The photobooth by portraits by David was awesome. It was such a fun experience for me and all my family and friends. It really brought out the fun and goofy side of everyone. Great selection of fun props. My guest absolutely loved it. If your looking for a affordable fun photobooth with friendly staff this is the place to go.

We are so happy with our pictures from David! David was extremely professional and you can tell he has been doing this for awhile. For the group pictures, he made it a quick and easy process by being well organized and knowing the shots he wanted to take ahead of time. We had great sunset shots that David even added some color splash to to improve it even more. We are so happy with all of our pictures and would recommend him to everyone!

Photo booth was a blast at our wedding! Lots of cool and different props! You get a DVD of all photos, and everyone in the picture walks away with the strip of photos! David and his wife were very easy to work with from the very beginning, and his wife was very friendly when hosting. Their prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Awesome job! Portraits by David did a great job with our wedding photo booth. It was a huge hit that night and our guests loved the custom printouts. They were professional, easy to work with, and were willing to travel to Newport, RI. We received the Facebook album immediately! Thank you for making our night even more special and fun!

David Thomas was our wedding photographer at The Log Cabin this past October. He offered a package with a great deal for a photo booth. He knew the venue well and we took advantage of this for great photos. We our pleased with our wedding pictures and highly recommend his service!

David photographed my engagement photos. He did an amazing job. The location he recommended was so beautiful. It was a very windy day, but that did not hinder our photos. David was patient and would make sure the wind died down before he would take a picture. He was open to any ideas I had, and had some great ideas himself. Very happy with how the photos came out and I look forward to seeing how my wedding photos will come out!

David and his son did a fantastic job of capturing every detail of our wedding day!! From the posed bridal party pictures to the candid shots throughout the night, all of the pictured turned out amazing!! Hiring Portraits by David was the best decision in our whole wedding process. We got such a great value for booking in February, and the photographers were just amazing. We got so many pictures it just amazes me! I loved that Portraits by David set up a pinterest board and was really interested in getting photos that I wanted instead of just going down a list. They were really patient when setting up the photos of our bridal party and wanted to make sure everyone was happy. After the wedding David even edited some of our pictures adding color splash and gave us the most beautiful results.

My husband and I could not be any more happy with the way our pictures came out! David was very professional and made both of us feel very comfortable. One of the things that I love about David is he created a board on Pinterest for ideas of pictures I wanted for my big day. I was a little upset that it did not snow on my wedding day because I had pinned a picture of a couple standing outside with umbrellas and the snow falling. David saw that I had pinned that picture and went above and beyond to make that picture possible. He had a great idea to take some snow in a shovel and throw it in the air. This picture was AMAZING!!! When he had put a sneak preview of our pictures on Facebook, that picture was one of them and we had some of our guests confused thinking they had missed it snowing that night. We had tons of people gawking at that picture! Not only that one picture I am still in awe that David captured but he was able to pull off all of the pictures I had pinned to the board he had specifically for me. I honestly can not say how happy my husband and I truly are to have these gorgeous pictures for the rest of our lives! We would recommend anyone to David in a heartbeat!

I can't go on enough about how great of a choice David was for our wedding. From the moment we met him, David was kind, professional, and was open to any and all suggestions. On top of the beautiful pictures that he took, my favorite thing about David was that he wasn't intrusive. After all the posed shots and family photos, we barely knew he was there, and because of that, he snapped some wonderfully candid shots that are some of the most loved from our wedding day.

Thanks to David and his daughter I have amazing wedding pictures. David's daughter was in my dressing room and had great ideas for images. Everything from tying up my wedding dress to taking shoe pictures with our rings on the heels. I was able to give David a list of pictures that I wanted to have taken as well as at any time during the ceremony that we came up with new ideas for pictures they were done. David was with the guys and he pictures are fabulous. Not only did he get great shots of us, we also have fantastic shots of most of our guests. They were both so easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Thanks to David and his daughter, my wedding is captured in over 3,000 amazing pictures. My husband and I love looking back at them because we can relive the moments. David was beyond helpful with all my questions and made sure all the pictures I requested were taken. I would recommend him one hundred percent!

My groom and I couldn't have been happier with another photographer for our Vermont destination wedding! David traveled from out of state to capture our special day for us. He went beyond our expectations when we saw the pictures he took of all the little details like signs, our chalet rental homes, views, etc. before he even started taking photos of the bridal party. We will always be able to remember the resort and specific places we stayed thanks to David's photographic style. His creativity and use of our props (top hats and lace parasols) made our pictures unique and one of a kind! My entrance on a horse and carriage was caught from all angles as I made my way up the green mountain top. This made the fairytale aspect of my wedding come to life and I will always have these magical photos to reminisce. Not even the abrupt weather changes got in David's way of providing his service. When our outdoor ceremony was moved inside, David captured every moment of moving into the indoor location. Even when our bridal party shots were being taken, we had to move in and out because of the weather. David made the best out of the situation and positioned us in the best possible place for pictures. David was very reliable, calm, and creative to work with. He was our favorite outside vendor and made our wedding memories unlike any I've seen before. My family members kept noting how professional his demeanor was. If you get a chance to work with David you won't regret it!!

As an avid photographer myself, I was determined to find a good photographer for my wedding. I found a phenomenal photographer-Portraits by David. David and his daughter were the photographers present on my wedding day. My guests all enjoyed the both of them as they were very personable and professional. David had set up a Pinterest page for me where I could post picture ideas I wanted to try at my wedding. I enjoyed this feature he provided. He printed out the photo ideas I had and brought them the day of my wedding so he could ensure he took all the photos I wanted. David and his daughter also came with their own ideas that were outstanding. My husband and I could not have been happier with our choice to have Portraits by David do our wedding photography. We highly recommend them and hope you will enjoy your photos as we do.

It began snowing heavily on our wedding day...just hours before the ceremony. I was nervous for our guests and for the vendors traveling in. But I had nothing to fear, because David was already taking pictures and perfectly on time...even if I was not (almost late for my own wedding because of the snow!). He was professional, creative in shot framing, and made us feel comfortable. It is not easy corralling my big family together for some pictures (19 of us total, with the nieces and nephews running around!) and he did so with patience and ease. The snow that almost made us late made for our favorite pictures of all! We have some wonderful memories and great shots that document it. David nicely put up some of the highlights on facebook the very next day, and our family and friends got to see it. I have had many friends comment on how great the shots are...two of whom spent over $3000 on their wedding pictures. David worked with us and our budget. I almost opted out of having a photographer to save some money, and I am SO GLAD I DIDN'T! He got shots of everyone and successfully documented our night- and the quality of his photos made pictures my aunt took with her point-and-shoot digital camera look like they were taken by a 2007 cell phone. And she takes great pictures! They were just so grainy and unclear compared to the professionals. Thank goodness we found David's info on The Knot. :) He had our CD ready the next week and we now have all the pictures from our special day on our phones, ipad and computer. :) Can't wait to print them out! I would definitely recommend Portraits By David to anyone who is looking for quality pictures and who wants to work with a friendly and true professional without having to break the bank.

We used Portraits by David for our engagement photos as well as for our wedding photos, and we are beyond thrilled that we did. Our picures are breathtaking. David was extremely kind, accomodating and extremely knowledgeable. He was very professional and increadibly skilled at what he does. He singlehandedly captured every moment and didn't miss a thing. Our entire celebration was captured in his beautiful photos. Our wedding reception was held in a venue that David had never phtographed before. So, prior to our wedding David went and looked at the space to find the perfect photo opportunities. He truly cared about providing us with the best possible photographs of our wedding. Portraits by David is the most affordable photographer in the Western Massachusetts area that also has amazing photos and a very professional team.

Everything with David from Portraits by David has been wonderful from the very start. He is very professional and down to earth. He really takes time to get to know the bride and what she and her husband to be want from their wedding photos. On the day, him and his team were great!! The photos from the wedding came out perfect, better than I could ever imagine!! I would highly suggest him to any of my friends, family, and coworkers.

I know that isn't a word but that is exactly how I feel about David and Michael. They were great to work with. David was very detailed and organized which are two things that a bride needs to have on her wedding day. The pictures looked amazing and what I loved the most is that they were ready before I even came back from the honeymoon. I would highly recommend David and his team to any bride. You will not be disappointed!! You wouldn't even tell they were around. Between the ceremony and the reception, we took pictures at Forest Park and David was very accommodating to my needs. I was very hot and David was really quick in taking the pictures to get me back into the air conditioned limo. Working with David has been amazing! He is very detail oriented and works with his clients to get as much information in advance so that he does not miss a single detail on the day of the wedding. He did a gorgeous job capturing the emotions of our wedding day! From the fine details on the dress, to the girls helping the bride get dressed, to the smiles on our faces as we read each other our vows- he captured it all on film for us to treasure for years to come. I would highly recommend Portraits by David, their photos are beautiful, they are very professional and friendly, and they are reasonably priced. Throughout the day they almost blended in the background and captured every moment for us. They were never in your face saying "smile" or forcing you to pose for the pictures. They just let things happen and tried to capture it.

David and his assistant Michael were excellent! They seemed to just blend in and weren't in your face saying "smile", also they weren't pushy, they just let things happen and captured them beautifully. We could not be happier at the way our photos turned out.

Dave was great! We got a really good deal for the season that our wedding was in. He captured all the moments that we hoped he would and the pictures came out amazing!

I searched thouroughly for a photogrpaher who was resonabley priced but did not skimp on quality. David and his team are professional and my wedding pics are stunning! I can not express how happy I am! I have already recommended him to a friend and she is using him as well for her wedding in June.
