At our first meeting for my July 2023 wedding, Kathy told me that the save the dates and invitations set the tone for your wedding long before the actual day, and she was SO right! Kathy worked tirelessly with me and my husband to create the perfect invitation suite for our Art Deco themed wedding, seamlessly weaving her beautiful design details through the save the dates, invitations, and day-of items.
Kathy also helped us design our seating chart, including personalized details like a beautiful "R" wax seal for our new last name. Her designs fit the venue and our theme perfectly. I will absolutely be recommending Posh Paper to all of my engaged friends, both currently and in the future!

Posh Paper has the most beautiful shop, and Kathy makes you feel right at home during your meetings. She takes the time to go over everything with you and helps make it less overwhelming. I really didn't know where to start, and she made it so easy with doing everything we needed from save the dates, to invitations, to all our signage and seating chart mirror.
She did a watercolor painting of our venue for the invitation envelope liner, and it was perfect! We will always remember our vineyard wedding and the day when we see our invitation set framed on the wall.
Posh Paper will be the first place I go to when I need any stationery in the future!

Kathy worked with me and my mom to create the most beautiful custom wedding invitations. We traveled from Lexington, KY to Cincinnati to meet with her and would do it all over again because the end result was so amazing. I got SO many complements on them that we also used Posh Paper for our day of items - the seating chart, table numbers and welcome mirror. Kathy's work is absolutely beautiful! The invitations she created for our wedding were breathtaking and we received numerous compliments on them from our guests. The black and white watercolor of our venue that she created along with our wax seal monogram and velvet ribbon set such an elegant tone for our wedding. We were absolutely blown away by the invitations and envelopes we received from Kathy at Posh Paper. My mom and I can't stop staring at them! Kathy's shop is beautiful and had tons of examples of the work she's done, which was essential for non-creative types like myself. Due to my getting COVID, we ended up doing all of our meetings via Zoom, but it didn't matter. Kathy was accessible and responsive and provided our proofs and corrections very quickly. You can tell she really loves her work and cares to make a beautiful product that matches her customer's wedding vision. Like all vendors right now, we had a little issue with suppliers and availability of paper products. Even though it was not her fault at all, Kathy even made sure to get us set up with 2-day shipping once our invites and envelopes were finished. We plan to use Posh Paper for all of our wedding signage, as well as place cards, table numbers, and frames. Thank you Kathy!

I stumbled upon Kathy's shop after shopping in the Bridal District and was really impressed by her invitations. We decided to work with her for our 2020 wedding. The end result was beautiful but throughout the process, I had to remind her many times of the correct return address and details like envelope colors and desired guest addressing. There were several times that she over or undercharged us on the invoice, or items would be missing from the itemized list. We eventually got everything printed and then had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. I let Kathy know that I'd reach out about a reprint in the future, which I did in 2021. She didn't seem to have an organized record of the invitations she had printed prior so it took a lot of additional coordination to have essentially the same invitations with new dates printed. She returned the invites on the wrong paper 3 separate times and included someone else's RSVP cards with our invitations. The envelopes were also the wrong color. What should have been one of the easiest parts about planning a wedding turned out to be the most complex thing we did.

Our invitations were beautiful. I can’t describe it any better than that. They were absolutely perfect and just what we wanted. Kathy was amazing throughout the order and went above and beyond to ship them over to us in the UK. Our venue cancelled our wedding 2 days after submitting payment for our invites. Kathy was very understanding and stopped production on our order and told us to contact her once we found another venue. By the grace of God we were able to get everything back on track within 5 days at another venue. Kathy then worked with us to get our new invites created and worked with our budget. Our invites were amazing.

Kathy did a SUPERB job on my wedding invitations. She sat down with me and two family members and we walked through each piece of the package. I would explain my vision, and she had great ideas for how to make it come to life. She was very conscious of my budget as well, which I very much appreciated. We continued to work together via email during the pandemic, and she was very accommodating and nice to work with during that stressful time. The invitations came out beautifully, and were finished a couple weeks earlier than expected! I’m so thankful she could make such beautiful invitations for my big day.

Posh paper is amazing! When we first met Kathy she was super friendly, professional and patient with us while we talked about what options we liked and our vision. Kathy really wanted to get to know us and made us feel like family really! She helped us pick a wonderful option with all the Cincinnati land marks on the invites. She made us feel comfortable with pricing as well! She wanted to give us the best option for our price range and really worked with us on this! The design process was very easy!!! Kathy really helped us make sure we liked our options and this was at the beginning of the pandemic so she wanted to work quickly for us to make sure we got them timely. Very quick turn around! I had the best experience with Kathy Stout with getting my invites done quick and fast! I was a little last minute and she helped me not be to stressed about it and helped me right away and it was a super quick turnaround! When they were ready to be picked up it was right when this pandemic was happening and she made sure we all stayed privately apart from others and was sanitizing after each customer.
I actually had to reschedule due to the pandemic and we have been offered so many options to still help make our invites the best they can be in this situation! Alex and I really appreciate you and your team during this time!

This was my only daughters wedding so I had several questions from the beginning. We ordered custom invitations and thank you notes for my daughters big day and they turned out amazing. My daughter looked & and looked for the perfect wedding invitation she had in mind. This was it! Kathy was so wonderful to work with and got them done and mailed to us extremely quick. It was such a great experience that we also ordered all her thank you notes to match and a matching canvas banner. Everything we wanted - we were sent a proof to make sure we approved it before printing. We are EXTREMELY PLEASED.

We worked with Kathy to customize some wedding invitations we had discovered about a year before we needed them. Kathy did a wonderful job helping us put together a movie themed wedding invitation! The were printed like a ticket stub, with a detaching RSVP card.
They really bring our theme to life :)
She helped us fine-tune the invitations until they were PERFECT!!!!!! <3. I cannot wait to send them out and see our guests reactions.

These invitations are phenomenal!!! I would drive 30 minutes all over again just to have these. Kathy is very up front and super helpful in the whole process. It only took about a week to get them in and they are better than I even expected. She was very flexible with my design and what I wanted because I was very specific!!! I would definitely recommend her. Better than ordering them online from an unknown source!!

Kathy was a dream to work with when ordering my wedding invitations! No detail was too small, she never made me feel like I was being nit-picky and she was extremely responsive with all changes. She was very easy to communicate with and the final product arrived so quickly! I have received an abundance of compliments on my invitations, and rightfully so, they are gorgeous! I just recently contacted Kathy again and she created a custom welcome letter to be displayed at each guest's seat at my upcoming wedding. I basically sent her an abstract idea and what she created couldn't be more perfect! She matched the design to my original wedding invitation and the end product is exactly what I envisioned. Kathy was a pleasure to work with for my wedding inviatations. She customized our colors and envelopes without issue. She was very responsive and so easy to work with. Changes were done and new proofs were sent in a timely fashion. The quality of the paper was excellent and having our envelopes printed with guest addresses and our return address was so helpful and looks beautiful and at a fraction of the price of just about any site out there. I just asked her a week ago to do Welcome cards for our hotel guests that coordinate with the invites and I got my shipping notice already. I will be back for my thank you cards and any invites or announcements in the future!

Posh paper did an absolutely amazing job for all the details of my wedding! My fiancé and I were very impressed with the invitations that we received from Kathy. When we went to visit Kathy I had a vision of what I wanted, then explained it to Kathy and she made my vision come alive on paper. She is wonderful to work with and works well with complicated schedules! I would go to her for all my invitation and paper needs.
