Kathy’s work is absolutely amazing! Truly blown away by her artistic ability and expertise. Our invitation suites feel like a true work of art, and so do our menus, programs, and n...
ame place-cards. Kathy was so great to work with - incredibly responsive and has such a good eye for design. Her studio is so cute and it was so fun to go into the shop and see all the different types of paper, design ideas, etc and then create paper products that helped set the tone for our wedding! Could not be happier with how all of our wedding paper turned out. Would highly recommend!
Kathy created the most beautiful stationary and day-of wedding decor items for our wedding. She was so helpful and informative. Most importantly, she responded to our emails almost...
right away and was flexible about last-minute changes. Whenever someone asks, "what is one thing that you'd suggest other couples invest in for their wedding day?" My immediate answer is POSH PAPER!! She really made our lives so much easier during the planning process and it was so worth it to have zero stress about stationary and day-of decor. Bonus: her pricing is competitive and very fair!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Posh Paper. They created the most stunning seating chart for our wedding, truly a show-stopping piece that exceeded every expectation. T...
he design was elegant, thoughtful, and executed flawlessly, fitting our venue and overall vision perfectly.
What made it even more special was that our wedding was the debut of this seating chart with the bases, and it was an absolute hit. Guests were blown away, and it became a highly talked-about detail. It felt custom, elevated, and incredibly intentional.
From start to finish, Posh Paper was professional, creative, and a joy to work with. Their attention to detail and ability to turn an idea into something breathtaking is unmatched. If you’re looking for statement pieces that feel both personal and luxurious, Posh Paper is the best of the best. We are so grateful to have had their work as part of our wedding day.
Highly, highly recommend!

e day. Kathy made such a huge difference in this part of the planning process because it was one less thing to worry about and we knew it would turn out wonderfully. Would highly recommend!!
We are happy with the final quality of our items, but dealing with Posh Paper was the most stressful part of the weeks leading up to our wedding, and I’m not sure it was worth it. ...
I think they got in over their heads with too many brides when wedding season came up. They mentioned to me how hard it was to keep track of details because of how many projects they had. Many of my emails would be missed and I’d have to remind Posh Paper that I’d already sent them something. Posh Paper also often replies on top of old emails not at all related to the current topic, which made our conversations pretty disorganized. At one point we were asked to only send emails from myself (the bride) instead of letting my husband or mom help on replies because Posh Paper said they were having trouble juggling their emails. There are ways to organize your inbox into folders so this isn’t put on the clients. This request meant that I had to do almost everything as the bride, and my mom and my husband were basically told they couldn’t help me.
We were also told that we could request edits to refine our designs, but not an excessive number. Some of the emails we’d get in response to a request for one round of edits on an initial design often seemed unprofessional since they included some complaining about needing to do it a second time and stating how hard it would be. This was all very stressful to deal with in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I’m just glad the designs at least turned out well.
My invites were exactly what I wanted and envisioned. Kathy paid attention to details that were important to me and made the invites gorgeous. I also used the seating chart as well...

At our first meeting for my July 2023 wedding, Kathy told me that the save the dates and invitations set the tone for your wedding long before the actual day, and she was SO right!...
Kathy worked tirelessly with me and my husband to create the perfect invitation suite for our Art Deco themed wedding, seamlessly weaving her beautiful design details through the save the dates, invitations, and day-of items.
Kathy also helped us design our seating chart, including personalized details like a beautiful "R" wax seal for our new last name. Her designs fit the venue and our theme perfectly. I will absolutely be recommending Posh Paper to all of my engaged friends, both currently and in the future!

Her communication was timely and professional, and she was a pleasure to work with. She did a watercolor painting of our venue for the invitation envelope liner, and it was perfect! We will always remember our vineyard wedding and the day when we see our invitation set framed on the wall.
Posh Paper will be the first place I go to when I need any stationery in the future!
We are so happy we chose Posh Paper for our wedding invitations and day-of paper items! Kathy was wonderful to work with and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. ...
She spent a long time with us at our first meeting to understand our vision, and designed an invitation suite that was absolutely perfect. Every paper item for our wedding - from the seating chart, to the place cards, cocktail signs, programs, and menu cards - was cohesive and so beautiful. She was so easy to communicate with and everything was delivered on time. She even set up our seating chart the day of the wedding on a special structure of ours that we wanted to use. We loved working with Kathy and will be recommending Posh Paper to everyone we know!

ns of examples of the work she's done, which was essential for non-creative types like myself. Due to my getting COVID, we ended up doing all of our meetings via Zoom, but it didn't matter. Kathy was accessible and responsive and provided our proofs and corrections very quickly. You can tell she really loves her work and cares to make a beautiful product that matches her customer's wedding vision. Like all vendors right now, we had a little issue with suppliers and availability of paper products. Even though it was not her fault at all, Kathy even made sure to get us set up with 2-day shipping once our invites and envelopes were finished. We plan to use Posh Paper for all of our wedding signage, as well as place cards, table numbers, and frames. Thank you Kathy!
Loved making my daughters wedding menus with Kathy! Quick and great quality! They looked so beautiful on everyone's plates! Thanks again!
