We are happy with the final quality of our items, but dealing with Posh Paper was the most stressful part of the weeks leading up to our wedding, and I’m not sure it was worth it. ...
I think they got in over their heads with too many brides when wedding season came up. They mentioned to me how hard it was to keep track of details because of how many projects they had. Many of my emails would be missed and I’d have to remind Posh Paper that I’d already sent them something. Posh Paper also often replies on top of old emails not at all related to the current topic, which made our conversations pretty disorganized. At one point we were asked to only send emails from myself (the bride) instead of letting my husband or mom help on replies because Posh Paper said they were having trouble juggling their emails. There are ways to organize your inbox into folders so this isn’t put on the clients. This request meant that I had to do almost everything as the bride, and my mom and my husband were basically told they couldn’t help me.
We were also told that we could request edits to refine our designs, but not an excessive number. Some of the emails we’d get in response to a request for one round of edits on an initial design often seemed unprofessional since they included some complaining about needing to do it a second time and stating how hard it would be. This was all very stressful to deal with in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I’m just glad the designs at least turned out well.

Kathy was accessible and responsive and provided our proofs and corrections very quickly.
