak trees, green grass, and beautiful stairs leading up to the main doors. Ultimately the wedding day was wonderful, I had very little stress the day of the wedding and had an absolute BLAST!

e loved the ambience of Port Royal, but kept looking around the island just to see our other options. It was a lot of comparing, but let me tell you that NO ONE compared to Port Royal. What they included in price, the above and beyond services they provided, the caring staff, the beautiful site... I could go on and on. Working with Tiffany (our wedding coordinator) through out the year was honestly amazing. I live in Atlanta and wasn't too familiar with HH but Tiffany went above and beyond to help get my questions answered, made recommendations, and was always available for me. Tiffany actually went out on maternity leave a month before my actual wedding. The staff filling in for her made it completely seamless and I had not one issue! On my wedding day, she actually dropped by to help with a few last minute things and to make sure that everything was as planned! That is dedication! I left my veil in Atlanta and Anne searched for bridal shops open on Saturday who could accommodate. My mom had an alteration mishap and they helped her find a seamstress who would fix it that same day. Anything that went wrong, they were on top of it and I didn't stress one second my entire wedding weekend! I could go on and on about all the things they did to make the wedding a complete success! The food was amazing and very reasonably priced (compared to other venues) and my guests rave about it still! If I could go back and do it all again.... I'd choose Port Royal... hands down, 100%! Thank you to everyone at Port Royal who made our wedding weekend so incredible!

, Anne and the Port Royal staff made my whole planning process so easy and fun. I wasn’t worried about a thing even though I was miles away. Tiffany is so patient as I bugged her with a million questions. Haha On my wedding day I can honestly say everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous and intimate with a beautiful patio which is where we held our first dance. Brides to be if you want your dream wedding as well I highly recommend Port Royal as they will make that dream come true! :)

My husband and I were planning the wedding from Atlanta and although we'd spent a great deal of time in HHI, we had many questions about local vendors and accommodations. Tiffany always found the answers we needed, responded in a timely manner, and more importantly-we were able to trust her suggestions. I really appreciated the "all-inclusive" feeling of having my ceremony and reception at the Clubhouse. It was so great to have the venue, the food & alcohol, the amazing coordinator, linens, etc. all in one place. I feel like I was able to avoid the nightmare of juggling a million vendors. The staff at the Port Royal Golf Club operated with such class and made my guests feel comfortable. The service was great and the food was so delicious that wedding guests were still talking about it the next day. My husband and I particularly appreciated the variety of options for how to use the venue space during the reception. We feel that the entertainment space allowed all of our guests to have fun after dinner. Guests chose from- dancing inside, sitting by a fire pit, enjoying a drink on the veranda, or playing corn hole. All in all, it was an amazing evening!

We had a few special requests including a pierogi bar for cocktail hour. Not only was the chef on board with the idea, he exceeded our expectations with execution. It was an action station with more sides and toppings than I could have ever imagined! It was so popular that they ran out before we finished up with photos but the staff set aside a few for my husband and I so we wouldn't miss out! During the wedding weekend the staff made themselves available to us pretty much whenever we needed them and went above and beyond with setting up special touches we wanted for the wedding including the centerpieces for the tables, the dessert bar, and the photobooth (which also well exceeded my expectations!). It was the little touches that I'll remember from our reception. Tiffany and Anne went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was happy the entire night. I even heard that when my cousin did not like the kids meal we had chosen, a staff member was sent out to the grocery store to get the ingredients for the meal he did want! I really can't say enough about how great the night was from beginning to end. Without the staff at Port Royal our reception wouldn't have been nearly as awesome. It was the best wedding I've ever been to, and not just because it was mine :)

rt Royal Golf & Racquet Club put all my worries at ease. We had the opportunity to meet on several occasions and they provided a lot of guidance along the way. Having been to several other weddings recently and hearing about having to rent x from one place, y from another, get a caterer, get a bartender, etc., we were very grateful to have almost everything we needed bundled into one beautiful package with the venue and to have one point of contact for all of these aspects. I am a bit of a perfectionist, but the team at Port Royal made sure they understood every detail of what I had envisioned and I did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. It all came together even better than I had imagined and we received nothing but compliments on the everything Port Royal offered. They were also able to put together a golf tournament with some of our guests who wanted to take advantage of the local highlight. They provided great ideas and prizes for the tournament, which was well-executed and highly enjoyed. I could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club. The service, the atmosphere, the food, etc. were all everything we could have hoped for!

She was professional, organized and easy to work with. From the start of the wedding process through it's completion, she was top-notch. The colorful flowers, green lawns, white chairs, and natural landscape made this special event picturesque. Well Done Tiffany!! Our pictures are so beautiful!

The flow of the evening from the wedding on the lawn up to the sprawling outdoor terrace and into the beautiful clubhouse that looks like a plantation mansion out of the old south was flawless. We chose to have s'mores out on the lawn in fire pits at night with the cafe lights strung from the outdoor fireplace on the terrace and it was so beautiful. The food was delicious! Everyone we spoke to was so impressed with the quality of the plated dinner we had and the cocktail hour hors doeuvres were so tasty. The plantation has multiple unique spots for photography- I can't wait to see my pictures! It was a night I will never forget and I would tell everyone to have their wedding at Port Royal!
