unication with us without overwhelming us. They took care of all of the behind-the-scenes coordination with vendors and ensured that everything went smoothly. My husband and I did not realize the amount of detail that goes into wedding planning. There were details that neither of us had even heard of, but Mika’l and Morgan were extremely patient and understanding and took the time to explain everything to us. It was a pleasure working with Posey Event Design and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the process of wedding planning. We are truly grateful for them and wish them nothing but success.

perfectly and communicated in a timely and effective manner thru the entire planning process. Hiring this duo was undoubtedly the best decision as they knew which vendors would be appropriate for our daughters vision. Not only that, it was obvious that Posey Events had formed vendor relationships through previous work. The vendors clearly respect Posey Events staff based on the professionalism that I witnessed thru planning and on the wedding day. The wedding day....wow, i didn't have a care in the world! Posey Events literally ran the show, but behind the curtains! Nothing was left undone, every bit of schedule was followed, flow of the wedding day went unnoticed....because they work in the background with such ease! It's crazy! There was no frantic stress, no need to worry about guests, drinks, dinner, weather, accommodations or what could go wrong. They take the reigns, have 'Plan B's' if needed and drive the flow of the day. These two peeps and their staff were a delight, thru and thru and we miss them terribly! We may need to make a trip to Savannah to visit them!

About it, every single detail up to the day was taken care of in the most genuine and careful way, and when it came to our wedding day I can’t even imagine doing it without Mika’l—who made everything move so flawlessly no matter what had happened. I would book them a thousand times over and if there’s one vendor I can couldn’t trade for anything it’s Posey.

We used the event management/coordination package with Posey Events for our April 2024 wedding in Savannah, GA and were so happy that we chose to work with them. Mika’l and Makala ...
were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Their coordination package was perfect for me, as I was comfortable doing all of the bulk upfront planning myself (booking vendors, invitations, design, etc.) but having Mika’l and Makala to tell me I was on the right track and give me their professional tips was amazing. This was especially helpful at our kickoff and questions I had before the coordination window began. Once that coordination window began at 60 days Posey events was off and running with the heavy lifting of reaching out to vendors, creating our timeline and managing logistics like transportation. I heard from ALL of my vendors how much they enjoyed working with Mika’l and Makala. Each one of them remarked about how lovely they were to work with and how kind they were. On our wedding day everything flowed smoothly and they were very supportive. The team at Posey Events understood my vision and helped me to remain the stress-free relaxed bride that I wanted to be throughout planning and during our wedding weekend. As a coordination bride they were perfect for me, but their design work is beautiful and I think they would be phenomenal at full planning as well.
