If you are looking for a caterer to get your information and do all of the work for you, this is them. Personally I would have preferred a bit more correspondence but I could definitely see this being a plus for many couples. - Good price. For the quality of food that we received, we did not overpay. In fact, we looked at getting catering from a very casual chain and PM was way less expensive and offered food that was much higher quality. Cons: - Communication was not great. I often found myself emailing the owners and asking questions that would go unanswered for up to a week at a time. When I did receive an answer it was usually "We'll worry about that when your wedding is closer" even if I wanted to worry about it at the time. The day of the wedding we did not hear anything from them at all and simply had to trust that they were doing their jobs. They were doing their jobs, by the way. It just would have been nice to know it.
