g. I had multiple people tell me that the BBQ we served was the BEST wedding food they'd ever had...The entire meal process was simple and went extremely well. I had worked with Leslie for about 9 months, and we worked out the timing of everything such that the day of the wedding I had NOTHING to worry about. Plus, the food was DELICIOUS. People were blown away by the quality and taste. I have been to 28 weddings, including my own, and while I may be a bit biased, our food was the best wedding food I'd ever had, too. As I said above, hire them!

e grisel and even bone. Port-A-Pit was kind enough to refund a portion of our catering bill because of the ground pork and a couple of other incidents. I believe they had 2 events the day of my wedding, so they were late to arrive and were still setting up some of the tables as guests were arriving.
