Absolutely loved everything! As a black bride, you have so many reservations about choosing services for your big day. I wanted to make sure I looked great but also didnt want to feel like who I am naturally made their lives more difficult. Posh exceeded this expectation!
I did the bridal package which comes with a trial, rehearsal dinner make up and hair, and the wedding day!! I used the rehearsal dinner make up and hair as a second trial but I truly did not need it!
Summer worked on my hair and absolutely killed blending my natural hair with my wig and looked so seamless that even I had a hard time distinguishing where my hair was. She never complained about how long my hair was or made me feel bad about not having a straightening treatment before!
Rachel did my make up and did an amazing job. The color match alone was to die for. It looked absolutely natural! She even let me match my face and neck to my chest instead and did such a beautiful job covering the hyperpigmentation that people forgot that my neck is significantly darker than my chest. I kept staring in the mirror going "Wow this looks like my skin!"
The entire make up and hair team did such an amazing job with all 15 of us! Every skin type, hair need, and preference were catered to. Everyone looked so beautiful and even accommodating make up for a groomswoman who wanted to look a bit more masculine was done flawlessly. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

her and all bridesmaids. Instead of following those long set directives, bridesmaids were asked what they wanted and the gals followed what they said vs the outlined plan. At the end of the day, you have to pick and choose what is most important and this was not a battle I was willing to have as the bride. I let it go but do want to warn anyone hiring them, that you will want to allow for additional time because it doesn't seem they stick to the amount of people that you pay for/their contract promises. Additionally, make certain that your folks speak out what your intentions are for their look, as it doesn't seem the few calls the year ahead and even just a week ahead mean anything on the day of the wedding. Our girls ended up with different makeup looks, some hair was was up and some down and it was disjointed and not at all what I wanted in the end. But I chose to focus on the things going right outside of this vendor.

At the trial, they made me feel completely comfortable, listened to my feedback, and noted changes with such care. On wedding day, they showed up early, kept everything on schedule, and brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. Summer executed the perfect up-do based on a photo I had shown her, and Kaitlyn’s makeup artistry was flawless—I felt beautiful, polished, and most importantly, still like myself. They also did hair and makeup for all of my bridesmaids, and every single one of them loved how they looked. It was obvious their goal was to not only make their customers look beautiful, but to listen to what the clients themselves had envisioned. They worked their magic on both the moms and the bridal party and everyone young & old(er) felt beautiful! They are also the sweetest humans and so fun to have around on wedding day.

She did an amazing job, worked with my insecurities and I looked amazing! Alyssa, Lauren and the team that accompanied finished all my bridesmaids, mothers and myself on time, and I highly recommend them! The only downfall was that I was given incorrect pricing a few times while booking. I was told one price, communicated that to my bridesmaids and then was later told a higher price in addition to my "travel fee" for on-site services. Alissa did my hair and I was SO impressed with how well it held throughout the day. I did an updo for my wedding and had no problems at all (and I usually do with updos!!) I also had Alissa curl my hair for my rehearsal and it looked amazing - my hair is fine and straight and never holds a curl, but it lasted amazingly.
Jules did my makeup and was so kind. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel really beautiful. My makeup lasted all day as well and I had no issues at all, didn't need to reapply at all!
All of my bridesmaids looked fantastic thanks to Posh.
Also, Posh was able to come on site and do our hair and makeup at my house, which was a huge help on our busy wedding morning.
Posh was professional and easy to work with. Booking with Posh was easy. Whenever I called or emailed with questions, I received prompt and courteous responses. Jules (make up) and Alissa (hair) were funny, relatable, kind, and masters at what they do. They both helped me to feel comfortable and confident on my wedding day. I really enjoyed my experience there and will definitely be back whenever I need a blowout or a makeover.

my vision and made it better than I ever thought. They are so creative and fun to work with. The make up was high quality and my hairstyle lasted even through the next day. I felt so pampered on my wedding day thanks to them.

ing and it was such a special time getting to bond with my favorite women while getting our hair and makeup done--sipping on mimosas, and eating breakfast. The products used are top notch, all the Posh KC ladies the sweetest, and my hair and makeup looked incredible the entire day--even after doing burpees with my husband on the dance-floor towards the end of the night. Thank you Posh KC for making me feel and look so incredibly fabulous for one of the best days of my life!

asonable compared to other places I looked at. Afterwards, I decided to book Hannah and Taylor for my wedding day makeup and hair stylists and I was thrilled with their work! Taylor spent a good hour and a half reworking my hair during the trial to get it just right. And Hannah gave me multiple makeup options so I could see what I was comfortable with. In all of my wedding photos, my makeup looks flawless and I could not be more happy with the result. I'd definitely recommend the girls at Posh!

ridal makeup salons - I chose Posh for their bridal package. It is $400 for a trial (which I am very glad I did) rehearsal hair and makeup and day of hair and makeup. That’s three different visits and 6 services for $400... and it was very professional. My bridesmaids also loved their hair and makeup on the day of. Each of them have a lot of bridesmaid experience and said they were especially pleased with the services provided on site on the day of! Our makeup artists showed up on time and worked until the moment they left. They listened to personal requests and were each very talented. I would highly suggest using Posh KC!
