Posies & Peonies is a wedding florist based just 30 miles outside of Philadelphia in Royersford, PA. Owner Sandra Glick is passionate about creating breathtaking designs that resonate with couples’ unique styles. It is important to her to get to know clients ahead of their big day so that she can incorporate their vision into their florals. Because Sandra likes to give every detail her full and undivided attention, she works primarily on intimate and medium-sized celebrations of 150 guests or fewer.
Sandra has loved flowers ever since she was a little girl. She has many childhood memories of picking buttercups and violets in a meadow near her house and weaving them into bouquets. When she got married in 2019, this artist made all her own floral arrangements and wedding favors. She loved this process so much that she decided to turn it into a business. Thus, Posies & Peonies was born.
Sandra offers a variety of flower arrangements for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. These include bouquets, cake décor, aisle decorations, centerpieces, and more. Posies & Peonies will work closely with you to customize your displays to suit your celebration’s theme and aesthetic. Having just planned her own nuptials, this florist knows that weddings can get expensive and is happy to work with your budget.

Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly responsive, professional, creative, and thoughtful. Every detail was handled with care, and it was clear that she was fully invested in making our wedding day special. When we walked into the reception space, we were completely speechless. The floral arrangements were stunning and exceeded every expectation we had.
Beyond her incredible talent, Sandra is simply a wonderful person to work with. She made the process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish.

She also repurposed flowers that we used for the Jewish Ceremony for our reception. Sandra was so creative with our flowers to work within our budget and celebrate both our cultures. All our florals looked so beautiful and unique, and seeing my bouquet was the first thing in the morning that brought me to tears.
Also, Sandra visited our venue multiple times before our wedding day to plan how to design the flowers and set them up for our venue. She was as invested in our wedding as we were, and she was just wonderful and so easy to work with.

We gave her a general color palette (“bright and fun!”), and some basic florals that we liked, and she ran with it and came up with something even more beautiful than we even thought. Leading up to the event, Sandra was easy to communicate with and kept us up to speed on all the details. Her suggestions were spot-on, and we loved every choice she made. From our first discussion with her, she really seemed to “get” what we wanted our wedding to feel like. We met in person for the first time a couple of months before and did a walkthrough of the venue. Sandra had some great suggestions of additions and modifications that really made our event stand out. We were blown away with the bright, colorful, and fun floral designs she created. The bridal bouquet and chuppah were particularly beautiful and the flowers from the bouquet lasted far past our wedding date. Everything was colorful and tasteful, without seeming overdone or too little. Sandra was extremely accommodating, easy to communicate and work with, and absolutely exceeded our every expectation for our special day.

She made a complete dream happen for us, by giving us arrangements that paid homage to my ancestors. She even included my family's orchid blooms from my grandparents' plants, super last minute, because she knew how much my family means to me. My entire (immediate and extended) family absolutely loved everything, and were so touched by the personal touches Sandra put into her arrangements. nged 2 months before the big day I was so glad she reached out about changing up the flower arrangements. We had to flip the plan entirely and she ended up doing a ton of work to transform our ceremony space into the beautiful outdoor garden space we originally wanted. During our planning phase, she went out of her way to meet up with me more than once and she stuck by us through all of the crazy planning. Sandra worked with our coordinator to lay out our centerpieces in record time (We had an early ceremony and reception, so she did a lot of setup in a short amount of time!) We were so glad we hired Sandra in the end, she definitely made the whole day go smoothly and I wasn't once concerned about the florals - everything was exactly how I pictured!
