least with browning pear slices on top. The entree was the worst. Raw chicken and fish were served. There were only about 70 people there. How can you serve raw food?! The vegetables were hard, barely cooked and flavorless. I would never recommend them and everyone at the wedding felt the same way. Not impressed.

The carving station, plates, silverware, table clothes, cake display etc was all 5-star quality and they really did a stunning job! erything was perfect!! There is not one single person who did not complemented us about the food. Kristina, their event coordinator, was on top of everything that was happening in the wedding, and did an amazing job for the decoration and organization. em. I really appreciated how responsive they were to email and the many many questions I had along the way. My wedding was a destination wedding in Florida so I did not have the chance to have a tasting before the wedding so I took Jason and team's recommendations for what food would be the best. The food was an absolute hit!! Everyone love it. My guests were from all of the US and even those from LA and NYC who are used to really fancy weddings talked about how this was some of the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. The appetizers that were the biggest hit were:
-Sliced Filet Mignon with Wasabi Parsnip Potato Puree on a Crostini with Micro-Greens
-Panko Encrusted Crab Cakes with a Roasted Chipotle Aiolo and Tri-Pepper (My brother in law only wanted to eat these all night because they were so good!)
-Garlic Rosemary Butter-flied Shrimp with Dill Aioli
-Asparagus Spear Risotto with Chives in Mini Martini Glasses (I almost took this one off the menu during planning and I am so glad we didn't)
For dinner we had the live pasta station which was also really yummy (make sure to get the a la vodka). The staff was very responsive and very nice. They kept everything moving along at a great pace. They also packed up all of the food for us that was left over and we really enjoyed eating leftovers the next day. For the rentals we did have a slight error during the delivery with a few of the items being incorrect, but I gave them a call and they were back within two hours with the correct items.

This vendor was referred to me by my venue manager and I see why.
I honestly can say I have 0 complaints. This was money well spent. Even the DJ was professional and awesome.
It was also nice having access to the owner at any given time.
Book them and you will not regret it!
