When I first met Naysha and did a trial run with her, I felt it was an easy 'yes' to hire her for my wedding hair and makeup. But after booking with her, every time we would have a conversation, she would ask the same questions over and over; w...
here is the venue, what time, how many girls, etc., which made me worried that she would forget or be late.
Day of the wedding, her and her partner showed up on time and got all 6 of my bridesmaids, myself and 2 moms done with plenty of time which I loved, but she kept asking if I could pay for everyone rather than just letting themselves. I kept telling her I'd rather have the girls pay individually and she continued ask if I could pay, which I just ended up doing in the end. (She uses Square Card so it wouldn't have been hard to run each persons card.)
She also wasn't very open to letting my bridesmaids pick their hairstyles, which was pretty upsetting as I told her they'd all be picking their own. My hair ended up falling flat an hour prior to the ceremony and I had to fix it myself. I'm a pretty basic girl when it comes to hair and makeup so I could've done it all myself but I wanted to feel pampered for my big day and instead I felt pressured into doing things I didn't want to.
Looking back on pictures, the airbrush looked great on everyone and we all looked flawless. I wasn't in love with my hair and wish I would've spoken up. If you move forward with Naysha, be sure to speak up and be persistent with what you are wanting.
