ad a great time with them as we got ready. My trial was also wonderful, Laura greeted my mom, one of my bridesmaids, and I with tea and made it a very enjoyable process. Their price was fair and comparable to other vendors we considered. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of flexibility. The week before the wedding, my mom decided she would rather do her own hair rather than get it done (she has short hair) the day of the wedding. While it does clearly state in the contract that you cannot cancel services once the contract is signed, I did still reach out to ask if we could have this removed, I think it was about a $55 service, but was told they were unable to remove it because they had already assigned all the stylists for the day. That would have been fine, however the day of the wedding, it was only 2 stylists so I was confused why removing a blowout would have inconvenienced them, we also spent over $1100 in February which isn't a very busy time for weddings. Lastly, my mom kept instructing the woman doing her hair that she felt it was "flat", ultimately my mom gave up, went home, and re-did it herself because she didn't feel good about it. Again, the contract does clearly state that we can't change services once signed, but I felt this was a little ridiculous when you consider the result of my mom doing her own hair, and how much money we spent overall.

They have a specific number (~6 or above) of makeup services/stylist if you need them to come to the venue otherwise they encourage a studio visit. I decided against a studio visit on the day of my wedding as the venue was further than I would like to travel the day off ! FYI - there is a transportation fee involved for the venue visit. My makeup trial was a fantastic as I could speak to my stylist, Laura, and discuss exactly the look I wanted for my makeup and hair and decide what I was comfortable with. Laura was excellent, very flexible and patient about my concerns and changes I wanted to my makeup and hair. Like I said, Laura, was a fantastic stylist who took my ideas and weaved them into a fantastic look styled for me. The stylists came in on time on the day of the wedding, were thorough and professional. They were actually done faster than anticipated which was great. We even had added one extra person on the day off for makeup services ! Imagine not running over your schedule !!! The makeup and hair stayed flawless throughout the night. My wedding pictures looked absolutely stunning and I was very happy with my decision to go with Posh.

Of course, after my trial I felt like a super star, and then the day after when I had a chance to really look at things there were minor details, such as, wanting thicker eye liner that I wanted changed for the actual day. When I bought these things up on the day of my wedding Julie was super attentive and made the changes that I had requested. By the end I was in love with my hair and makeup, it was simply perfect! I also really liked how accommodating they were with my guests, everyone looked flawless! Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of my big day !

on on a whim and was put in touch with the owner Kari and she made everything so easy! I couldn't of asked for a better experience. First off the place was so cute, I instantly felt at home. Secondly, The ladies were AMAZING, Heather did my makeup and Laura did my hair. I loved everything!!! I would recommend Posh hair and makeup studio to anyone, I was so impressed with everything going on with that place.

e was extremely patient and will to fix any tiny little detail of my look that I was unhappy with. The only negative experience was that they ended up being a stylist short on the wedding day, which made us have to start earlier than planned. The stylist was sick and they did not have one to replace her. However, they did work extra hard to have us ready by our deadline and succeeded! Thanks Kari, Julie and the rest of the Posh team!

on and on about what a negative experience this was. However, I will only point out one or two key things. One being my lashes. At the trial, my lashes were coming up on both eyes like a drag queen before I even left the salon!! The stylist told me that's the only glue they had so " I don't know what to tell you".!!!! I had to get eyelash extensions the week of my wedding because they don't even know how to put on false lashes that stay put. That was money and time I certainly didn't have the week of my wedding. The other key thing. They made us pay upfront on my wedding day before any services were performed. They did this knowing they wouldn't have time to do my bridesmaids make up. My bridesmaid paid for both hair and makeup for both of us AND tipped 20% AND had to do HER OWN makeup herself!!!!!! During my makep application my stylist told me she wouldn't have time to do my bridesmaids makeup. There were three girls standing around doing nothing. I asked if one of them could do my bridesmaids makeup. She said she'd have to ask her boss and never did. I sent an email to the owner to let her know about my experience and she didn't even get back to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner doesn't even care about their customers. Especially for something so important as your wedding day. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. -Angie

y questions I had regarding hair/makeup while planning the wedding! Also- we had a VERY last minute change of plans (House that we were supposed to be getting ready at lost power at 10pm the night before!) and I was easily able to contact Kari to tell her to come to a Hotel, instead. They made it all work and calmed me when I was so concerned! They use great products and are very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to any Bride!!!

Laura did my trial and my hair and makeup the day of. She was great and even when I wanted to change some things from the trial she knew exactly what to do. She fit in time for my mother-in-law who kept going back and forth about wanting to get her hair done. She kept all the girls on time and was so fun to have around while we were getting ready. Most importantly, she made sure I was happy with my hair and makeup. I received so many compliments all night about how "fresh" my face seemed all night. My makeup stayed looking amazing till the very end of the night. I never had to touch up or worry. All of my bridesmaids looked great and nobody was unhappy with hair or makeup. I highly recommend them for a wedding, these girls are awesome!

n I was able to book Posh for my wedding. I loved that the trial was private, she took the time to block off time to spend with me when she had time to go over everything with me, asking for details in order to help me come up with the best hair style for my big day. The day of the wedding, my hair was beautiful. I booked Posh to come to us, best decision ever. Everyone’s hair looked amazing, the last photo of my wedding is one of my favorites, and my hair looked as amazing as it did at the beginning of the day. I would absolutely recommend the Salon, it was so nice to work with people that made you feel comfortable, and made us all look beautiful.

Kari (the owner), and the salon in general. My make-up was natural and flawless, and my hair was softand romantic. I loved everything about my look for the day. My wedding was a brunch, and the owner personally was there to open the salon at 6:45am, just for me. I've never been more greatful for her accomidations. The day went smoothly, and I received so many complimets from family and friends. My pictures turned out beautiful. I have absolutly no regrets about splurging for the airbrushing and eyelashes. I will always look back at the pictures and remember how lovely I felt that day. Thanks again Kari!

ne of my bridesmaids originally was not going to get her makeup done because she had a bad experience, but the day of the wedding she saw how gorgeous everyone else looked and ended up getting her makeup done too! Our makeup lasted all night! I would definitely recommend Posh Studio because they are reasonably priced and made everyone look amazing!

indsay did an amazing job of making everything look like themselves but better. The make up looked natural and didn't feel heavy on the face and it lasted the entire night and I was dancing up a storm. The company itself is very helpful and treats you with the up most respect, I had a few minor issues in the beginning but even the owner emailed me to say how sorry she was for everything. They arrived promptly and finished right on time. Their prices are reasonable for their skills and talent.

I had a package which included a trial, and when I wanted to make some changes on the day of the wedding, Laura was totally helpful and flexible to doing what would make me look and feel my best. Everyone's hair nad make-up lasted all day long, until well past midnight for me and my bridesmaids! I should also note that my ceremony was outdoors and it was 85 degrees...I was facing the sun and sweating, yet my hair and makeup still looked great during the ceremony and through the reception. As a hair and make-up aficionado, even I was impressed with how well it held up! Posh Brides was a little bit pricier than other on-site services I looked in to, but it was totally worth it and I would use them again if given the opportunity. On a personal note, get the false eyelashes and extensions, you'll look hot!!
