Brian was flexible with meeting our needs at our venue and was very clear as to what he would need to provide the best service. His music selection was great for getting everyone on the dance floor and he delivered an amazing finale. If you want your wedding reception to be an electric dance party Brian is your guy!

Brian DJ'd our March 2024 wedding and he was amazing. He is super organized - he has an app you can use to plan the music for your whole day. He also can edit songs to make them shorter, make instrumentals, etc. And he really knows how to get the dance floor going. Both my husband and I recommend him 1000%

While we were planning, he was very easy to work with, and helped us articulate and envision what we wanted our wedding to be like - and during the event he was phenomenal. He set up outside for us and allowed us to use his mics and sound equipment for our ceremony at no additional cost.  I am so grateful to Brian. We made the right choice in hiring Brian to be the DJ to our wedding! Throughout the planning process, he was very responsive and was quick to understand what we wanted out of our wedding. The app he provided was seamless in making our song selections. Brian is flexible to the point where we wanted a last minute song change for the mom-son dance and it was executed perfectly. We told him we wanted to keep everyone on the dance floor at all times and he did just that!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and Posh Life. From the very first moment, it was clear that we were in great hands and that Brian is a true professional and an extremely talented DJ. Brian was an excellent DJ for our wedding at the Anderson House in Washington, DC. We poured through so many reviews to find the best DJ in the city, someone who would run the show with minimal-to-no input from the Bride and Groom, and who would get everyone on their feet all night long. Brian did this masterfully! During our walkthrough, we told Brian that even though our event was a black-tie occasion, we saw everything prior to the dancing as a formality, and the party was our priority for the night. Brian worked with our vendors and our coordinator team to MC the evening’s itinerary and get us to the main event – the party! We couldn’t be happier with his work. 5 of 5 stars across the board…we’d give him 6 stars if we could!

I can't say enough great things about Brian and neither can our guests! We have had so many people say "my legs were so sore from dancing the entire night" and that is exactly what we wanted for our wedding!! The music selection/timing was phenomenal, the ceremony was super smooth, the lighting added an amazing vibe to our reception, and any special requests we had throughout the reception were done with ease. We have gotten so many compliments about Brian and we can't thank him enough!! He truly made our day so special!

I want to say emphatically that Brian was everything we could have hoped for in a DJ. First, he was very reasonably priced. Second, his communication and responsiveness was excellent. Third, he was highly organized and an absolutely breeze to work with. Fourth and most importantly, he made the dancing at our wedding an absolute blast. He read the room perfectly, catered music to what everyone was feeling, and kept people having a good time for the entire evening. I can't recommend Brian enough to anyone shopping around for a DJ.

Brian was well organized and open to a couple phone calls/video chats with us weeks ahead of our wedding to ensure everything was just right. He uses an app to organize preferences, requests and a timeline - and he keeps to the app requests for the most part. It’s a helpful guide. He kept our dance floor moving all night long. Brian did a fantastic job at our reception! The first step in the planning process includes getting access to the Vibo app where we were able to map out the timeline for the day and pick songs for every part of the reception, including our first dance and the father-daughter song. The app integrated with Spotify and YouTube, which made the process really easy. Brian met with us twice before the event to make sure he knew what we wanted and to go over timelines for the day. Brian took everything in stride, which made us feel very confident in our choice of DJ! Both the music set up in the outdoor tent (no walls) and the smaller system indoors (for dinner) worked very well. Brian did a great job moving things along, directing guests throughout the evening. He also read the dance floor well and quickly learned and delivered what our guests liked dancing to. Brian also did a great job of mixing music on the fly (not just fading songs in and out), which made for a fun evening of dancing for everyone. Our venue coordinator let us know that Brian was also very kind, timely, and needed little to no set up – they were very impressed!

We had our wedding on April 9. Brian was our DJ. He is an talented DJ who made a amazing wedding for us. We didn’t have a wedding planner so he helped us to creat the wedding timeline and coordinated with us during the wedding. He played all the songs that we requested. Also he played some of our guests wedding song so it made our guests feel so special. Our guests even said they never had an amazing DJ like him before. We are so thankful that we found him. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a DJ for your wedding.

If you are looking for the best wedding DJ look no further! Brian aka “DJ Geometrix” made my guests get down and kept us on track the entire day. All my guests kept gushing at how awesome he was! Don’t even think about it just book him! Btw I love the app he uses to easily upload your song lists from Spotify and dimly search the songs you want. Everything was super easy and can even add the specific songs to when you want them to be played. He is a true professional!

Brian absolutely MADE our wedding. The music was very important to us and I couldn't have dreamed up a better playlist, smoother transitions, or a more fun dance party! My dad decided the day before the wedding that for our dance he wanted to start with Louis Armstrong, bust into boogie shoes, and then conclude with Louis. With less than a day notice, Brian spliced it together beautifully - people told us afterward was one of the best father daughter dances they've seen. Brian also incorporated all of our songs and stuck to our requested genre (90s and classic rock) but added in beats and seamless transitions to make everything feel like our personal, dream dance club. He was easy to work with, relaxed and reliable - all of the things you want in an event vendor when you have a million other things to worry about! A friend referred Brian to me after he DJed her wedding, and I will refer him to everyone I know. All we heard form our guests the next day was how amazing the DJ was. Brian absolutely crushed it and my husband and I could not be happier. 10/10 recommend for any event where music matters. :)

We had such a great experience with DJ Brian! We added our preferences to the app he provided and he used our style to guide the songs he played at our wedding. He was able to read the crowd and there wasn't a moment once he started that the dance floor wasn't occupied! The playlist was so good that my husband and I, upon reflecting on our wedding day, are upset about the moments that we were outside greeting guests and not on the dance floor! Brian was a dream to work with and is truly such a nice guy. Planning a wedding during Covid was stressful at times, but we knew that we never had to worry about our DJ. Brian was incredibly responsive and had an awesome app for us to help select our music way before the wedding. We had a planning call a week before the wedding, and everything went perfectly! People are still telling us what a fantastic DJ we had. Every song that you would want to hear and dance to was played, and our guests were constantly on the dance floor. We hired Brian based off of his great reviews I read online, and he ABSOLUTELY lived up to the hype. We wanted a fun wedding, so a good DJ was one of our biggest priorities. Brian was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and KNOWS what he’s doing. He was also so flexible when COVID hit. We had originally postponed, and then about 3 weeks before I called him back up and asked if he was still available. We had changed our venue, reduced our guest count from 200 to 30, but he was all about it! I was SO relieved, and let me just say, having a DJ was so nice because they really are in charge of the timeline and the “vibe” of the whole night. He arrived early, everything ran smoothly, and I’m not kidding….every single person was on the dance floor the entire night!! He played every single song we listed as “must have”, and then filled in the gaps perfectly with songs that fit the vibe of the dance floor at the time. His transitions and timing was PERFECT. There was never a dull moment. I could tell he has been doing this a long time. I would absolutely hire him again, and recommend him to anyone!

Brian was great! He really helped create that fun, party atmosphere for my wedding! His up lighting was perfect and he was very professional! Plus he DJ-ed for a wedding during a pandemic (August 2, 2020) so bonus points for that too!

I booked Brian long before COVID came, and when it did, Brian was flexible and professional through the all of the uncertainty. We ended up having an intimate, outdoor reception on June 13th and EVERYONE raved about how awesome our DJ was (even our photographer/videographer)! From the wedding party intros to the very last song, Brian reads the room and knows what will keep the party going on and on! People were on the dance floor the whole night and it felt like a true night club experience, which is what everyone needed after quarantine. We can’t thank Brian enough for helping to make the night awesome!

I cannon stress enough how fantastic and professional Brian with Posh Life Entertainment was! From replying promptly with detailed and accurate quotes, to setting up meetings before our reception to discuss the music and vibe we were going for, to always being responsive to any questions we had - Brian was the best. Our guests had a total blast, and Brian played the perfect mix of songs to get everyone up and dancing and having a good time. He also moved seamlessly through the welcome, toasts, cake cutting, etc., and was ready and willing to take any music requests. He even went the extra mile and stayed later than contracted after a situation with our buses made our guests arrive late to the reception. Would totally recommend for your wedding reception, or any event!!

I can't explain how impressed I was with Brian at our wedding. We got married on August 24th and we were planning/funding the whole thing ourselves. We did it at a resort so luckily a lot of the vendors were in-house which made it a lot easier, but in the beginning I was very stressed when vetting DJs and photographers and florists. The entertainment is such a critical part of the wedding and we wanted it to be perfect but economical. We read the fantastic reviews about Brian, and set up a phone call. He was so responsive since the beginning and easy-going. He didn't add any stress, if anything he relieved it. We even met with him in-person and had him over to our condo before the wedding to organize details which made me feel so comfortable. The dance floor was LIT on our wedding night. Not joking- nobody sat down once the dance floor opened up, no one even ate dessert they were too busy dancing. He even incorporated a persian tradition and made it super collaborative and interactive, he had all different groups of people dancing with one another it was just incredible. I am still receiving numerous compliments from my family and friends two weeks after the wedding! My uncle who is sick even told me the day after that that was the first time he danced in 5 years <3 It was an incredible night we will never forget, and I feel lucky that we had Brian through it all.

I turned to wedding website reviews when the DJ we originally wanted wasn't available for our day and every single good review written about Brian is accurate. We "interviewed" 3 DJ's and decided to go with Brian based on price, experience, reliability and knowledge. Brian did not disappoint and made our wedding AMAZING. He had people dancing the entire night (even people I have NEVER seen dance before!!!) We had literally last second changes on the day of and Brian was able to accommodate and made it seem like that was the plan all along. You will not be disappointed if you book Brian for your ceremony/reception!

Brian came through for me and my groom after our last selected DJ had to abruptly drop out a few months before our wedding. Our initial online meeting with Brian put us at ease when he answered our questions and concerns with the little time we had left. It was an easy process working with Brian, such as putting your requested songs in his recommended VIBO app and submitting him a timeline of the wedding itinerary. Plus, his rates were competitive, so it was not a hard decision to decide which package to go with. On the day of, Brian did an amazing job on the mic and on the 1's & 2's. He collaborated well with the cellist during the ceremony and the crowd loved it. Brian's voice projection served the night well during the reception's Grand Intro, the Shoe Game, and other announcements. In the dinner portion of the reception, Brian honored the cultural song request submissions, to which the older generation and a few astute pop culture guests appreciated. Once the dance portion commenced, my groom and I noticed Brian's music wizardry kept the dance floor jamming with his curated music tracks. The final send-off was memorable, not only for the romantic setting outside at the pergola, but for Brian's music backdrop that set the mood for us and the guests. What was funny was that the frogs (unintended party crashers) was chirping along, on beat, with the closing song. Two additional things to note that Brian deserves attention for are his attentiveness to the timeline (there was a point during the night where things were a bit behind but Brian offered recommendations on how to catch back up and stay on track) and his prep for the weather (the stormy weather was teasing us the entire night but fortunately, the bad weather went away when we needed it to). There is no doubt that we recommend Brian as a DJ to other future brides & grooms as he is professional, chill, and considerate. A great MC, Brian will not disappoint your guests!

Brian was perfect for our wedding. He gave us a song planner to put all our suggestions and timelines into. We then met a week before the wedding to discuss everything, and the night of he did exactly what we wanted. He kept the party going the whole night and everyone commented on how fantastic he was! Brian is an AWESOME DJ. We had a daytime wedding and we worried that people might not dance, but Brian had the whole crowd going crazy - even before the dance floor officially opened. I liked that Brian included us in the song selection process-- we sent him a long list of songs that we wanted played at the wedding, and he accommodated us perfectly. He also worked with us when we wanted to do a last-minute edit to our first dance song, and when he had to introduce someone for an impromptu speech. His pricing was also reasonable. Brian was an amazing DJ for our wedding in DC. We weren't too familiar with the wedding planning process, but he helped guide us along in a few areas. He asked plenty of questions and got to know us in person before our big day. We had a wide age range at the wedding and wanted the music to cater to all of our guests, which Brian did very well. Brian was a fantastic DJ for our wedding! To say our wedding day had a couple of bumps in the road would be an understatement thanks to the weather, but Brian managed to handle horrendous traffic, fickle weather, and an extremely last minute wedding ceremony site change without a single complaint or hiccup. He was very professional, worked extremely well with our reception vendor (which also ended up being the ceremony site as well), and was flexible and accommodating to help us get back on schedule. The music he played was exactly what we wanted (thanks to his great questionnaire he has you fill out), and all of our guest had a great time dancing the night away. Having Brian as the DJ for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. He kept our guests out on the dance floor literally the entire night and all of our guests have raved about how good he was. We wanted a lot of 80s/90s/00s type music and he really got our vibe, but also mixed in other stuff to keep people dancing for hours. He has a portal where we put in all the information about our timeline, must play songs, first dance song, etc, and he did a walk through at the venue with us a month before the wedding along with several meetings so he really got to know us as a couple and our vision for our wedding. He provided all the uplighting and dance floor lighting, which made the space really come alive. He provided music outdoors for our cocktail hour, and was the master of ceremonies, announcing our bridal party and all the important moments of the wedding, and providing the mic and sound for our speeches. During our first dance and father daughter dance, I literally just had to look at him and he knew exactly when to fade the song out so that it didn't go too long, it was amazing. Overall, the package we got was incredibly affordable compared to other DJ companies we looked at, especially given everything that was included. I would recommend Brian in a heartbeat!

DJ Art was amazing, he did a wonderful job at our wedding. We were able to meet a few weeks before the wedding to go over what types of music we wanted to hear and he had a thoughtful and exhaustive survey. He used these survey inputs to craft the perfect song list which really kept the momentum going on the dance floor. He was able to expertly read the crowd and play songs accordingly while his announcements were great and clear! I would definitely recommend him again to anyone for any type of event.

Brian is a phenomenal DJ! Not only is he completely professional in everything he does from initial discussion, to contract negotiating, to day of presentation, he also took our requests and was able to make a playlist that kept our dance floor packed all night long! He is also very open to trying new things, like the "name that tune" game to decide which table went to the buffet next. Or helping us create a breakout surprise salsa dance during the father daughter dance that was amazing. We have a very broad taste in music. Brian expertly transitioned from bluegrass, country, Dance classics from the 70's-80s during dinner hour to Salsa, pop, rap from the 90s and beyond. He is genius at transitioning between songs so that our guests couldn't help but keep on dancing. He was the talk of the party. My legs hurt for days from dancing so hard. We highly recommend hiring Brian!!!

Brian was extremely professional and did a wonderful job. He was well organized and met with us on a few occasions to go over the logistics of he wedding. Brian was great! We first experienced his sweet jams at a friend's wedding. When it was our turn we were so behind on planning it was so great to have a DJ that was so easy to work with...we weren't 100% sure what we wanted / needed at first from a music set up and lighting standpoint, but Brian was so easy to work with and helped us figure out the best approach. Loved the questions he gave us to figure out what kind of music we were looking for and he did not disappoint day of, he kept the wedding moving along and most importantly kept everyone on the dance floor all night!! With all the emails he gets, it may have gone unseen. One great idea of his was to do a group photo with all guest attendees before we opened up the dance floor.
