Posh Nosh Catering

I attended a birthday party for a dear friend 6/11/15. I had given her PoshNosh as a recommended caterer in Raleigh. Everyone at the party was wowed by the appetizers and main course! Top rate food and servers! P/N brought everything...glassware, silverware and plates, Bartender,etc. Super nice people and I could go on forever about how good the food is with this caterer! Amazing job. Absolutely the best wedding food I have ever had. Coleen worked very well with me and my bride and this company went above and behind to make sure everything was perfect. They had there own unique touch to table decor and food style and worked very hard to make everything perfect. And it was! Absolutely use this company they are outstanding.

Posh Nosh Catering was one of the highlights of our wedding! After speaking with dozens of caterer's they all dismissed my idea for my wedding meal. Coleen stepped up to the plate to conquer the unique idea of family style tapas all served in small bites and multiple courses. Creating the menu with her was a breeze as I would describe the different mini gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches for the first course, she would add in without hesitation a small twist to complement the different cheese selections. The plating of even my husband's request for mini corn dogs was elegant. From mini crab cakes, to mini fish tacos, to black bean sliders, to ahi tuna bites the guests were amazed at the flavor in each bite as the courses were served. Her Kale Salad was one of my favorites, and still have guests commenting on how delicious and light the pomegranate seeds were with the delicious dressing. We finished this social, and different wedding meal with a mini salted caramel panna cotta with a mini spoon. This was something not on Posh Nosh's menu options and she and the team created it per request since it was our favorite. After designing the menu the chef that would be cooking at our wedding came over to our house and cooked the entire meal in miniature form for us to sample. They were open to changes, and really worked with us to create the perfect meal. I fully recommend hiring Posh Nosh to cater any event, but especially a wedding where you would like high quality, not typical wedding food. The quality and taste was like dining at a 5 star hip restaurant. Did I mention they did this all in a outdoor pop up tent, and served the courses in a two story historic home to 200 people. The service and quality of Posh Nosh is amazing!
