Pour girl was absolutely amazing for our wedding!! They were very helpful from start to finish. All the drinks they created tasted beautiful. The bartenders were very fun and sweet, thank you for bringing bar Bella out to Rustique Wines and creating the atmosphere we pictured on our perfect evening.

To me a fun night out is girltime and chatting over a cocktail, and bringing that vibe to my wedding was important to me. If that’s also you, I couldn’t recommend the PourGirls more strongly! They were so kind, they’re drinks were delicious and pretty, and the service was perfect. We did a combo of ordering through their wholesaler and bringing our own supplies, a combination that worked well for us. They’re instagram is really helpful for choosing drinks based on vibes and they’re menu of options was so fun to go through! Thanks, PourGirls for a great evening!

We do more than pour drinks; we facilitate joyful gatherings. With 20 years of bartending experience, including bar management at over 500 events, we are still in love with the connection, creativity, and play of cocktail making. Owner Olana is a Virgo, so a detail-oriented approach comes naturally: clients can count on fresh ingredients, truly beautiful cocktails, and seamless service.

Hi! I'm Olana, founder and operations manager. Pour Girl was born in 2009 out of my passion for the artistry of craft cocktails. I choose my cocktail ingredients like a chef thinks of dinner ingredients: what flavors pair well? That's the first step, and then it's time to experiment. I was born and raised in Carmel Valley, and I find inspiration in my roots, incorporating local ingredients, taking a seasonal (garden-to-glass) approach to cocktail design, and cultivating strong relationships with local venues. I'm proud of Pour Girl as a woman-owned business that staffs real-world bartenders.
