On Wedding Day, we are hands-on and oversee all moving parts, behind the scenes and on the forefront. Our pro team is unmatched - readily accessible to ensure all timeline activities are carried out according to plan. Having a pro team is crucial because let's be honest, things happen. We've managed all sorts of random scenarios, keeping the event flowing without disruption is our specialty.
Also, Michelle is a Travel Agent! She can help with all of your travel planning as well, like bachelorette or bachelor parties, romantic getaways, excursions, tours and any other travel needs.

My now-husband and I are people who consider ourselves pretty self-sufficient, but when it came to planning our wedding, we realized there’s just SO much that we don’t know. We’d never had to plan one before! Even though we had a general idea / vision of a community oriented, colorful multiethnic celebration (we’re Indian and Mexican) we didn’t know how to put the pieces together to make it happen. We had a couple of individual vendors booked, but still had way too many missing pieces and didn’t know how to put them together.
That’s where Michelle and her team came in! She made everything so much easier. She kept us on track with timelines, helped us think through design ideas, reminded us of which vendors to book at which times, kept us on track with answering questions and minding details in the contracts, helped us thinking about the flow of our day and how to coordinate it, and checked in with us multiple times throughout our wedding planning process. We booked a package with her (there were many options to choose from, depending on your specific needs) where we did a lot of vendor booking, but she was still extremely hands on and helped us source ideas and recommendations, and ultimately took the reigns on communication with every single person we ended up booking. She does have more full-service options too, where you can do even less of the thinking (my fiance and I just wanted a little more hands on of an experience!)
The best part of it all came to the day of the wedding. When I tell you I fully turned my brain off - I mean that. I didn’t answer a single question, solve a single issue, or coordinate a single thing that day. Michelle and her team handled EVERYTHING and made it so that my only focus was on having a wonderful time with my loved ones. She made the experience so absolutely perfect. I cannot thank her, her husband, or her wonderful team enough.
I cannot recommend her services highly enough: and now she’s done an Indian wedding too :) So Indian / half Indian couples: I recommend her highly!!

Michelle and her team were incredible. I would recommend P&P to anyone getting married. Michelle and Jamarr are dope! My husband and I had done a good amount of planning on our own but needed support after welcoming a baby four months before our wedding reception. Michelle was on it! She helped with all the moving parts and really brought the vision of our untraditional ceremony-reception hybrid to life. The timing, flow, and vibe were exactly what we’d hoped for. Michelle was nothing short of outstanding! If you are undecided on where to get married - I highly recommend New Orleans! If New Orleans or Louisiana are on your list of potential destinations, just book it! With the architecture of the French Quarter, the beautiful foliage, the lively music, AND the second line band following your ceremony - it’s such a fun and unique experience for you and your guests. We got married in September (summertime heat) and our guests are still raving about how much fun they had and how beautiful the wedding was. We spent three months deciding on a destination and I wish we would have just picked New Orleans sooner! We couldn’t imagine our special day having been anywhere else now.
We got the diamonds and pearls package (HIGHLY recommend). Michelle’s communication was top notch. We were planning a wedding during a very busy time for me and my fiancé and Michelle nudged us and kept us on track the entire time with such patience. Meetings with her were always pleasant and fun, even during crunch time when stress should have been high. Our entire day went off without a hitch (or so it seemed because Michelle takes care of everything and all you have to do is focus on each other and getting married!). Michelle and her husband make the day feel effortless. 10/10 recommend Poshed & Peachy for your wedding planning. We might renew our vows some day just to get to work with her again ;)

Michelle was everything we could have asked for and more for our destination wedding. She planned our dream wedding and sorted everything from finding, booking, coordinating vendors and doing the day of coordination.
My family is originally from New Orleans but my husband and I are based abroad in London (UK) which meant we were planning our wedding from afar. Therefore, as someone with vague familiarity with NOLA, I can say with confidence that she has great local NOLA expertise and was able to guide us and make informed recommendations every step of the way. This was essential considering we didn't have US phone numbers to call vendors and we live in a timezone 6 hours ahead of NOLA. Couldn't have done this without Michelle honestly.
She went above and beyond and had so many Zoom meetings with us to make sure all bases were covered. Her client portal also kept us organised with timelined to-do lists, budget spreadsheets, vendor contact info and contracts and so much more.
Do yourself a favour and hire her and you'll have a stress free (as much as that's actually possible) wedding!

Hiring Michelle and Poshed and Peachy was undeniably one of the best choices we made in our wedding planning process. I knew early on, after meeting with Michelle a few times, that the daunting task of planning a wedding wouldn’t be nearly as difficult as I imagined. From the get-go, she was organized and professional, and helped us shape our wedding vision– the design and style tips she offered were especially appreciated. Any time we weren’t sure what to do or which vendors to hire, she was ready to guide us and offer suggestions (each of which turned out great). She kept us on-task and on time throughout the months of planning; we found the periodic meet ups especially helpful. She inspired confidence during the entire process and into our wedding day.
On the actual wedding day, Michelle and the P&P team were hard at work behind the scenes. It was awesome to see all of the vendors setting up and running around, and knowing all we had to do was make a few decisions; Michelle had handled everything else! When guests arrived the night progressed flawlessly, and all we had to worry about was enjoying ourselves (which we did!). In short, our special day was better than we could have imagined, and I would absolutely 100% recommend Michelle and Poshed and Peachy for your planning needs.

I reached out to Michelle about six months before our wedding date. If you know anything about planning a wedding, that is kind of late in the game. She stepped right in and brought our vision to life! We weren’t going for a traditional wedding or reception, and she took the time to understand our needs and planned accordingly. We went with mostly vendors that she recommended and each and every one delivered above and beyond our expectations. Michelle and her team are super organized, punctual, and easy to work with. We live in another state, and I was initially anxious about planning long-distance, but after our first conversation I knew I was in good hands. We had a lot of other things going on during wedding planning (including planning a move to another state!) so we had a ton of other things on our plate. Allowing Michelle to take the lead on our wedding was one of the best decisions! During our meetings I felt like I was talking to a close friend, but also, we got down to business.
The Poshed & Peachy portal has everything you will need to see during planning all in one place, it makes it easy to check where you are budget wise and sends reminders for payments and tasks to be completed.
Our wedding was so beautiful and everything we hoped for and more. Our guests are still raving about the ambiance, the food, the drinks, the second line and all of the little details. We couldn’t have pulled this off without the professionalism and expertise of the Poshed & Peachy team. 10/10 recommend!

Hiring Michelle B. Charlot of Poshed & Peachy Event Planning was the single best investment I made for my wedding!
I had the opportunity to work with Michelle for over a year while planning my destination wedding to New Orleans and she made the entire process seamless, simple and stress-free. She was super organized, extremely personable and communicative -- keeping us updated via email and scheduled video calls.
What I loved most about working with her during the planning stage is that she immediately understood my vision and helped me get what I wanted, while keeping me grounded and mindful of the budget.
Day of the wedding, she ensured everything ran like a well-oiled machine. All my vendors were well informed and my wedding party and I received detailed itineraries that kept us on schedule. Also Michelle, her husband and team managed set up and guest wrangling so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I have zero complaints!
I am so grateful to Michelle for everything she did, but mostly for the care she showed my husband and I throughout the entire process. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Hiring Poshed and Peachy was easily the best money I spent on my wedding. We are not local to Louisiana and wanted to New Orleans wedding and Poshed and Peachy made it happen! My wedding could not have gone any better! Michelle with Poshed and Peachy was pivotal in creating the perfect wedding experience. She was super organized, very easy to communicate with, exceedingly professional... I can't say enough about how happy I am that I used her as my day-of coordinator. She had a team at the venue on the day of to setup, make sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and , no joke, my wedding and reception went off without a hitch. She even helped my bridesmaids fix my bustle when it broke! Seriously, I know that hiring them is not cheap, but it was worth every penny to make sure that I had the perfect day.

Poshed and Peachy was amazing! We had picked most of our vendors, but had no idea how to coordinate the details of the day. I was a bride who needed someone to understand our taste as a couple and turn it into beautiful event that felt like “us”. Michelle stepped in with timely meetings that kept us on track with our responsibilities and made sure each of our vendors were in line with the plan. She filled in all of the details with grace. Best decision we made about our wedding? Hiring Michelle and her team. We had started planning our wedding with a lot of moving pieces in New Orleans and a friend was raving about how amazing her planner was (her wedding was fabulous too!) so we decided it would be great to have "a little bit of help" getting everything coordinated. When I say that Michelle was actually the key to everything, trust me that it's not an understatement. She was fantastic to work with and she helped to guide us through an entire year-long reschedule due to Covid, so we had the pleasure of working with her for an extended period of time. I don't think we could have done it without her (actually, I know we couldn't have). She helped us navigate switching vendors for the new date, an ever-changing guest list count, and countless other logistics that popped up. Her attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and positive approach to everything made working with her an absolute dream. I don't think I've ever heard of guests complimenting the wedding planner + team before, but we had many guests commenting afterwards on what an amazing job the team did to coordinate our ceremony, reception, and second line. I think everyone who attended could tell how much work went into planning the day and were so impressed with how seamlessly everything ran (especially those who know me since I'm not known for being the most organized person out there!). Our day was exactly what we had hoped for and we owe so much of that to the Poshed and Peachy team. Working with Michelle will be like giving yourselves a pre-wedding gift - one that allows you to stress less during planning and fully enjoy your big day because you know you're in the very best of hands.

I don't even know where to begin. Finding Michelle was the best decision we could have made for our destination, COVID-era wedding. Her attention to detail, expertise and vendor recommendations are exceptional, but the true differentiator is her passion for weddings. Her excitement for our day was infectious and helped to ease so many of our planning concerns. The resounding feedback from our guests was that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. They raved about the timeliness and flow of the day, which is all thanks to Michelle. She also planned our rehearsal dinner, and it was the perfect lead-in to the weekend. I truly wish I could get married again so that we can work Michelle and her team again.

Do yourself a favor and hire Poshed and Peachy! I hadn't thought to have a "day of" coordinator until my florist recommended it. I'm so glad she did and told me about Poshed and Peachy. Michelle and her team made sure that on the day of my wedding, I could just be a bride and have fun! We had several calls before the wedding so that when the time came, I knew she knew everything I wanted and needed and she made it happen. Those calls were also so helpful in keeping me from getting too stressed during the final stages of planning. She connected with all of my vendors in advance and ensured the wedding ran smoothly. On the day of, she wrangled our families and wedding parties, answered their questions and kept us on time. At the reception, her team anticipated needs, pivoted as needed, and kept us moving in a friendly way. Plus, they are super nice people to have around! Really, I can't recommend Poshed and Peachy highly enough.

Michelle was the best! I did not have to worry about anything the day of my wedding, she took care of absolutely everything. Michelle Charlot was absolutely amazing! The wedding planning process and the day of the wedding was seamless because of her. We had an issue with my bridal party’s car the day of the wedding and Michelle called in a favor from another limousine company. I had no idea that there was a problem until a week after the wedding. She allowed me to enjoy my day and not stress over anything, while she tend to my husband and I every need. I definitely be booking Poshed and Peachy Event Planning for future events.

Poshed and Peachy is 5-star, quality service!
My husband and I were very busy, living in two different states, but we're trying to plan a wedding in New Orleans. Not to mention, I work full-time and a full-time student. Michelle took all of this into account and remained patient throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive, even when planning other weddings. We definitely felt like we were her one and only clients. There were several vendors that dropped out last minute, but Michelle was able to make things happen. She got us a DJ, cake, and florist, and decor within the last month before our wedding.
The day of the wedding, Michelle coordinated with the wedding party and vendors. I never had to speak with anyone. Our wedding day was perfect...magical! ...and we cannot sing our praises and "thank yous" enough!!!
We would recommend Michelle to absolutely anyone!

I recently moved to Texas and ended up having to plan a wedding in Louisiana. I started planning it a month into it and realized I had no clue what I was doing or where to even begin. I started searching for wedding planners and ran across PosedandPeachy. It was the best decision I could have made during this process. Michelle was VERY responsive, organized, and professional. I truly appreciatey everything you did for me down until the last minute when I even left my dress at the hotel when it was time for wedding to start😂 Michelle and her team immediately hopped on this & I had my dress in no time. I honestly could NOT have done this without you & I highly recommend!!!

Michelle and her team are seriously the BEST. Our wedding was super challenging from the start because we had to reschedule twice with covid, then we had bad weather for an outdoor wedding. I mean it when I say there’s no way we could have navigated all of that without Michelle! Everything went so smoothly thanks to her team’s work coordinating with all of our vendors and helping us make sure everything was lined up no matter what happened. We worked with Michelle for almost two years, and she was always so kind and helpful when we needed advice on how to navigate rescheduling and everything. Not to mention, she and her team are super fun and sweet. I’m pretty sure my mom likes her more than she likes me now. One of my best friends is using Poshed & Peachy for her wedding in October as well because we had such a great experience with her! I had multiple other engaged friends ask for her info after my wedding too because they saw how awesome they were and what a good job they did. I would absolutely hire them if we went back and did it again, and I’ll recommend them to all of my friends getting married in Nola or Baton Rouge moving forward. I had full confidence and peace on wedding day even with the crazy weather because I knew I could trust her team 100%. She thinks of everything, is a magician when it comes to putting together the itinerary, and even has all of these super helpful lists for things like packing for the day of the wedding, songs you’ll want to choose ahead of time, things to remember for after the wedding, etc! So many things I didn’t even realize I was forgetting, so I’m so glad I had her lists. Love love love these people!

Working with Michelle leading up to the wedding and that day of was wonderful. She was extremely responsive and detail oriented, helping us plan the day and weekend so it went seamlessly. She made us feel heard, gave great suggestions and was always just an email or call away when we had any last minute questions. We couldn’t be happier with how the wedding day went. I enjoyed my experience with working with Michelle and her team. She was very responsive and super helpful especially during this time of COVID. We had to change our guest count several times due to COVID yet she still managed to make the experience special for me and my husband. She not only was our wedding planner, she also was in charge of all of our decor. Everything turned out spectacular! I would recommend Michelle and her team to anyone! She is amazing!

Seriously, look no further. I can honestly say I was blown away in every respect. Michelle takes her job of executing your wedding plans seriously. From the beginning to the end, Michelle provided advice, guidance, and solutions. She is incredibly organized and extremely-detail oriented. Nothing gets past her. She takes the time to understand your vision and how to create this for you. She is so responsive (she’s got an answer for your 1 am questions), straightforward (no surprises on your wedding day), and happy to accommodate your preferences. Our wedding was low-stress, if not no stress, because of Michelle. The service and follow through after the event was just as great as everything that came before it. She is a must-have.
