Posy jade florals did my big wedding in Seattle. Everything was shipped and packaged nicely. The flowers turned out gorgeous and so much more than I could have ever imagined. If you are thinking of going with Kelly, do it!! She is so good!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased my flowers back in May of this year and she emailed me in October saying she is working on my order. I received my order on 10/28 for my wedding on 11/3. The bridesmaids bouquet were 4 flowers each. I paid $125 for 4 flowers?! My bridal bouquet looked to be the size of what a bridesmaid bouquet should be. I emailed her upset stating that they are much too small and she said there was nothing for her to do. I even asked if she could do a rush order to make them bigger and she said she would not make time for it. After receiving no help from her, I decided to take the bouquets to a local flower shop to see if they could add to it in any way. When picking it up (very delicately mind you), a flower literally FELL OFF of my bouquet. I emailed pictures and asked if this was reason enough to help me now, but have still not received a response. I ended up having to get all new bouquets for my entire bridal party and am out an additional $400. DO NOT USE THIS THIEF. I am livid and devastated.

We were a guest at a recent wedding that Kelly and her team set up. The flowers were stunning and were mistaken for fresh flowers by several people. She did a massive amount of installing of signs, table, centerpieces bridal florals wedding party ceremony arches you name it. I was in attendance of this wedding as a friend, but I must say I had to compliment this wonderful business and the raw talent!!!

I am severely disappointed in the bouquet I received. I purchased a big beautiful cascading bouquet and I feel like I got nothing of that sort. There are gaps between the flowers, filler just thrown in everywhere, there is no rhyme or reason it just looks cheap & thrown together. There is no cascading look what so ever. I tried to contact her and she told me she could send me more filler which she hasn’t done or go to a local craft store.. I feel like I could have done a better job. I wanted to pay the extra money $200 so I would not have to worry about my flowers and yet they came and now I still have to try to fix them if I even can and I am only 20 days out from my wedding. To say I am disappointed is to say the least. I have asked multiple opinions and they all agree they look nothing like either photo and look thrown together. I have tried communicating with her and now I have not gotten any response in days. I highly do not recommend this company and I am sorry to say this because I love supporting small company’s.

We ordered 3 table top arrangements for our deluxe cabins. They arrived today and WOW!!!!! They are amazing and absolutely stunning! Our manager was so impressed she is going to order one for her house!!! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed working with Kellie at Posy Jade Boutique. Very professional. She is experienced and has immense talent is what she does. My flower order was very large, shipped in around 9 large boxes. Everything was packed perfectly and I was impressed that there was not even once petal damaged. My flowers were beautiful and made me cry. Thank you so much Kellie, we are so happy we were referred to you ❤️❤️❤️

i got my flowers in perfect time for my wedding. i had so many people shocked they were wood flowers because they look so real. My mom loved them so much she is having kelly do a bunch of home decor custom pieces. If you want a small town small business customer service feel, chat with kelly. She is so sweet and has great talent to take my vision and make them into a beautiful flower design. Thank you Kelly!! We love you!!!

I love, love, love my bouquet as well as those of my girls. They added the perfect little touches for our beach wedding.What was great is that not only did the girls have their bouquets for the ceremony but they are also able to keep them as a remembrance of the day.

I am a local wedding vendor and work with Kellie at Posy Jade Boutique in at least 25 weddings per year for the past 7 years. Kellie is professional, knowledgeable, and has always been a pleasure to work with. She is highly valued in this community and gives back to those in need including our local SPCA. I have always been amazed by her work and dedication. I am writing this review specifically today as there was a local known Bridezilla, for lack of a better term, who is trying to negatively effect this small business today. It is unfortunate, but a reality that our small businesses have to deal with such determined negativity from a bully. We as a village love and support our local vendors. I highly recommend Posy Jade Boutique, you will not find a more dedicated owner (besides myself haha, had to put that in there). Love ya Kellie!!

Do not, do not, do not place an order with Kellie (PJB Florals). I so wish I would have read all of these reviews before I placed my order. Kellie is highly unprofessional, and her communication is severely lacking. I was blocked after trying to work something out with Kellie about my bouquet not being what I had asked for. I asked for all white flowers with some greenery and a gold and emerald ribbon. I then messaged her 2 times after my initial order to change my ribbon color, but specifically told her I only wanted white flowers, and even sent inspiration pictures. Two weeks before my wedding she sent me the a picture of the flowers and even though I specifically said I did not want the emerald color, my flowers were emerald and white. I even told her I did not want any gold in them, and she put gold accents all throughout. I at first said they looked great, because I struggle with complaining and wanted to see them in person because if they matched my bridesmaid dresses I would have just dealt with it. They absolutely did not match, there were glue strings hanging from them, and some of the flowers were pushed in and didn’t make a round bouquet. I messaged her very nicely saying they were beautiful and I was so sorry to complain. I didn’t hear from her until a week later. She made multiple posts on Facebook within this time, and even said she was having trouble with messenger and to email her instead. I emailed her instead and still got a week later response when my wedding is 12 days away. She basically gaslit me even though I sent all the screenshots to her specifically saying I only wanted white flowers. She then blocked me and told me I was threatening her because I said I would be leaving bad reviews. I have reported her to the better business bureau and highly suggest anyone who has had a problem does the same thing since she already has a C rating for lack of communication. I am now out of money and had to pay for another bouquet weeks before my wedding from an actual florist. Do not do business with Kellie Harris/PJB Florals. My sister also ordered from her for her wedding in June of this year, and while the flowers were beautiful, the ribbon fell apart on all of ours, and fell apart on the Bride’s seconds before she walked down the aisle. This business is not worth your time or money.
