We are so happy that we chose Felicia and the PoshVows team to coordinate our DIY wedding in San Diego! We hired Felicia as a day-of coordinator, but she was so much more than that. From the beginning, Felicia offered herself as a resource for us to ask questions and brainstorm ideas for our reception timeline, catering, and decor. She is so kind and wonderful to work with, and her advice was extremely valuable in helping us to elevate the reception. On the day of the wedding, Felicia and her assistant Jay went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly - they even steamed our tablecloths for the reception and volunteered one of their phones to play music on the speaker we brought. We got so many compliments on both the ceremony and reception, and that was absolutely thanks to Felicia's seamless coordination and execution. We're so glad we trusted her to be our coordinator - she really made the day stress-free!

Every bride and groom need Felicia in their life! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator and team. I found Felicia 7 months before my wedding, on Instagram. After our consultation, I knew I could trust her in our wedding planning process. Felicia is kind, talented, detail oriented and easy to communicate with. The month before our wedding, Felicia and I were communicating daily. She took so much off of my plate and ensured that all vendors knew exactly what our wedding vision was. Felicia is there to answer all questions and help execute all ideas and visions. The planning process was stress free because of Felicia. The day of our wedding could not have gone better! Felicia was organized, calm and managed the day beautifully. On top of making sure the day ran smoothly, she had drinks ready for my husband and I whenever we needed one! Felicia brings the calm to weddings. There was never a moment that she seemed stressed or overwhelmed. Felicia made sure that we were ready for each transition throughout the night. Our guests and wedding party even recognized how amazing Felicia and her team were. You know your wedding coordinator is outstanding when guests are complementing her all night! I wish that we could live this day forever. I am still overwhelmed with joy thinking about how perfectly executed our day was. We knew that our wedding would be amazing, but it truly exceeded our expectations. We miss you Felicia!

Felicia was fantastic! She joined us at the 11th hour after our original coordinator had to back out for medical reasons. Felicia was extremely responsive, thoughtful, organized, and accomodating of all of our needs. In the thirty days leading up to the wedding, she worked closely with us to wrap up final details and paid close attention to considerations we hadn't thought about. She went the extra mile not only to provide us herself but also two junior coordinators. Our wedding was a mix of professional vendor usage and DYI touches, all of which Felicia managed seamlessly. If there was a problem during our wedding, we were none the wiser thanks to Felicia. Because we were far into our wedding process, she curated a package just for us, which was both affordable and provided the help that we needed. With her help, our wedding was elegant and sophisticated yet had the casual vibe we were dreaming of.

I am a photographer that recently had the pleasure of working a wedding with Felicia and it was a great all around experience! She was easy going and very organized. Was there when the couple or I needed her, but was not overly pushy at all. It was a perfect blend of freedom within an organized timeline that works in the best interest of both the couple and their vendors. She treated the vendors incredibly kind, which kept us in great energy throughout. I would highly recommend her services !

Felicia was great! She was responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process! The date of our wedding turned out colder than expected, but she was quick on feet got my and my guests blankets last minute!!! Everyone was so happy with how it went! She was sweet and gave advice when I asked without ever being condescending. Would highly recommend! She did a great job on making my vision come to life!

Words cannot describe how happy my husband and are with our decision to hire poshvows as our planner. From the very first phone call, I felt extremely relieved and like a weight was pulled off my shoulders. I was all over the place with my wedding planning and juggling it with a full time job and my young daughter. Felicia and I became incredible friends throughout the process and I thoroughly enjoyed the time I got to spend planning with her. She made it fun, exciting, and stress free! On the day of the wedding, she started the day off by bringing me my favorite starbucks drink while I was getting my hair and makeup done. To say that was an amazing start to my wedding day is an understatement. The fact that she was so caring and always thinking about me means the absolute world. Throughout the wedding day, the entire team was a ray of sunshine. I can wholeheartedly say I fully enjoyed my wedding day because of all the work they handled for me.
