rtual meeting to in person tastings and rehearsals she was 100% prepared and organized. Doing so with a friendly smile :) Her Network: Poshed and Peachy really went above and beyond. Given their experience in the area - when we ran into hickups getting ahold of vendors the team was able to use their network to jump in and help resolve issues essentially overnight 😂 Her team: Michelle has very good judgement. On the day of our wedding our photographer did not have a second shooter. Given the tight schedule of the day Michelle had one of her assistants stay with the bridal party rather than head to the venue early which ended up being a godsend! Because of that, we were able to seamlessly get through our schedule prior to the ceremony. Every team member was professional, kind, and prepared. Her energy: Michelle made us feel at ease. Michelle. She had great communication with us and our vendors leading up to the wedding day, always kept us in the loop and was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. She stepped in as our wedding planner only a few months before our wedding because our initial planner we hired was not prioritizing us or responding so we were already a bit behind on a lot of planning aspects and booking vendors when we first hired Michelle. Since we aren’t based in New Orleans, and neither were our guests, we relied heavily on Michelle’s experience, expertise, and knowledge of the city to bring everything together. She handled vendor coordination, logistics, and every tiny detail with absolute precision. Her ability to gracefully manage a last-minute venue change less than 30 days before the ceremony was beyond impressive. ever had to plan one before! Even though we had a general idea / vision of a community oriented, colorful multiethnic celebration (we’re Indian and Mexican) we didn’t know how to put the pieces together to make it happen. We had a couple of individual vendors booked, but still had way too many missing pieces and didn’t know how to put them together. That’s where Michelle and her team came in! She made everything so much easier. She kept us on track with timelines, helped us think through design ideas, reminded us of which vendors to book at which times, kept us on track with answering questions and minding details in the contracts, helped us thinking about the flow of our day and how to coordinate it, and checked in with us multiple times throughout our wedding planning process. We booked a package with her (there were many options to choose from, depending on your specific needs) where we did a lot of vendor booking, but she was still extremely hands on and helped us source ideas and recommendations, and ultimately took the reigns on communication with every single person we ended up booking. She does have more full-service options too, where you can do even less of the thinking (my fiance and I just wanted a little more hands on of an experience!) The best part of it all came to the day of the wedding. When I tell you I fully turned my brain off - I mean that. I didn’t answer a single question, solve a single issue, or coordinate a single thing that day. Michelle and her team handled EVERYTHING and made it so that my only focus was on having a wonderful time with my loved ones. She made the experience so absolutely perfect. I cannot thank her, her husband, or her wonderful team enough. I cannot recommend her services highly enough: and now she’s done an Indian wedding too :) So Indian / half Indian couples: I recommend her highly!!

With the architecture of the French Quarter, the beautiful foliage, the lively music, AND the second line band following your ceremony - it’s such a fun and unique experience for you and your guests. We got married in September (summertime heat) and our guests are still raving about how much fun they had and how beautiful the wedding was. We spent three months deciding on a destination and I wish we would have just picked New Orleans sooner! We couldn’t imagine our special day having been anywhere else now. We got the diamonds and pearls package (HIGHLY recommend). Michelle’s communication was top notch. We were planning a wedding during a very busy time for me and my fiancé and Michelle nudged us and kept us on track the entire time with such patience. Meetings with her were always pleasant and fun, even during crunch time when stress should have been high. Our entire day went off without a hitch (or so it seemed because Michelle takes care of everything and all you have to do is focus on each other and getting married!). Michelle and her husband make the day feel effortless. 10/10 recommend Poshed & Peachy for your wedding planning. We might renew our vows some day just to get to work with her again ;)

s and doing the day of coordination. My family is originally from New Orleans but my husband and I are based abroad in London (UK) which meant we were planning our wedding from afar. Therefore, as someone with vague familiarity with NOLA, I can say with confidence that she has great local NOLA expertise and was able to guide us and make informed recommendations every step of the way. This was essential considering we didn't have US phone numbers to call vendors and we live in a timezone 6 hours ahead of NOLA. Couldn't have done this without Michelle honestly. She went above and beyond and had so many Zoom meetings with us to make sure all bases were covered. Her client portal also kept us organised with timelined to-do lists, budget spreadsheets, vendor contact info and contracts and so much more. Do yourself a favour and hire her and you'll have a stress free (as much as that's actually possible) wedding!

the daunting task of planning a wedding wouldn’t be nearly as difficult as I imagined. From the get-go, she was organized and professional, and helped us shape our wedding vision– the design and style tips she offered were especially appreciated. Any time we weren’t sure what to do or which vendors to hire, she was ready to guide us and offer suggestions (each of which turned out great). She kept us on-task and on time throughout the months of planning; we found the periodic meet ups especially helpful. She inspired confidence during the entire process and into our wedding day. t our vision to life! We weren’t going for a traditional wedding or reception, and she took the time to understand our needs and planned accordingly. We went with mostly vendors that she recommended and each and every one delivered above and beyond our expectations. Michelle and her team are super organized, punctual, and easy to work with. We live in another state, and I was initially anxious about planning long-distance, but after our first conversation I knew I was in good hands. We had a lot of other things going on during wedding planning (including planning a move to another state!) so we had a ton of other things on our plate. Allowing Michelle to take the lead on our wedding was one of the best decisions! During our meetings I felt like I was talking to a close friend, but also, we got down to business. The Poshed & Peachy portal has everything you will need to see during planning all in one place, it makes it easy to check where you are budget wise and sends reminders for payments and tasks to be completed. Our wedding was so beautiful and everything we hoped for and more. Our guests are still raving about the ambiance, the food, the drinks, the second line and all of the little details. Day of the wedding, she ensured everything ran like a well-oiled machine. All my vendors were well informed and my wedding party and I received detailed itineraries that kept us on schedule. Also Michelle, her husband and team managed set up and guest wrangling so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I have zero complaints! I am so grateful to Michelle for everything she did, but mostly for the care she showed my husband and I throughout the entire process. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. with, exceedingly professional... I can't say enough about how happy I am that I used her as my day-of coordinator. She had a team at the venue on the day of to setup, make sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and , no joke, my wedding and reception went off without a hitch. She even helped my bridesmaids fix my bustle when it broke! Seriously, I know that hiring them is not cheap, but it was worth every penny to make sure that I had the perfect day.

how amazing her planner was (her wedding was fabulous too!) so we decided it would be great to have "a little bit of help" getting everything coordinated. When I say that Michelle was actually the key to everything, trust me that it's not an understatement. She was fantastic to work with and she helped to guide us through an entire year-long reschedule due to Covid, so we had the pleasure of working with her for an extended period of time. I don't think we could have done it without her (actually, I know we couldn't have). She helped us navigate switching vendors for the new date, an ever-changing guest list count, and countless other logistics that popped up. Her attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and positive approach to everything made working with her an absolute dream. I don't think I've ever heard of guests complimenting the wedding planner + team before, but we had many guests commenting afterwards on what an amazing job the team did to coordinate our ceremony, reception, and second line. I think everyone who attended could tell how much work went into planning the day and were so impressed with how seamlessly everything ran (especially those who know me since I'm not known for being the most organized person out there!). Our day was exactly what we had hoped for and we owe so much of that to the Poshed and Peachy team. Working with Michelle will be like giving yourselves a pre-wedding gift - one that allows you to stress less during planning and fully enjoy your big day because you know you're in the very best of hands.

The resounding feedback from our guests was that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. They raved about the timeliness and flow of the day, which is all thanks to Michelle. achy. Michelle and her team made sure that on the day of my wedding, I could just be a bride and have fun! We had several calls before the wedding so that when the time came, I knew she knew everything I wanted and needed and she made it happen. Those calls were also so helpful in keeping me from getting too stressed during the final stages of planning. She connected with all of my vendors in advance and ensured the wedding ran smoothly. On the day of, she wrangled our families and wedding parties, answered their questions and kept us on time. At the reception, her team anticipated needs, pivoted as needed, and kept us moving in a friendly way. Plus, they are super nice people to have around! Really, I can't recommend Poshed and Peachy highly enough.

I work full-time and a full-time student. Michelle took all of this into account and remained patient throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive, even when planning other weddings. We definitely felt like we were her one and only clients. There were several vendors that dropped out last minute, but Michelle was able to make things happen. She got us a DJ, cake, and florist, and decor within the last month before our wedding. The day of the wedding, Michelle coordinated with the wedding party and vendors. I never had to speak with anyone. Our wedding day was perfect...magical! ...and we cannot sing our praises and "thank yous" enough!!! We would recommend Michelle to absolutely anyone!

Michelle and her team are seriously the BEST. Our wedding was super challenging from the start because we had to reschedule twice with covid, then we had bad weather for an outdoor...

wedding. I mean it when I say there’s no way we could have navigated all of that without Michelle! Everything went so smoothly thanks to her team’s work coordinating with all of our vendors and helping us make sure everything was lined up no matter what happened. We worked with Michelle for almost two years, and she was always so kind and helpful when we needed advice on how to navigate rescheduling and everything. Not to mention, she and her team are super fun and sweet. I’m pretty sure my mom likes her more than she likes me now. One of my best friends is using Poshed & Peachy for her wedding in October as well because we had such a great experience with her! I had multiple other engaged friends ask for her info after my wedding too because they saw how awesome they were and what a good job they did. I would absolutely hire them if we went back and did it again, and I’ll recommend them to all of my friends getting married in Nola or Baton Rouge moving forward. I had full confidence and peace on wedding day even with the crazy weather because I knew I could trust her team 100%. She thinks of everything, is a magician when it comes to putting together the itinerary, and even has all of these super helpful lists for things like packing for the day of the wedding, songs you’ll want to choose ahead of time, things to remember for after the wedding, etc! So many things I didn’t even realize I was forgetting, so I’m so glad I had her lists. Love love love these people!
