er nice and professional. Hair and makeup lasted all day and night through our reception even in the Florida heat/humidity! Olga did my makeup and hair for rehearsal dinner and wedding and it was flawless. Loved working with Posh Bridal.

/2024 3pm wedding. The contract stated there would be 2 artists to accommodate my party and the cost was $1,525, of which half was required to be paid upfront when the date was reserved. The two trials I did were $275 each. As the wedding came closer, we received a first schedule on 1/28/2024 with a beginning time of 7:30am and an ending time of 1:45pm. There would be two makeup artists beginning at 7:30am with every girl given 45 minutes for hair and 45 minutes for makeup. The first artist would finish at 12pm and the second would finish at 1:45pm. The man's hair was never asked about and my dad got a haircut so I just ate that $50 cost. On 2/21/2024 I received an email from Amanda that said: "I wanted to let you know that we've slightly adjusted our schedule. Our team will need to start at 6:00 am to ensure everything is completed by 2:00 pm." No explanation for the change and no apology. The new schedule had 2 artists beginning at 6am and the first artist leaving at 9am. So the second artist must finish everyone else herself by 2pm. Starting at 6am for a 3pm ceremony so one artist could do it all herself is a major inconvenience and we told Amanda that would not work for us. She then sent us another schedule that started later but also shortened the amount of time the artist would spend with each girl. We reached out again and asked why the time per hair/makeup was shortened when it was pretty clear based on the first two schedules 45 mins per hair/makeup was needed. I looked into other hair and makeup artists to take 2 girls that day as it seemed Posh’s shortened schedule would not finish on time or would suffer for quality. I asked Amanda if we could be refunded the two girls the other makeup artist would be doing and she basically threatened us to read the contract about cancellations. The day of the wedding the hair and makeup artists from Posh began at 7:30am. The second one left at 8:30am. And Posh did not finish with the 4 girls out of 6 girls in my contract until after the photographer arrived after 1:30pm. There would have been no way for Posh to finish 6 girls plus the bride with the shortened time per girl as the artist was still doing finishing touches after photography started taking pictures. The artists themselves were wonderful. This review is for the business owner, Amanda, who was booked almost a year ahead of time and was unable to keep her end of the contract. I received no refund for the girls they would not have finished (or the man) and no apology for the change of schedule and mess created by Amanda so close to the wedding date. I would not recommend Posh Bridal Team to anyone. The Hair and Makeup business that came to the rescue was Glam To Be! They were prompt, professional, and did a great job!
