ided to book Hannah and Taylor for my wedding day makeup and hair stylists and I was thrilled with their work! Taylor spent a good hour and a half reworking my hair during the trial to get it just right. And Hannah gave me multiple makeup options so I could see what I was comfortable with. In all of my wedding photos, my makeup looks flawless and I could not be more happy with the result. I'd definitely recommend the girls at Posh!

is $400 for a trial (which I am very glad I did) rehearsal hair and makeup and day of hair and makeup. That’s three different visits and 6 services for $400... and it was very professional. My bridesmaids also loved their hair and makeup on the day of. Each of them have a lot of bridesmaid experience and said they were especially pleased with the services provided on site on the day of! Our makeup artists showed up on time and worked until the moment they left. They listened to personal requests and were each very talented. I would highly suggest using Posh KC!

hat may have been an issue on my part. I should have called the front desk to be on the lookout. However once they arrived, the two ladies went to work and made everyone look amazing! The make up lasted all night, even as I danced the night away sweating on the dance floor. My hair stood up for the most part, although some bits started to come out after the ceremony and/or flattened. They were very nice and easy to work with. They were also one of the most affordable salons I could find that were also really reputable. I will definitely stop in again for my special occasion hair and make up.

or the updo, 40 for the make-up application (not including lashes), and they add an additional 40 (per person) if it's a bridal party). If you have a bun or a braid in your updo they tack on additional $10. A lot of us didn't understand why they charged that additional fee for an updo. What updo doesn't have some form of bun or pinup? I do see on their website that a Bun/Braid is considered an indulge and is $10, but they could not explain to me why an updo cost didn't include a bun. Posh adds tips to your cost for bridal parties. I do appreciate that they include tip to make sure their staff is taken care of. I would recommend Posh staff give an itemized list when communicating the total. I passed my card on and then was told what my total was without a breakdown before they ran my card. I had to ask for a receipt so I could see how it was broken down. As I mentioned before, everyone looked great... but I would recommend Brides asking Posh to clearly outline the up-charges before signing on the dotted line. Our bride had different prices in her mind and maybe she could have done more research on her end. Specifically, she was not aware of the $40 per person up-charge for bridal parties.

all, the staff of Posh was great to work with, they were professional and fun but also wanted the client to be happy. I loved the bridal package because it allowed you to work with your artists twice before it came to the big day. This really helped them and you get to know each other so by the wedding day you knew which products were best and had perfected the perfect look. I’d highly recommend Posh for any event!

& styles they created and in the process of having them there, we felt like we became friends. They are darling, sweet, funny and very talented young ladies and we were so thankful they were part of our special day!

de it come to life! Cassy my hairstylist was awesome in that I switched up my hair style the day of the wedding and she made it look better than our trial! They traveled to my venue and were prompt and managed their time very well. Definitely recommend not only for bride and bridal party but any event you want to feel dolled up! I also purchased clip ins which I highly recommend as it helped give me natural looking length and volume. Plus side with the extensions is they hold a curl even after sweating all night!! that was not their fault: the person who did my trial was unable to be there on the day of, due to unforeseen circumstances that were out of everyone's control. However, the person who replaced her on the day of was amazing and did a fantastic job recreating what we had decided on in the trial. Also, I love to dance, and my hair and makeup survived 11 hours (photos in the heat, the ceremony and reception, and the after party). Definitely recommend PoshKC! Weddings are their bread and butter, and they know how to do them efficiently and effectively.

my mom & myself all looked absolutely stunning, and the hair & makeup held up all night. Cristina was my stylist from Posh KC and was an absolute dream. I live out of town and did my trial a few months in advance. She did exactly what I asked for, it matched the pictures I brought perfectly, but I just didn't love it -- it was not her fault at all, but I was disappointed and nervous about how things would be on the big day. She was so kind to do another trial the next (and last time) I was in town before the wedding, and we fine tuned the style to perfection! By the rehearsal dinner & wedding day, she knew what I was looking for and created the perfect look for me. The only hiccup was that we were told we would have 5 stylists on the wedding day. There were only 3 stylists for the majority of getting ready, and a 4th showed up in the last hour. It worked out in the end, and everything was fine, but I was a little bit stressed about everything getting finished on time. I didn't have an update from anybody at Posh, and the girls who were busy doing hair & makeup onsite weren't sure where the other stylists were. Still 5 stars because everything turned out perfect in the end!... but I would recommend getting clarity on your H&MU team for the day-of, ahead of time.

girls' hair and makeup looked beyond perfection. Their salon is beautiful for pictures and they allowed us to bring in champagne & lunch. I am so happy with my choice to use Posh for my wedding! Pricing is very reasonable - especially for downtown. Also the bride package includes trial & rehearsal hair and makeup - how fun is that? esmaids hair that was not quite right till it was perfect! The package included a trial makeup and hair for the bride as well as the same salon service before the rehearsal dinner! Grace even came to the church before the wedding to touchup after an afternoon of photoshoots! So thank you Posh KC, great job!

d my bridal hair which was a beautiful down dry style and then remained to put my hair into an undo immediately following the ceremony. I know that is not always a common request, but Posh and Michela were happy to accommodate this. My hair has a hard time holding curl, but my hair stayed nearly perfect all night. Michela even helped recur some after outdoor photos wiped out a couple curls. My undo was exactly what I wanted and kept my hair looking polished while keeping it secure and off my shoulders. I have very thick hair that sometimes has a mind of its' own, but Michela was able to tame it. I am so happy that Posh KC provided our on site hair styling and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Melissa and Ashley are very easy to get in touch with and were so wonderful during my hair trials. I appreciate everything so much!
